Thank you kindly, Syncromystically I just needed this
- I wrote a long "report" about things going on with me,
and I dont dare post it.

Short version: this happens to me but is kinda not concious,
so I need practise. Also -

I wonder, this shift we go through, Maya-calendar,
time speeding up, electromagnetic anomalies in both sun + on earth
- could of course explain what is happening so above so below
- so outside so within. Add to that what might be of interest

by whom? Are they programmed? Receivers,

I am usually blowing lightbulbes when "charged", light them too,
when I meet with one friend - our energies combined trigger things,
phone calls but only 0000000000011111111 and so on the display,
noone there.

Anyone else had new phenomenas happening to them,
sychro-mystical things, telepathy and precognition?

I will be teaching how to do telekinesis in the program but that is later on down the line. With regards to your experiences this is a good sign. It shows that your Bio-electicity is working at a good level. Dont worry about light being smashed as this is a normal thing. I have to constantly have a stock of bulbs in my house. I have spotlights all over my house and these seem to blow constantly so i now used side lamps. At least it is cosey though. hehe
Crystals can be used for various things. The correct way to use crystals in healing is to lay down and set them up in specific positions around and on your body<depending on what your need is> to make a grid effect.
Crystals are important but those who think by carrying a small gemstone in their pocket will help them with whatever need is very wrong. The frequency a small stone ommits it not enough. Larger stones, Yes. Those who feel a difference carrying a small stone is a placebo. That is not to say that is bad as this makes you heal yourself.
There are specific stones that ommit higher frequencies that do help the body thoughEven in small sizes, these are a few: Haematite, Tigers ore, Emerald, Lapis las. these are only a few but i think you understand me.

As far as I have experienced I dont need anything for telekinesis but a clear mind with a focused intent (a picture in my mind of what I want to happen), a strong connection to spirit, and a strong divine will.

I have never used crystals... or anything of that nature. I know the power is from within me, and though some crystals might affect somethings... in the end I am what allows source to flow directed through intent.

Correct oceanwinds.
Some people can do this without being taught. This is due to they learnt this in a previous life and the sub conscious has not blocked this ability.

For those who dont have this ability they have to be taught.

Long story short you have to unblock certain chakra's, eg, hands if you are using then to move something. and extend your aura from your hand onto the object. If you can see aura's you will see your aura extend onto the object and push it.
