The words "sustainable development" sound virtuous.

But sometimes good-sounding words can be very misleading...

Here is a YouTube video on this topic: "UN - Agenda 21- Sustainable Development" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJp0P6eggXU)

Compliments of Alan Watt's website, here is the text of "Agenda 21." (http://cuttingthroughthematrix.net/articles/Agenda21.pdf)

And here is a quote from an essay on Agenda 21 entitled "Agenda 21 or Freedom 21: Making the right choice" by Tom DeWeese dated April 27, 2005 (http://www.freedom.org/front/essay/10.html):

"Control today has a name. Agenda 21. This is the name of a policy document that was first unveiled at the United Nations' Earth Summit in 1992. Implementation is through a policy called Sustainable Development. This program is now the official policy of the United States, and is being systematically imposed in every single state of the Union, and in every city and town. There are very few exceptions.

Sustainable Development is no less than a ruling principle by which decisions for all aspects of our lives are determined through public/private partnerships between government (at all levels) and private institutions in our communities. They provide guidelines to determine business decisions; property use; medical care; education curriculum; foreign policy; economics; taxes; labor policy; career decisions; housing; building material; farming policy; and much more. Agenda 21 is based on the principle that government grants our rights.

If you choose freedom, then there is a counter to Agenda 21 and its Sustainable Development program. It's called Freedom 21, and it's quickly growing into a 'freedom movement.'"

Alan Watt talks about Agenda 21 in his May 11, 2009 radio talk (http://cuttingthroughthematrix.net/radio/Alan_Watt_CTTM_Live_on_RBN.html):

"...They don't need so many people; they don't need us to work their factories because their factories are all being worked by people in China, so what are you going to do with the people? Well, they plan to take down the population over a period of time, and in the process, intergenerationally, they'll move them into the cities; that's under Agenda 21 of the United Nations. There will be no private property. That's in Agenda 21. No private transportation. That's in Agenda 21..."

It amazes me that people can make a conspiracy out of anything.

This is NOT what sustainable development stands for. I have taken two courses that went into depth on this concept. It cannot easily be defined.

The website states:

"Freedom21 began in 1999 when its predecessor, the Environmental Conservation Organization, asked the leaders of about a dozen other organizations to assemble in Washington, DC. The purpose of the meeting was to develop a new strategy to counter the explosion of new laws and regulations that ignored private property rights and individual freedom. The meeting was hosted by the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow. The group quickly agreed that the President’s Council on Sustainable Development, working to implement the recommendations set forth in Agenda 21, was a major source of the freedom-eroding policies being implemented by the government.

The group recognized, and agreed, that the efforts of our various organizations were mostly defensive, working to defeat the proposals and policies advanced by the PCSD, and its proponents. What was needed, the group decided, was to develop a strong offense, to develop a positive strategy to advance the principles of freedom, in addition to defeating the proposals produced by the PCSD."

Here are the principles that the group came up with:

Freedom21

1. People have inherent, natural, unalienable rights to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness - the foundations of sovereignty.

2. Governments exist expressly to protect these rights.

3. Governments derive power from the consent of the governed, to protect these rights.

4. Public policies which constrain people's rights must be enacted only by representatives elected by the people.

5. Constitutionally limited government is the best form of government.

6. That government is best which governs least.

7. No foreign government shall supersede the authority of the government of the United States of America.

The group is having a conference in Oklahoma August 13 - 15, 2009:

Does anyone here REALLY think that things can keep going as they are?

Take oil for instance. Even if there is a lot more of it in classified fields, it is still a finite quantity and will begin to run out. That means transportation as we know it is going to have to change drastically (unless ET technology is liberated). There are some indications that the global oil supply has already peaked and is in decline. Do you understand what that means?

Natural gas has a bit longer to go, but it too will run out. Nitrogen fertilizers are made with natural gas. National Geographic recently identified phosophorus as a key fertilizer that is in danger of running into supply limitations. Agriculture as we currently do it is not sustainable by any stretch of the imagination. Most of those things one speaker mentioned when scoffing at what Agenda 21 classified as sustainable ARE REALLY NOT SUSTAINABLE! Not even for a few more decades.

How do we go about making the transition so that society doesn't collapse when one of the key materials needed goes into a shortage state and the price goes through the roof? Do you have a plan? Study these things and you will found out just how much trouble we are really in. We probably don't have decades to work this out.

Anyone who realizes that we are all one also knows that selfishness is not the way. We do need to take care of each other, and survival of humanity will need to take precedence over individual rights in some cases. Do you know how to make this happen? Think about it.

Imagining a future where humanity and the planet can both survive is not an easy thing to do. Agenda 21 may have problems, but it does at least indicate that some people are thinking seriously about what it will take to avoid complete collapse and give humanity a chance of making it into the distant future. Business as usual is NOT going to cut it.

Anyone who realizes that we are all one also has little use for nationality distinctions. I don't know why so many people get hung up on this one. Looks like the nationality indoctrination works pretty well. We don't really need nations. Nations exist so we can have wars.

No possessions. Even harder to imagine. When John Lennon sang about it in his song "Imagine", it was intended to be a good thing. Share and share alike. I wonder if you can.

There's a fine line between certain aspects of utopia and distopia. Either you do the right thing because it's in your heart, or you do the right thing because you have to. Everyone knows everybody's business because of telepathy and remote viewing, or everybody knows everybody's business because of cameras. You don't have a big house and lots of stuff because there are needy people and you are unselfish, or you don't have a big house and lots of stuff because it's all carefully regulated. So close, and yet so far.

Everyone wants to save the world. No one wants to do what it will take.

What would you do to save humanity from destroying the world and itself? You don't have much time. Go.

Here is an article (http://www.rense.com/general78/expeak.htm) by F. William Engdahl entitled "Confessions Of An 'Ex' Peak Oil Believer" that challenges the theory of "fossil fuels" and "Peak Oil."

So what? The resource is still finite, and production is still not sustainable.

In order to NOT have a production peak you need an INFINITE resource. Ever looked at a picture of earth from outer space? NOT INFINITE. Peak oil WILL happen. The only question is when.

Rapid declines in oil production are being observed in the North Sea and Mexico's Cantarell field. Oil production in the continental US peaked in the 70's. If oil production can peak in a country or a region, what does that mean for the world? In fact, most oil fields in the world are in decline and offsetting those declines in the near future will require the discovery of several more Saudi Arabias. Oil companies are now drilling deeper than ever before in more difficult conditions to find what little oil they can.

It is quite possible that there are some big undiscovered oil fields out there. If found, they will merely serve to delay the peak of production for a few years, or slow the rate of decline. This is a problem that won't go away by quoting contrarian theories about the origins of oil.

From the article: "Availability of oil would depend only on technology to drill ultra-deep wells and explore into the earth's inner regions. They also realized old fields could be revived to continue producing, so called self-replenishing fields."

Good luck with that. Since it has never been done, the argument above is purely speculation. Still not infinite. Still not sustainable. Those fields, if they really exist, will run out too, even if it takes longer. If they do replenish, what is the rate? That rate will be finite, and smaller than the initial flow from the reservoir. There will be a peak in production. Duh.

