I've been seeing combat vehicles transported on I-55/74 around Bloomington/Normal for the past couple of weeks heading in the direction of Springfield. At the same point in time I've been seeing alot of parts for windmills heading the opposite direction as they are building windfarms to the north and east of Bloomington/Normal.
