I was wondering if someone here can recommend something that I can do for memory loss that I am experiencing. Most of it, I believe, comes from the anti-depressants that I have taken for many years now. Memory loss is just one of the many side-effects that you get from these drugs.

Is there something that I could take, perhaps in the form of a supplement that might counteract the side-effects of my anti-depressant and help me to retain more of my memory function?

Ginko Biloba

A detox might help (by reducing your bodies toxin load and creating a easier healing environment)

Drink lots of water

Good sleep

Asking for healing and meditating will also help.