Try to expand you mind a bit and look at the implication of things as extended into the distant future.

Here is an article (http://www.rense.com/general78/expeak.htm) by F. William Engdahl entitled "Confessions Of An 'Ex' Peak Oil Believer" that challenges the theory of "fossil fuels" and "Peak Oil."

From the article:

...The Peak Oil school rests its theory on conventional Western geology textbooks, most by American or British geologists...

...An entirely alternative theory of oil formation has existed since the early 1950's in Russia, almost unknown to the West...

...His team dismissed the idea that oil is was biological residue of plant and animal fossil remains as a hoax designed to perpetuate the myth of limited supply...

...That Russian geophysics experience in finding oil and gas was tightly wrapped in the usual Soviet veil of state security during the Cold War era, and went largely unknown to Western geophysicists, who continued to teach fossil origins and, hence, the severe physical limits of petroleum. Slowly it begin to dawn on some strategists in and around the Pentagon well after the 2003 Iraq war, that the Russian geophysicists might be on to something of profound strategic importance...

...Peak Oil theory is based on a 1956 paper done by the late Marion King Hubbert, a Texas geologist working for Shell Oil...

...Since 2003 Russian scientific sharing of their knowledge has markedly lessened. Offers in the early 1990's to share their knowledge with US and other oil geophysicists were met with cold rejection according to American geophysicists involved...

...Perhaps in some decades Western geologists will rethink their mythology of fossil origins and realize what the Russians have known since the 1950's. In the meantime Moscow holds a massive energy trump card.

Here's another view of the abiotic oil production theory:

Abiotic Oil: Science or Politics (http://www.fromthewilderness.com/free/ww3/100404_abiotic_oil.shtml)

- The "weak" abiotic oil theory: oil is abiotically formed, but at rates not higher than those that petroleum geologists assume for oil formation according to the conventional theory. (This version has little or no political consequences).

- The "strong" abiotic theory: oil is formed at a speed sufficient to replace the oil reservoirs as we deplete them, that is, at a rate something like 10,000 times faster than known in petroleum geology. (This one has strong political implications).

In the "weak" abiotic oil version, it may just be that the amount of carbon that seeps out from the mantle is small enough for the biological cycles to cope and still maintain control over the CO2 concentration. However, in the "strong" version, this is unthinkable. Over billions of years of seepage in the amounts considered, we would be swimming in oil, drowned in oil.

What is the Freedom 21 Agenda?

At the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, the United Nations put forward a comprehensive plan for its version of sustainable development called “Agenda 21.” Specific goals for implementing Agenda 21 were set forth at the U.N. World Summit on Sustainable Development in Johannesburg, South Africa in August, 2002, and according to its authors, Agenda 21 is designed to be a roadmap for the world in the 21st Century.

In response to this ambitious, yet fundamentally flawed, approach to tackling the important issues of environment and development, a group of like-minded organizations has set forth the "Freedom 21 Agenda for Prosperity" to promote a more robust concept of sustainable development based on the principles of freedom, sound science, and genuine free markets.

What follows is the second edition of the Freedom 21 Agenda. It is a bold program that has received extensive review from many scientists and experts around the world.

the tar sands in northern alberta have as much oil as saudi arabia, but, due to the high costs (economic and environmental), this will be $10-20+ per gallon oil. jnana is correct, it is not infinite, but there is a lot more, it just won't be cheap oil as we know it. the shah of iran once said, "the future will show us that oil is far to valuable a resource to burn." although he was a despot, he had some insights.

"Building an environmentally sustainable future

- Lester Brown,
President of WorldWatch International

Sustainable Development – A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

On my Home Page (http://green-agenda.com/) the influential leaders who have been actively guiding the emergence of the environmental movement described their true beliefs and agenda in their own words. But how can they possibly bring about the global political, economic, social and religious transformation they desire? The tool employed must be so potent and pervasive that it reaches into every area of society, from local community groups to sovereign governments and multinational corporations. It must have the power to enforce binding international agreements, exert stringent controls over human activities and yet still be acceptable to the general population. It must become so entrenched in legislation and business practice that its necessity is barely questioned.

Such a tool exists. They have been carefully shaping and nurturing its progress for decades. It is known as the doctrine of Sustainable Development. We are all aware of need to address environmental problems such as water and air pollution, and dwindling natural resources, but Sustainable Development is exerting draconian controls and influence far beyond those required for effective environmental management.

The concept of 'environmental sustainability' was first brought to widespread public attention in 1972 by the Club of Rome in their book entitled The Limits to Growth. The official summary can be read here [go to linked document for this link]. The report basically concluded that the growth of the human population, and an increase in prosperity, would cause an ecological collapse within the fifty years. The book is considered to be the most successful environmental publication ever produced and propelled the Club of Rome to its current position of an environmental thought-leader and a major consultant to the United Nations.

It has been translated into more than forty languages and sold more than 15 million copies. Throughout the 1970s and 80s the concept that humanity was irreparably damaging the earth gained credence and facilitated the formation of mainstream and activist environmental groups. As discussed in a previous article (http://green-agenda.com/turningpoint.html) the Club of Rome has been calling for “a Masterplan to guide world development” since its very inception.

In Nature organic growth proceeds according to a Master Plan, a Blueprint. According to this master plan diversification among cells is determined by the requirements of the various organs; the size and shape of the organs and, therefore, their growth processes are determined by their function, which in turn depends on the needs of the whole organism. Such a ‘master plan’ is missing from the process of growth and development of the world system. Now is the time to draw up a master plan for organic sustainable growth and world development based on global allocation of all finite resources and a new global economic system. ” - Mankind at the Turning Point, CoR, 1974

Interestingly, just prior to the birth of “Sustainable Development” a well-dressed, articulate man visited a small construction company in Georgia, USA, and announced that he wanted to build an edifice to transmit a message to mankind. He said that he represented a group of men who wanted to offer direction to humanity, but to date, more than two decades later, no one knows who he really was, or who he represented. The stranger gave the company very detailed design documents and stated the money was not an issue.

The “Georgia Guidestones (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgia_Guidestones)” were completed six months later in 1980. As noted in the Wikipedia entry “The content of the message bears a remarkable resemblance to the so called Earth Charter, a statement of vision of the Earth Charter Initiative of Mikhail Gorbachev (Green Cross International) and Maurice Strong (Earth Summit).”

The monument stands high on a hilltop, and is almost twenty feet tall. It is made from five granite slabs that weigh more than 100 tons, with a capstone connecting the slabs. A message consisting of a set of ten guidelines or principles is engraved on the Georgia Guidestones in eight different languages, one language on each face of the four large upright stones. Moving clockwise around the monument from due north, these languages are: English, Spanish, Swahili, Hindi, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese and Russian. The message in English reads:

1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
2. Guide reproduction wisely - improving fitness and diversity.
3. Unite humanity with a living new language.
4. Rule passion - faith - tradition - and all things with tempered reason.
5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
8. Balance personal rights with social duties.
9. Prize truth - beauty - love - seeking harmony with the infinite.
10. Be not a cancer on the earth - Leave room for nature.

