Dept. of Defense Expands Operations in Pacific NW: Public Comments Needed to Stop This

The Navy and Dept. of Defense on behalf of the military industrial complex will be expanding its weapons testing programs in the P.N.W. and that will undoubtedly bring about new environmental insults to the area. More aerosol spraying of the skies, more microwave and sonar, more biological weapons testing, etc. Public comments are needed as are phone calls to your reps. and senators.

Despite the drought, and all other ghastly problems (what happened to weather manipulation for good?) - this seems another step too far.
The Navy has declared that this draft was distributed to our elected representatives. If so, then why haven't our elected officials spoken up to defend our rights to be heard, required more public meetings and hearings in California, Washington, Idaho (where not one was held), and Oregon? The U.S. Navy, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the Commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet have decided, without our consent, that that are going to use the Pacific Ocean off the Coast of California, Oregon and Washington and the land over four states to test weapons of war. They did not contact Senator Harry Reid of Nevada to obtain permission to use the Nevada Test Site for these warfare experiments. Instead they decided to use public lands, the Pacific Ocean, private property, wildlife, and humans as test subjects for warfare testing in four states.

Are the U.S. citizens living on the west coast of the U.S. going to be used as test dummies for these warfare 'experiments'? I sure hope not. Why was this story about the U.S. found and posted by someone living in the U.K...and why has it received no comments?

Don't blink now!!!!!

I just found about 250 military vehicles parked in a vacant parking lot off of Tualitin Valley Hwy in Beaverton, Oregon...this is a central location to all major arteries in the area including I-5, I-26 and 4 major highways. Furthermore, a black-ops helecopter has been making survallience of the area for the past week...today alone it passed directly over my house at least 16 times in a slow, methodical pattern and had high-powered cameras and infarred instrumentation portals in its nose (I used a high-powered scope to confirm). They are preparing for something here!:mad3:

The fun never ends...does it? I just hope the good-guys have the upper-hand where it really counts. I have a hunch there will be lots of surprises. Hang on!
