I was listening to Alex Jones, he had a chap on the show talking about EcoloBlue™
Which is a state-of-the-art Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) that produces purified drinking water from the humidity in the air.

That's a great idea but very expensive and only available in NA but it got me thinking that maybe a dehumidifier would do the same job, obviously wont be as good at it as the ecoloblue thing but it's a fraction of the cost and you can pick them up all over the place.
Of course it will only work with electricity.
But if water is scarce and you have electricity, solar or mains then this could be a life saver, a little bit of water is better than none.