...Sustainable Development, as outlined in Agenda 21 and the subsequent Earth Charter, is the driving force behind what Al Gore calls a "wrenching transformation" that society must endure to repair what he perceives as the damage of the 20th century's Industrial Revolution. It is the same Industrial Revolution that gave us modern transportation, medicine, indoor plumbing, healthy drinking water, central heating, air conditioning, and electric light. Sustainable Development is not about environmental clean up of rivers, air and litter. It is an all-encompassing socialist scheme to combine social welfare programs with government control of private business, socialized medicine, national zoning controls of private property and restructuring of school curriculum which serves to indoctrinate children into politically correct group think...

Have you ever heard the term "communitarian"?

It sounds a lot like "communist" to me. I learned the term by listening to a person named Niki Raapana being interviewed on the Jeff Rense program a couple of years ago...

Here's the dictionary definition (http://www.thefreedictionary.com/communitarian): A member or supporter of a small cooperative or a collectivist community.

An article (http://nord.twu.net/acl/cafta.html) by Niki Raapana states that communitarian law is designed to over-rule all national law, including the U.S. Constitution and Bill or Rights.

She states that communitarianism puts the rights of the community over the rights of the individuals living in the community, and that the term "community," when used by global communitarians, can define everything from the smallest rural area to the entire region.

She states that the United Nations is based entirely in the supremacy of communitarian law, and that communitarian law supports the mandates for sustainable growth principles established in UN Local Agenda 21.

She and her daughter have founded an organization called the Anti Communitarian League (http://nord.twu.net/acl/index.html).

Abiotic Oil: Science or Politics... (http://www.fromthewilderness.com/free/ww3/100404_abiotic_oil.shtml)

The term "abiotic" is not found in the Engdahl article. From Rense.com (http://www.rense.com/general78/expeak.htm), here's the entire text of the article:

Confessions Of An
'Ex' Peak Oil Believer
By F. William Engdahl
9-25-7

The good news is that panic scenarios about the world running out of oil anytime soon are wrong. The bad news is that the price of oil is going to continue to rise. Peak Oil is not our problem. Politics is. Big Oil wants to sustain high oil prices. Dick Cheney and friends are all too willing to assist.

On a personal note, I've researched questions of petroleum, since the first oil shocks of the 1970's. I was intrigued in 2003 with something called Peak Oil theory. It seemed to explain the otherwise inexplicable decision by Washington to risk all in a military move on Iraq.

Peak Oil advocates, led by former BP geologist Colin Campbell, and Texas banker Matt Simmons, argued that the world faced a new crisis, an end to cheap oil, or Absolute Peak Oil, perhaps by 2012, perhaps by 2007. Oil was supposedly on its last drops. They pointed to our soaring gasoline and oil prices, to the declines in output of North Sea and Alaska and other fields as proof they were right.

According to Campbell, the fact that no new North Sea-size fields had been discovered since the North Sea in the late 1960's was proof. He reportedly managed to convince the International Energy Agency and the Swedish government. That, however, does not prove him correct.

Intellectual fossils?

The Peak Oil school rests its theory on conventional Western geology textbooks, most by American or British geologists, which claim oil is a 'fossil fuel,' a biological residue or detritus of either fossilized dinosaur remains or perhaps algae, hence a product in finite supply. Biological origin is central to Peak Oil theory, used to explain why oil is only found in certain parts of the world where it was geologically trapped millions of years ago. That would mean that, say, dead dinosaur remains became compressed and over tens of millions of years fossilized and trapped in underground reservoirs perhaps 4-6,000 feet below the surface of the earth. In rare cases, so goes the theory, huge amounts of biological matter should have been trapped in rock formations in the shallower ocean offshore as in the Gulf of Mexico or North Sea or Gulf of Guinea. Geology should be only about figuring out where these pockets in the layers of the earth, called reservoirs, lie within certain sedimentary basins.

An entirely alternative theory of oil formation has existed since the early 1950's in Russia, almost unknown to the West. It claims conventional American biological origins theory is an unscientific absurdity that is un-provable. They point to the fact that western geologists have repeatedly predicted finite oil over the past century, only to then find more, lots more.

Not only has this alternative explanation of the origins of oil and gas existed in theory. The emergence of Russia and prior of the USSR as the world's largest oil producer and natural gas producer has been based on the application of the theory in practice. This has geopolitical consequences of staggering magnitude.

Necessity: the mother of invention

In the 1950's the Soviet Union faced 'Iron Curtain' isolation from the West. The Cold War was in high gear. Russia had little oil to fuel its economy. Finding sufficient oil indigenously was a national security priority of the highest order.

Scientists at the Institute of the Physics of the Earth of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Geological Sciences of the Ukraine Academy of Sciences began a fundamental inquiry in the late 1940's: where does oil come from?

In 1956, Prof. Vladimir Porfir'yev announced their conclusions: 'Crude oil and natural petroleum gas have no intrinsic connection with biological matter originating near the surface of the earth. They are primordial materials which have been erupted from great depths.' The Soviet geologists had turned Western orthodox geology on its head. They called their theory of oil origin the 'a-biotic' theory-non-biological-to distinguish from the Western biological theory of origins.

If they were right, oil supply on earth would be limited only by the amount of organic hydrocarbon constituents present deep in the earth at the time of the earth's formation. Availability of oil would depend only on technology to drill ultra-deep wells and explore into the earth's inner regions. They also realized old fields could be revived to continue producing, so called self-replentishing fields. They argued that oil is formed deep in the earth, formed in conditions of very high temperature and very high pressure, like that required for diamonds to form. 'Oil is a primordial material of deep origin which is transported at high pressure via 'cold' eruptive processes into the crust of the earth,' Porfir'yev stated. His team dismissed the idea that oil is was biological residue of plant and animal fossil remains as a hoax designed to perpetuate the myth of limited supply.

Defying conventional geology

That radically different Russian and Ukrainian scientific approach to the discovery of oil allowed the USSR to develop huge gas and oil discoveries in regions previously judged unsuitable, according to Western geological exploration theories, for presence of oil. The new petroleum theory was used in the early 1990's, well after the dissolution of the USSR, to drill for oil and gas in a region believed for more than forty-five years, to be geologically barren-the Dnieper-Donets Basin in the region between Russia and Ukraine.

Following their a-biotic or non-fossil theory of the deep origins of petroleum, the Russian and Ukrainian petroleum geophysicists and chemists began with a detailed analysis of the tectonic history and geological structure of the crystalline basement of the Dnieper-Donets Basin. After a tectonic and deep structural analysis of the area, they made geophysical and geochemical investigations.

A total of sixty one wells were drilled, of which thirty seven were commercially productive, an extremely impressive exploration success rate of almost sixty percent. The size of the field discovered compared with the North Slope of Alaska. By contrast, US wildcat drilling was considered successful with a ten percent success rate. Nine of ten wells are typically "dry holes."

