I used to get this a lot, but it went away, lately I've noticed it happening again.
So what in your opinion is it and why does it happen??

My theroy is that we are replaying our life at the end and are remembering bits as we rewatch it  But I don't know.

(read this twice, so I don't have to type it twice, to keep the pun going)

I've heard it explained like this. since we create our future in our now, we have virtually an infinite number of potentiality and/or probabilities available before us. When we switch from one to another, there can still be an echo of the old probability. That's what we see when we experience Deja vu.

Not sure if that's correct, but it's AN explanation that doesn't contradict other things I know to be true.

Another theory is that we astral travel, we see the future and when it happens we feel as if we experienced it before....
