Ah, shag harbour, saw a documentary on Discovery about it, they made a veiled link to the Philadelphia experiment.

IT is a very interesting example of how the worlds governemnts will go to almost any length, short of disclosure, to kee things under wraps.

Interesting story of a guy that has been working as a documentarist for many years till he recorded a unidentified submerged objects. he tried to make it public, but then he realize of all the cover up.