That Russian geophysics experience in finding oil and gas was tightly wrapped in the usual Soviet veil of state security during the Cold War era, and went largely unknown to Western geophysicists, who continued to teach fossil origins and, hence, the severe physical limits of petroleum. Slowly it begin to dawn on some strategists in and around the Pentagon well after the 2003 Iraq war, that the Russian geophysicists might be on to something of profound strategic importance.

If Russia had the scientific know-how and Western geology not, Russia possessed a strategic trump card of staggering geopolitical import. It was not surprising that Washington would go about erecting a "wall of steel"-a network of military bases and ballistic anti-missile shields around Russia, to cut her pipeline and port links to western Europe, China and the rest of Eurasia. Halford Mackinder's worst nightmare--a cooperative convergence of mutual interests of the major states of Eurasia, born of necessity and need for oil to fuel economic growth--was emerging. Ironically, it was the blatant US grab for the vast oil riches of Iraq and, potentially, of Iran, that catalyzed closer cooperation between traditional Eurasian foes, China and Russia, and a growing realization in western Europe that their options too were narrowing.

The Peak King

Peak Oil theory is based on a 1956 paper done by the late Marion King Hubbert, a Texas geologist working for Shell Oil. He argued that oil wells produced in a bell curve manner, and once their "peak" was hit, inevitable decline followed. He predicted the United States oil production would peak in 1970. A modest man, he named the production curve he invented, Hubbert's Curve, and the peak as Hubbert's Peak. When US oil output began to decline in around 1970 Hubbert gained a certain fame.

The only problem was, it peaked not because of resource depletion in the US fields. It "peaked" because Shell, Mobil, Texaco and the other partners of Saudi Aramco were flooding the US market with dirt cheap Middle East imports, tariff free, at prices so low California and many Texas domestic producers could not compete and were forced to shut their wells in.

Vietnam success

While the American oil multinationals were busy controlling the easily accessible large fields of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran and other areas of cheap, abundant oil during the 1960's, the Russians were busy testing their alternative theory. They began drilling in a supposedly barren region of Siberia. There they developed eleven major oil fields and one Giant field based on their deep 'a-biotic' geological estimates. They drilled into crystalline basement rock and hit black gold of a scale comparable to the Alaska North Slope.

They then went to Vietnam in the 1980s and offered to finance drilling costs to show their new geological theory worked. The Russian company Petrosov drilled in Vietnam's White Tiger oilfield offshore into basalt rock some 17,000 feet down and extracted 6,000 barrels a day of oil to feed the energy-starved Vietnam economy. In the USSR, a-biotic-trained Russian geologists perfected their knowledge and the USSR emerged as the world's largest oil producer by the mid-1980's. Few in the West understood why, or bothered to ask.

Dr. J. F. Kenney is one of the only Western geophysicists who has taught and worked in Russia, studying under Vladilen Krayushkin, who developed the huge Dnieper-Donets Basin. Kenney told me in a recent interview that "alone to have produced the amount of oil to date that (Saudi Arabia's) Ghawar field has produced would have required a cube of fossilized dinosaur detritus, assuming 100% conversion efficiency, measuring 19 miles deep, wide and high." In short, an absurdity.

Western geologists do not bother to offer hard scientific proof of fossil origins. They merely assert as a holy truth. The Russians have produced volumes of scientific papers, most in Russian. The dominant Western journals have no interest in publishing such a revolutionary view. Careers, entire academic professions are at stake after all.

Closing the door

The 2003 arrest of Russian Mikhail Khodorkovsky, of Yukos Oil, took place just before he could sell a dominant stake in Yukos to ExxonMobil after a private meeting with Dick Cheney. Had Exxon got the stake they would have control of the world's largest resource of geologists and engineers trained in the a-biotic techniques of deep drilling.

Since 2003 Russian scientific sharing of their knowledge has markedly lessened. Offers in the early 1990's to share their knowledge with US and other oil geophysicists were met with cold rejection according to American geophysicists involved.

Why then the high-risk war to control Iraq? For a century US and allied Western oil giants have controlled world oil via control of Saudi Arabia or Kuwait or Nigeria. Today, as many giant fields are declining, the companies see the state-controlled oilfields of Iraq and Iran as the largest remaining base of cheap, easy oil. With the huge demand for oil from China and now India, it becomes a geopolitical imperative for the United States to take direct, military control of those Middle East reserves as fast as possible. Vice President Dick Cheney, came to the job from Halliburton Corp., the world's largest oil geophysical services company. The only potential threat to that US control of oil just happens to lie inside Russia and with the now-state-controlled Russian energy giants. Hmmmm.

According to Kenney the Russian geophysicists used the theories of the brilliant German scientist Alfred Wegener fully 30 years before the Western geologists "discovered" Wegener in the 1960's. In 1915 Wegener published the seminal text, The Origin of Continents and Oceans, which suggested an original unified landmass or "pangaea" more than 200 million years ago which separated into present Continents by what he called Continental Drift.

Up to the 1960's supposed US scientists such as Dr Frank Press, White House science advisor referred to Wegener as "lunatic." Geologists at the end of the 1960's were forced to eat their words as Wegener offered the only interpretation that allowed them to discover the vast oil resources of the North Sea. Perhaps in some decades Western geologists will rethink their mythology of fossil origins and realize what the Russians have known since the 1950's. In the meantime Moscow holds a massive energy trump card.

Perhaps 'Agenda 21' should be called 'Alien Agenda 2012'. This madness goes way beyond international cooperation and conflict resolution. This is tyranny. Perhaps the Alien Nation is rounding up their cattle...and thinning the herd...and the United Nations are the ranchers. We the People of Earth are an Endangered Species.

If this is what is going on, the best thing that we can do is educate ourselves and refuse to cooperate with the agenda.

UN’s Agenda 21 Targets Your Mayor

June 7, 2005

By Tom DeWeese

We’ve all seen the bumper stickers, "Think Globally – Act Locally." It’s a creation of those who seek to impose international guidelines, rules and regulations on how we all live. Americans are about to find that it’s not just an empty slogan.

From June 1 through 5, 2005, the city of San Francisco was the site of an international conference called "World Environment Day." But the agenda of this conference was much bigger than just another hippy dance in the park. This meeting of the global elite had a specific target and an agenda with teeth. The goal was the full implementation of the UN’s Agenda 21 policy called Sustainable Development, a ruling principle for top-down control of every aspect of our lives – from food, to health care, to community development, and beyond. This time, the target audience is our nation’s mayors. The UN’s new tactic, on full display at this conference, is to ignore federal and state governments and go straight to the roots of American society. Think globally – act locally.

As part of their participation in the conference, mayors were pressed to commit their communities to specific legislative and policy goals by signing a slate of United Nations accords. Two documents were presented for the mayors’ signature.

The first document is called the "Green Cities Declaration," a statement of principles which set the agenda for the mayors’ assigned task. It says, in part, "Believing as Mayors of cities around the globe, we have a unique opportunity to provide leadership to develop truly sustainable urban centers based on culturally and economically appropriate local actions…" The Declaration is amazingly bold in that it details exactly how the UN intends to implement a very specific agenda in every town and city in the nation. The document includes lots of rhetoric about the need to curtail greenhouse gases and preserve resources. But the final line of the Green Cities Declaration was the point of the whole affair: "Signatory cities shall work to implement the following Urban Environment Accords. Each year cities shall pick three actions to adopt as policies or laws."

