At this very moment I am at work...I work in the auto industry...I am a finance director...there is a Lady here who desparately needs a car to go to work...Her husband died from cancer in February...she is having a very tough time as many of us here. she is 60 years old.

Okay enough information for you all to PLEASE say a prayer...Her credit is awful because fo her situation..and it is going to be very tough to get her financed....
I need you all to send some healing energy her way...her name is Julie
I HAVE GOT TO GET HER FINANCED SO SHE CAN GET TO WORK...

Whatever you guys can muster up would be greatly needed...lets see if we can collectively get this done....and I will do my part.

Brook, I just sent out the request into the universe. On a earthly level, I wonder if she is in touch with any seniors groups, or living in a seniors building. Quite often seniors will have a perfectly good car sitting in their garage, that they do not drive anymore. They would probably make financial arrangements at reasonable terms to buy it. Worth her while to contact some of these groups and put the word out.

The manager just threw it out ther in case it got approved...but I CANNOT..take it back ...I have got to find a way to help her. This is going to be one of the hardest ones I've done...
My choice would have been to get the financing..then sell her the car...but my greedy thoughtless manager just threw it out there against the wall to see if it would stick....
Well...here is the thing...I'm going to get her done...but he is not going to make any money if I can help it....He did it strictly based on GREED...without a care how the lady would feel if she had to bring it back...I won't allow that to happen...I'm going to get it done...no matter what.

Okay guys...I just got off the phone with the bank...at first they said no way...because they had turned her down last month from another dealer.

Guess what....I GOT HER DONE :thumb_yello: And I want to thank all of you who put it out there...because I KNOW it was with your help I was able to push it through....
In all my experience..by all that I know...this deal should not have been approved.

It is through all of you that it happened..and of course I nudged it in that direction.

Haven't told her yet....she is bringing some documents I need for the bank...I'll tell her then....and guess what...the bank fee was enough to cover the the gross profit....hahaha...big mistake on the managers part...I tried telling him :lmfao:

I just finished up Julia's paperwork....she is so happy, and greatful.
She asked me what's wrong? I had just gotten off the phone with the bank for my loan modification for my house....
Here is the story...

I work in the Auto indursty which has fallen greatly...My income has gone down 2/3 of what it normally should be.
I have two properties...one rental..which is a wash..I only use the interest as a write off for tax purpose. The other I live in.
I applied for a loan Mod with Countrywide, my lender...they were very nasty, and said I might not qualify..and I would surly not qualify for any other program as I own two properties...I was so stressed out.
Turns out...Julia works in the Forclosure dept of Countrywide....:thumb_yello:
She told me not to worry...forget about what they said...because I helped her out she would help me out...she said..forget about what they told you....I will get your loan Modification, and you will not lose your house!

I had no idea that helping this woman would turn out like this...it's like she was an angel...sent to me in my time of need.
Today she called me and said they would put a stop on the forclosure, and the mod has begun...not to worry..she is getting the upper managers involved. What a blessing....
So from the bottom of my heart...I want to thank all of you for helping Julia...as it has turned out to help me in my time of need as well!

Yep...I was pretty amazed :shocked:...she said and I quote..." look me in the eyes...don't cry...give me eye contact...you are not going to lose your house...I promise...I'm going to give you the same good customer service you gave me."
I about fell out of my chair. Tomorrow would be the day they would have processed the foreclosure...and today they started the loan modification that everyone else said I could not qualify for due to the other property. I could care less about the other property...it's just the renters I have there are so nice..and now I'm buried in that place as well.
I really don't care about the house I'm in either..but I have three dogs I love dearly...and I cannot get in an apartment with three dogs...so I was more concerned about the dogs then the house. :lol3:
I do like the house...it's the home I've set up for my family..but it's only a house....I am so relieved now..and that woman Julia was my angel.
