this is all good ,taxes are illegal or land patent from 200 years back
can protect people from foreclosure ,but bottom line is
justice department and conversely judges are branch of goverment
and very rearly nowadays they will allow such an argument
whether you have legal representation or are trying to represent yourself .

so not filing one taxes or otherwise fighting legally powers that be is playng with fire .

and some will even try to make buck steering you in that direction