The raw meat of the agenda is outlined in detail in the second document, called the "Urban Environment Accords." The Accords include exactly 21 specific actions (as in Agenda 21) for the mayors to take, controlled by a time table for implementation.

Here’s a quick look at a few of the 21 agenda actions called for. Under the topic of energy, action item number one calls for mayors to implement a policy to increase the use of "renewable" energy by 10% within seven years. Renewable energy includes solar and wind power.

Not stated in the UN documents is the fact that in order to meet the goal, a community would have to reserve thousands of acres of land to set up expensive solar panels or even more land for wind mills. Consider that it takes a current 50 megawatt gas-fired generating plant about 2-5 acres of land to produce its power. Yet to create that same amount of power through the use of solar panels would require at least 1,000 acres. Using wind mills to generate 50 megawatts would require over 4,000 acres of land, while chopping up birds and creating a deafening roar. The cost of such "alternative" energy to the community would be vastly prohibitive. Yet, such unworkable ideas are the environmentally-correct orders of the days that the mayors are being urged to follow.

Energy Actions two and three deal with the issue of reducing energy consumption. Both of these are backdoor sneak attacks by the UN to enforce the discredited Kyoto Global Warming Treaty, which President Bush has refused to implement. Kyoto would force the United States to reduce its energy consumption by at least 30 percent, forcing energy shortages and severely damaging the nation’s economy. Kyoto is the centerpiece of the UN’s drive to control the world economy and redistribute wealth to Third World nations. It would do nothing to help the environment. Yet, the mayors are being pushed to help implement this destructive treaty city-by-city.

Perhaps the most egregious action offered in the Urban Environmental Accords deals with the topic of water. Action number twenty calls for adoption and implementation of a policy to reduce individual water consumption by 10% by 2020. Interestingly, UN begins by stating: "Cities with potable water consumption greater than 100 liters per capita per day will adopt and implement policies to reduce consumption by 10 percent by 2015."

There is no basis for the 100 liter figure other than employing a very clever use of numbers to lower the bar and control the debate. One must be aware that 100 liters equals about 26 gallons per person, per day. According to the UN, each person should only have 10% less than 26 gallons each day to drink, bathe, flush toilets, wash clothes, water lawns, wash dishes, cook, and more.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, Americans need about 100 GALLONS per day to perform these basic functions. Consider also that there is no specific water shortage in the United States. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, annual water withdrawal across the nation is about 407 billion gallons, while consumption (including evaporation and plant use, is about 94 billion gallons. Such restrictions, as outlined in the Urban Environment Accords, are really nothing more than a major campaign by the UN to control water consumption. Yet the nation’s mayors are being pushed to impose policies to take away our free use of water.

The rest of the Accords deal with a variety of subjects including waste reduction, recycling, transportation, health, and nature. Perhaps the most blatant promise of action is Action number sixteen in which the mayors are supposed to agree to: "Every year identify three products, chemicals, or compounds that are used within your city that represents the greatest risk to human health and adopt a law to eliminate their sale and use in the city."

There you have it. Every year, our nation’s mayors are to promise to ban something! What if there isn’t a "chemical or compound" that poses a risk? Gotta ban something anyway. That’s not an idle threat. In the 1990’s Anchorage, Alaska had some of the most pristine water in the nation. It had no pollution. Yet the federal government ordered the city to meet strict federal clean water standards that required it to remove a certain percentage of pollution. In order to meet those requirements, Anchorage was forced to dump fish parts into its pristine water so that it could then clean out the required quotas. Your city’s mayor may have to ban the ink in your fountain pen to meet his quota – and ban it he will.

And what is the mayor’s reward for destroying private property rights, increasing energy costs on less consumption, and banning something useful every year? He gets green stars. That’s right. According to UN documents, if your mayor can complete 8-11 of the prescribed 21 actions, the town will get a green star and the designation, "Local Sustainable City." 12-17 actions completed will garner two green stars and the designation, "National Sustainable City." 15-18 actions completed will bring in three green stars and the title "Regional Sustainable City." Finally, the energizer bunny mayor who gets 19-21 actions completed will get a full four green stars and the ultimate designation of "Global Sustainable City." Certainly he or she will also get a plaque and get to sit at the head table at the next UN Sustainable Development conference.

In the San Francisco summit, the mayors were wooed by the elite, from UN Secretary General Kofi Annan to Maurice Strong, to Senator Diane Feinstein, to Hollywood activists Robert Redford and Martin Sheen, to chimp-master Jane Goodall. All the usual suspects were there to press the flesh and push the agenda. Businesses like Mitsubishi, which hope to make huge profits from green industry by using such policy to destroy competition, helped pay for the event. The news media was well represented too, not in a journalistic role to report the news, but as full-fledged sponsors helping to spread their own brand of propaganda. All understood that a new governing elite, elected by no one, answerable to their own set of standards, is being created for the care and feeding of us all. With the right contacts and the proper show of public spirit, there are riches and power to be created. Even for your local mayor.

Sustainable Development is truly stunning in its magnitude to transform the world into feudal-like governance by making nature the central organizing principle for our economy and society. It is a scheme fueled by unsound science and discredited economics that can only lead modern society down the road to a new dark ages. It is a policy of banning goods and regulating and controlling human action. It is systematically implemented through the creation of non-elected visioning boards and planning commissions. There is no place in the Sustainable world for individual thought, private property or free enterprise. It is the exact opposite of the free society envisioned by this nation’s founders.

Even before the San Francisco conference, the UN’s influence over the nation’s mayors has been felt as 132 U.S. mayors have moved to implement the Kyoto Treaty in defiance of the Bush Administration’s rejection of it. Moreover, the treaty is the centerpiece of the agenda for the national meeting of the U.S. Conference of Mayors, slated for Chicago just one week after the San Francisco meeting. Think globally and act locally is no longer just a slogan on the back of a Volvo. It’s a well entrenched national policy bleeding down into your local community, carried there by Judas goats who have been elected by you.

America’s mayors are the elected representatives closest to the people. They are the ones that our founders intended to have the most influence over our daily lives. If the UN succeeds in its efforts to enforce Sustainable Development policy through our mayors, the process will accelerate at an astounding rate and locally-controlled government will cease to exist. But signs, adorned with green stars, will certainly greet us at every city limit line as the inhabitants, stripped of their property rights; buried under huge tax burdens; struggling under reduced energy flow, shuffle on as their proud mayor gleams in the global limelight under the banner "think globally and act locally."

Here is an article (http://www.freedomadvocates.org/articles/agenda_21_-_sustainable_development/agenda_21_--_the_blueprint_to_advance_sustainable_development_ 20040615100/) from a website called Freedom Advocates:

Agenda 21 -- The Blueprint to Advance Sustainable Development
by Daniel Beckett
Tuesday, 15 June 2004

In this straightforward expose of Agenda 21 -- the blueprint to advance Sustainable Development -- Beckett examines the notion of "sustainability". His conclusion: The American people need to be better informed so they understand that Sustainable Development is a pseudonym for centralized control over human life.

