thats exactly it jacqui d, really do believe if people just remembered that they are beings living connected to everything around them, then many of 'our' worries would be disolved. so its good to spread a little love everyday to those that one comes across, so much beauty should be celebrated :wub2:

mudra, thats exactly what i have learned in my life, but this year i have learned how to give love freely to others by exepting the light inside, without fear and it is so wonderfull to see how by giving love you can connect with others on a much more beautifull and real level. we touch others lives everyday, by sending them love (even in times of conflict) we stay intouch with our true selves.

anyway must go and meditate before friend arrives.

As this love is given freely you will connect to others whom are resonating on this level. especially send love to those who find life difficult/ those who seek to destroy you/ for they are being denied this vibration because, self has blocked that connection.
This is the only way that humanity will be lifted, this must come to pass, we can do it if only more could see how powerful this love is.

Amazed soul I have.
