Resveratrol

Hi all,

Watched a program a couple weeks back about tests that were being done with Resveratrol, and the results looked very promising...

Does anyone here take resveratrol (other than red wine lol)? After a little searching online i came across this, http://www.longevinex.com/ sounds like it might be worth purchasing

Interesting...i'd never heard of it in tablet form.....i DO like it in my wine however! So this is the secret to reduced ageing?