Santa Cruz County, CA

The policies of Sustainable Development are changing the very fabric of America.

Sustainable Development entered the world officially in 1987 in a report of the United Nations Commission on Environment and Development entitled, "Our Common Future". This commission was chaired by Gro Harlem Bruntland, Prime minister of Norway and Vice-President of the World Socialist Party. A well known mantra that originated from that report is "meeting today's need's without compromising future generations to meet their own needs". If one is to look, this mission statement has been incorporated into many government and non-government organizations. Is it a surprise that it was also reflected in the old Soviet constitution?

Then in 1992 the United Nations conference on "Environment and Development" was held in Rio De Janeiro Brazil. This summit is commonly referred to as the "Earth Summit". Then-President George H. Bush signed what is commonly referred to as the "Rio Accords". Out of this conference came the "Agenda 21" document. Agenda 21 was adopted as a work plan to implement Sustainable Development by 179 nations including our own.

The following year, newly-elected President Bill Clinton created "The Presidents Council on Sustainable Development" through executive order. This order created the framework for the federal government to begin implementing sustainable development programs nationwide. All of this has been moving forward with virtually no legislative debate.

I first became aware of Agenda 21 in the summer of 2000 when I was given a copy of the Santa Cruz Local Agenda 21 document, a regurgitated version of the global document. This local plan was endorsed by our esteemed Congressman Sam Farr on June 3rd, 1997. Is it any coincidence that Mr. Farr flies the United Nations flag at his Congressional office in Washington, DC?

So what could be wrong with the idea of being sustainable? We don't want to be unsustainable, do we? The problem with Sustainable Development is that it flies in the face of man's will to advance. America is the greatest country in the world. Why? Because its citizens were allowed the use of its bountiful resources. There was no king or dictator to control man's creative action.

The idea behind Sustainable Development is to foster a mentality of guilt in people over the use of natural resources. Every time one starts their car... Every time one turns on a water faucet... Remember, be sustainable! Don't exceed your allotment of resources... Big Brother is watching you. We all must learn to live the same, think the same and most importantly... be sustainable!

America was not created using this mindset. America was created with the mindset of full speed ahead!!! I don't think NASA was concerned about being sustainable when they were going to the moon.

You see, the real agenda behind Sustainable Development has nothing to do with protecting the environment. It is about controlling the natural resources. If the resources are controlled, the people are controlled. The screws are already tightening on us. Does it make any sense that we must use poisonous, difficult to dispose of, fluorescent lighting in kitchens now? These things should be a personal choice. No doubt in time the use of all natural resources will be highly regulated.

Of course, as in the old Soviet Union, not everyone will be required to live the peasant lifestyle. Those who play along will be rewarded. But the reward will only be a temporary one. It comes down to "the end justifies the means". The "useful idiots" will be in for a big surprise when they realize the noose they helped to tie will be placed around their own necks.

Problem is, most of the Think Global, Act Local socialists realize that most adults are smart enough to see through their utopian pipe dreams. Their solution? Brainwash the school children. It's not education anymore. It's indoctrination. That's why it's so important to have good teachers in the system. The local Packard Foundation (billions of dollars in assets at last check) funds a great many projects related to Sustainable Development. The next generation is being prepared to live in a new controlled society where people are discouraged from reaching their personal best. All this is being done with the help of our tax money.

Indicators of Sustainable Development and Agenda 21 are everywhere. The city of Watsonville is busy implementing its own Agenda 21 Plan, called ACTION Pajaro Valley. The county is neck-deep with valley and village plans, such as in Corralitos and Aptos. Then there is the City of Marina redevelopment plan. The name of this type of planning is "community planning", "comprehensive planning", "growth management planning", or "smart growth". They all mean the same thing. Oh, then let's not forget about Highway 1. The plan on that is to stall long enough, until we all give up on our cars due to unbearable congestion. We are being molded into complying with a more controlled and less independent form of transportation, such as the proposed rail line. Then there won't be a need to widen the highway. We have become guinea pigs in a social experiment.

Getting back to community planning, it is based on the creation of councils called "visioning councils". These councils are manipulated in such a way as to come to a pre-determined outcome. The professional facilitators of the meeting work hard to make sure all those involved are easily swayed into being agreeable. The process utilizes group manipulation tactics. Most people fear the thought of looking foolish in front of others and tend to keep quiet. If one is vocal, and unwilling to go along, a wily facilitator will pick up on this and use mockery to shut the person up. I have seen this demonstrated on numerous occasions. These so-called "visioning councils" are based on a very similar method of government such as that which was used in the Soviet Union. It is a top down form of governance where the local representatives blindly follow along behind their higher ups. The infrastructure for the brave new world of tomorrow is being created today right in front of our eyes. It's not about free enterprise providing the type of housing people want anymore. It's about government dictating the type of housing it will allow people to live in. I guess the government has forgotten the fact that it is not its role to control the housing market.

In fact, there is a lot of so-called public land in this county. But activities for outdoor sports and recreation are becoming increasingly restricted. There is big demand for activities such as hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, etc., but these activities are often considered to be unsustainable and therefore not allowed. A lot of this so-called open space is just plain closed off to all human use. More and more regulation is being placed on the use of public lands. I am not a big proponent of the government acquiring any more land, either directly or through "funnel" agencies such as Land Trusts -- who usually sell back to the government at a profit and then repeat the cycle.

If one is willing to take the time and do the research, you will come to realize -- as I did -- that we are in big trouble in this country. It doesn't seem to make much difference who is in power, be it Democrat or Republican, the Agenda 21 beat goes on. It is a very troubling and discouraging to realize that our own government is implementing a program that would make the Marxists proud. Did all those brave American soldiers die in the second World War fighting tyrannical regimes, for this? The American people need to be informed so they have a chance to voice their opposition to this form of tyranny. Forget about any major media willing to discuss this issue. I would suggest Freedom Advocates as a good start.

If America is to remain the land of the free and home of the brave the truth must get out. All patriotic Americans need to take the time to understand what is happening. I assure you, you will not like what you find. It's a bitter pill to swallow, but necessary if we are to stand a chance in saving our country. Take the time to be informed and speak out against those who wish to change America from the land of the free to the home of the regulated and controlled. Do it now -- before it's too late.

32 degrees is when water free zes and becomes ice, or I see. The e is 99% silent in the Occult.

So you reverse the E and I to get lie. And you get ice from IC because the e is silent.

And out of the word "ice" comes this profound message that's hidden. If we had all this knowledge, we would be free...

I don't mean to take your post off topic, but here we go.
:lol3:
L= 12
I = 9
9+12=21

666= 360 degrees of perception. This means you have to turn yourself upside down like the hang man in the tarot, to truly percieve this reality. In other words ,don't look at things in only one way.

