Hi Everyone,
David Kellermann acting CFO and Vice President of Freddie Mac was found dead at his home this morning.
He was in charge of the mortgage division in the company.
Probable cause of death was suicide.
Will give more info when I get it.
Best regards,
Steve

There could be all kinds of reasons for his departure, will see over the days if this was on the up and up or possibly he was going to blow the whistle on something everybody should know.
One thing we do know is that his job security was not in jeapordy due to lack of work. God rest his soul .

Hi pyrangello,
You're absolutely right, I was thinking that myself. We really don't know at this stage. There are hypothesise out there that he could have had family problems; his job was getting on top of him (on his watch he lost half the booty); he realized that there was no way out for the company and it will collapse and leave him with nought or that he saw something that was far too big for him handle.
Of course we know that if it was family, that would be brought straight to the public eye (after a day or two in respect of the deceased), however, the more grave the reason, the more hidden it will be from the public and more importantly, Wall Street.
Oh what a complex web we weave....
Best regards,
Steve
