If you have problems trying to get a picture of time travel in operation, try this . . . .
Picture an up-escalator in operation - the upward motion is the relentless march of time. You are born on the bottom step and your physical body will stay on that step for ever as it slowly carries you upwards. When the step you are on becomes the top step, and it disappears before returning underground to start the cycle all over again, this is the moment that your physical body dies but your soul, spirit, essence or whatever you like to call it, lives forever.
Okay, so that is a way of looking at time and how it just seems to keep on moving. To travel in time you need to leave your physical body - sorry, you can’t take it with you - at least not while you are in the dense vibratory state you are at this time. However, with training and practise, you can “remind” your spirit that it already knows how to travel in time. Once you have achieved this, it’s just a matter of leaving your physical body and walking up or down the escalator.
Easy, isn’t it?