The 911 is a li , is a code for repeat 911 at 21

Another Xample is the word Agenda

A = 1
g = 7 Ag =8 the sacred feminine number for eternity
n = 14 or 77
877=22 = zero point energy- Two 7s create the letter Z
Z is the 26th letter of the alphabet 2+6=8.Right there hidden in plain view in the letter Z are the numbers 877 or 22

e is silent
d=4
a=1

Total 5 the fifth element

So you can say it fast like, Agenda 21, or slow- Age End At 21.:lol3:

Its a code of sounds, letters and numbers

Its called casting a spell, by using spelling.:original:

Okay, you're referring to not having the knowledge symbolized by "ice" is a sin, which is associated by sound with shin, which is the 21st letter of the alphabet. Additionally LI(E) translates to 21 numerically.

I was searching on the web for information about how Local Agenda 21 is impacting people at the grassroots level. I came across this website (http://www.educatorsofliberty.com/) for an organization called Educators of Liberty...

Also on this website under "Agenda 21" is "Links." One of the Links is "List of Participating Mayors." The link is: http://usmayors.org/climateprotection/list.asp

http://usmayors.org/climateprotection/images/headerLogo.jpg

The logo says "Mayors Climate Protection Center - The U.S. Conference of Mayors."

I see that for my state there are 9 mayors who have signed on to the U.S. Conference of Mayors Climate Protection Agreement (http://usmayors.org/climateprotection/agreement.htm).

Here is what the agreement commits to:

- Strive to meet or beat the Kyoto Protocol targets in their own communities, through actions ranging from anti-sprawl land-use policies to urban forest restoration projects to public information campaigns;
- Urge their state governments, and the federal government, to enact policies and programs to meet or beat the greenhouse gas emission reduction target suggested for the United States in the Kyoto Protocol -- 7% reduction from 1990 levels by 2012; and
- Urge the U.S. Congress to pass the bipartisan greenhouse gas reduction legislation, which would establish a national emission trading system

But sometimes good-sounding words can be very misleading...

...And here is a quote from an essay on Agenda 21 entitled "Agenda 21 or Freedom 21: Making the right choice" by Tom DeWeese dated April 27, 2005 (http://www.freedom.org/front/essay/10.html):

..."Agenda 21 or Freedom 21..."

The organization Freedom 21 has put together a document in opposition to Agenda 21 entitled:

"Freedom21 Alternative to the U.N.'s Agenda 21 Program for Sustainable Development" (http://www.freedom21.org/un-alt.html)

Here are the Principles and Policy Recommendations (http://www.freedom21.org/alternative/chapter1.html#Principles), including references:

Principles

Population growth does not necessitate depleted resources, and there are currently no shortages of food, raw materials or energy. Nor is there anything to prevent increased production. People are human capital.

Overpopulation in the world is not a problem. The United Nations itself shows that population will peak at about 9 billion people around the year 2050. More people means more minds to produce innovations; not simply more mouths to feed.

High population densities don't cause poverty. There is no correlation between population density and poverty. There are, however, high correlations between denser populations and prosperous human specializations.

A vibrant free market economy, not more numerous government programs, reduces poverty. Hernando de Soto identifies the true pillars of wealth which center on property rights that are fully transferable and secured by a legal system that is free of corruption and over-regulation. The World Bank estimates nearly five billion people are legally and economically disenfranchised by their own governments.

Government corruption and/or government over regulation create poverty. There is a high correlation between poverty and nations having corrupt governments or governments that over regulate the marketplace and citizen initiative. Where economic improvement has occurred, it was always proceeded by a lessening of corruption in their respective governments and increased political and economic freedom and stability within their borders.

Population growth is either not related to, or has a slight positive correlation with, economic growth. Greater population growth rates often translate into the economic growth.

Per capita income is positively correlated with environmental protection. The better the economy, the greater the ability of a society to afford environmental protection and sustainability.

Money alone does not reduce poverty. While there is still extreme poverty in the world, enormous progress has been made in its reduction. Although trillions of dollars have been spent in the United States on poverty reduction, dollars have not measurably lowered the poverty level. Large government programs have in fact harmed millions of Americans by making their survival dependent upon the largess of federal government.

The greatest poverty will be in rural areas. While rural prosperity seems to play only an insignificant role in the overall GDP of a nation, without rural prosperity urban prosperity cannot be maintained in perpetuity. It is not sustainable. Nor is the poverty in the developing nations caused by the wealthy developed nations.

Planned societies and centralized government discourages initiative, free markets and creativity. Government planning stifles economic growth. Overly bureaucratized societies dampen creativity and causes factions and instability. It therefore does not help people; it discourages them.

Economic growth is not destroying the earth as proclaimed in the headlines, rather the contrary.48 We will look more specifically at environmental concerns below.

Policy Recommendations

1. Nations should maintain open markets with proper legal structures to protect nations and their people from unscrupulous opportunists at both the national and international level. Nations do not produce. Individuals produce and the proper legal checks and balances must be in place to protect people from corrupt governments and international institutions.

2. The international community should discontinue support of coercive population control programs. Provide for wealth creation so there is increasing wealth, and citizens will voluntarily reduce family size.

3. Environmental law should be promulgated and enforced at the state and local level. National and international administration and enforcement of environmental law reduces effectiveness and too easily becomes corrupt and abusive - especially to rural citizens. This recommendation would allow local governments to have the power to find the best solutions for environmental protection while providing greater accountability to its citizens. At the same time, nation states could provide the incentives for economic prosperity to their rural citizens.

4. Require transparency, accountability and liability for all representatives, governmental or non-governmental. Maintain the consent of the governed by avoiding any type of governance that is not accountable to the people governed.

The words "sustainable development" sound virtuous...

Alan Watt often points out in his radio programs (http://cuttingthroughthematrix.net/radio/Alan_Watt_CTTM_Live_on_RBN.html) that the powers that be recruit writers to incorporate "predictive programming" into books and films so that the general public gets used to things that are going to be manipulated into being in society at a future time.

Here is a YouTube video he links to. It is Part 1 of 10 of the 1971 film Zero Population Growth. Alan says the term "sustainable development" is in the film. It's in the film for a reason: to implant an idea which will further the New World Order agenda of the powers that be:

21 could refer to anything in 21st century and sustained development meaning control of resources including people. I may be off here, but the "Maafa 21" came to mind with the eugenics programs to get rid of the "less desirable" minorities per the elites agenda.

Maafa 21 does a great job explaining the plan to get rid of the blacks using abortion and planned parenthood.

Of course it could and probably does encompass many areas including economy, resources, and people.

...Maafa 21 does a great job explaining the plan to get rid of the blacks using abortion and planned parenthood...

I see on Wikipedia that this is a documentary that "describes Margaret Sanger and Planned Parenthood as racist." Alan Watt has spoken often on his show that Planned Parenthood has its roots in eugenics. His view is that the international bankers, for whom the globalists work as "technocrats," believe they are superior and should rule the world. Unnecessary "useless eaters" should be done away with. Also, they worry about commoners getting too numerous for them to control. This would not be racist, it would be more a matter of who is useful to the elite, and who is not.

From what I can gather, carrying out eugenics (disguised, of course) is a central reason why the United Nations was established in the first place.

