I tend to agree with one of the comments on Youtube that the credibility of this clip is hard to prove, with the image being of very poor quality and hard to tell if this guy was actually saying this or not. Can't really make out his lip movement.
When is this from? Anyone know?

Yes but we heard Aaron Russo speak about why the Afghanistan war would happen and it was to take control of the poppy fields for heroine production... I watched his lips closely, the timing is slightly off but you can tell it's him speaking by closely listening and watching his mouth. All these suicide bombs lately, makes one wonder if the CIA isn't just paying someone off to help their family in trade for taking their own life?... Wouldn't put it passed them :nono:

Maybe the Poppy's are for Opium which are for all the 'brand-name" cigarettes on the market sold over the counter and have had the cigarette paper sprayed with Opium!!!!
So... do the Tobacco companies run our military???? Is our military being used for just common thievery?? I'm sure the Taliban is ****** that someone from another country is militarily stealing their crops of trade????

"... He was shown various stages of manufacture including a sealed room which his guide said was a paper impregnation plant. My doctor friend was informed that in this building the paper was impregnated with a substance to ensure even, slow burning without the taste of burning paper. Later, when he got home (he kept the coverall as a souvenir), he had the fine dust on it analyzed and when the lab results came back, lo and behold, the dust contained traces of opium.
The doctor is thus under the firm impression that paper used for cigarette manufacture is first impregnated with OPIUM. It is the opium that causes addiction to smoking. Even in small quantities, opium is extremely addictive. In his opinion, based upon research on nicotine, he found that it is not nicotine alone that makes a tobacco addict, but rather, it is the opium used to impregnate the paper, plus the nicotine, that is the root cause of addiction to smoking..."

Opiates are tolerance building ie you need more the next time to get the same effect, so i would think that give diminishing returns.
