How many hours of your life have you spent barefoot on the bare earth? Hours? For most people in North America they spend most of their time in shoes, on pavement, on concrete or in their house. How many hours of your life have you spent barefoot on the bare earth or grass?

I can honestly say..most of it...I don't like wearing shoes...My mother used to tell me my feet would be big as a house...and she is right...I was just telling someone that...because my feet hurt right now...I cannot stand to wear shoes...and as a result my feet are very wide. But I'm quick on my feet when I have no shoes on :lmfao:

Plenty... I always misplace my flipflops in the summer because I take them off every chance I get. I drive barefoot, dance barefoot and walk barefoot everywhere and anywhere. I like to feel the ground beneath me :naughty:

every minute I can..............I hate shoes and my feet are wide too.

I love to walk across the grass. I love to be barefooted.

I can't stand shoes either. When I get home from work they come off and don't go on until the next, plus I usually wear sandels to work. I even brave the garden barefoot in spite of the fire ants. When I was a kid my grandmother would be so mad at me because my feet were black because I ran around the neighborhood in bare feet. I could even manage on gravel and rocks. I love sand between my toes also. Ah mother Earth! Great thread 246

I spend as much time as possible barefoot and outdoors and have most of my life. I have to live near woods and water and as close to natural surroundings as possible. If you want an effective grounding try doing it barefoot outdoors with your feet firmly planted in the earth.

I've spent most of my life in shoes, but now I'm going to go barefoot as much as possible. Especially while gardening...