From the transcript of Alan Watt's September 17, 2009 radio talk (http://cuttingthroughthematrix.com/transcripts/Alan_Watt_CTTM_LIVEonRBN_410_Dont_Procrastinate--De-Domesticate_Sept172009.html):

"The American Indians were first to get put in reserves. Now, Agenda 21 is here from the United Nations and WE are all getting put into reserves. They call them ‘corridors’ or human habitat areas. They HAVE been at this for 30 years and people don’t even know it. There are corridors for animals, etc to live in and humans can’t go on. There are the UN biospheres in between them. The UN can then say which international corporations have the right to go in there, the SOLE rights to go in and mine for minerals and different things that they want. Human habitat areas… Agenda 21."

That's an impressive research you are making Seashore. I have learned much by your work.

I have worked many years exactly in the perspective of what we called "development durable" or sustainable development. I used to be an assiduous reader of the geopolitics french newspaper "Le Monde Diplomatique". I was listening with my friends short wave Internationale radio station of many different countries talking about all kind of geopolitics matters in the world.

I have read many books on the French revolution, many on the Russian revolution and many on the Cuban revolution. I was involved into a front of liberation of the people from the claw of the imperialism of capitalism philosophy. I never believed in war though, but much more in education.

But, at the same time, I was on the path of spirituality. I always been. And deep inside, there was something telling me that above all these geopolitical forces, there was a spiritual war going on, much more deeper than the eyes can see.

Today, I see much more clearer and all these old patterns are so obvious to me.

Sustainable development was something genuine and a pure idea for the best of all. It had the power to free the people, and just like many powerful idea, it was usurped by the "manipulators" to be corrupted into an agenda of total oppression. It is the way they work. They do not create, but only corrupt pure ideas that challenge their foundation.

They are the ones who have driven humanity into an age of industrialization, then into consumerism. With the careful planning to result in the creation of global problems industrialization and consumerism brings along. Now, we are stuck with a dying system and they are so happy to bring about their drastic solutions. Agenda 21 they call it. Age end at 21 like 777 cleverly described.

It is an old way of governing, very old. Machiavelli warned about it. Create the global problems, wait for the effect to take place, let the people panicking, then bring them the solutions and they will follow you like sheep follow their shepherd. My bet is that Agenda 21 was well planned before the 19th century...

The surprise is at the corner though. They used to be laughing about the Mayan pyramid of evolution. Of course, they are, after all, serving the master of devolution. Name it whatever you want. Now, they are afraid of it, because they have realized, not so long ago, that it is indeed effective and unstoppable.

So, they are doing again what they are so used to do with truth that free the people. They corrupt it and use it everywhere they can to bring to humanity the end of the world scenario starting in 21/12/2012. So obvious... Now, Hollywood consciousness printing machine has regurgitate its new born brainwashing non-sens movie.

I bet that their plan for agenda 21 had to be rushed forward. Their steps planning had to be compressed in time, :lol3:. I remember George Green mentioning they had to make sure the calendar was accurate and well synchronized with the Mayan calendar.

They are getting unpolished and predictable with 911 and AH1N1. It will only help us, the people will have more reason to wake up now. Of course there will be confusion, but after all, that's why we are here, now, remember...

Namaste, Steven

Here is the website associated with this freedom movement:

I've just received an email from this organization that includes this information:

"Government by Treaties

Buried on page 18, paragraph 38, of the negotiating text of the Copenhagen Protocol to the Climate Change Treaty, are these words:

'The scheme for the new institutional arrangement under the Convention will be based on three basic pillars: government; facilitative mechanism; and financial mechanism....'

The text goes on to define the Conference of the Parties (COP) as the government to oversee the 'facilitative and financial mechanisms.' The facilitative mechanism includes five agencies, one of which specializes in international monitoring, reporting, and compliance. The financial mechanism also includes five agencies, one of which specializes in compensation for losses and damages caused by excessive emissions from developed nations.

If this language is adopted in Copenhagen, and the treaty ratified by the Senate, every American who uses energy will be subject to a United Nation's agency empowered to monitor energy use, collect taxes, fines, and other revenues for redistribution to other nations."

Another buzz word about which we need to be aware of the true meaning is "Public-Private Partnership" - a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Joan Veon is an expert on what is going on at the United Nations. Here is an article (http://www.infowars.com/agenda-21-alert-public-private-partnerships/) from Infowars.com based on an interview with her:

Agenda 21 Alert: Public-Private Partnerships

Based on an interview with Joan Veon

Joan Veon is an author, journalist and expert on globalization; she also hosted her own radio talk show and is a successful businesswoman. In these 2 videos she explains the mechanism by which corporations gain power over all levels of government: local, county, state, federal, foreign and the United Nations, thus creating corporate fascism, on a global level.

YouTube- AGENDA 21 ALERT: PUBLIC- PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS Part 1 of 2

Public- Private Partnerships are one of the most effective tools that are used by the globalists to implement Agenda 21 Sustainable Development, with the goal of destroying the structure of governments that represent the people, and puts profits and resources in the hands of the private interest collectivists.

The public part of the Public- Private Partnership (PPP) is the government, which becomes corrupted and no longer represents the taxpayers, when it accepts funding from private interests. Further, the government becomes silent against abuses to the public when they have been compromised by PPP business arrangements, and, worse yet, may also sell off resources and utilities that were owned by the taxpayers. The government does this because they are broke and more taxation is unpopular.

The private part of the PPP is often a combination of these entities:

- Corporations (usually multinational)

- Foundations (like Rockefeller)

- Associations

- Universities

- Any entity with a lot of money

- Non-Governmental Agencies (NGO’s). NGO’s are usually environmental agencies, like the Sierra Club and the Nature Conservancy.

The private stakeholder in the business arrangement always has profit as its goal, not service. Service was formerly the role of the representative government. The assets that once belonged to the taxpayers are then transferred to private interests, in a transfer of wealth through the assets, to private parties that seek profit at any price. Frequently, deceit, deception and distortion are used to fleece the taxpayer into this ’solution’ for governments that are broke.

American local, county, state and the federal governments have gone broke and are ripe for the sale of their assets to PPP’s because of deficit spending, and a lack of economic common sense. John Maynard Keynes promoted deficit spending to Roosevelt as a way to escape the Depression. This results in diluted government and loss of power.

Ms. Veon reports that the only way to combat this is:

1. Being alert and recognizing this scam

2. Understanding the structure and intent of the PPP

3. Taking action by exposing the PPP deceit at government meetings

For a wealth of information on PPP’s and other related topics, visit Joan Veon’s website at www.womensgroup.org.

Listening to Alan Watt's program for February 1, 2010 I've learned of an article on the American Thinker website entitled "UN Agenda 21 - Coming to a Neighborhood near You" (http://www.americanthinker.com/2009/10/un_agenda_21_coming_to_a_neigh.html) by Scott Strzelczyk and Richard Rothschild. (I'm intrigued by the "Rothschild" name but I don't know anything about the author.)

Anyway, this article points out that on a local level the UN purposely recommends avoiding the term "Agenda 21" and suggests using, instead, some other term such as "smart growth," "comprehensive planning," or "growth management."

I think it's good to be aware of this technique that is used: just change the name to try to camouflage the agenda once people become more aware.
