Its gone a bit quite on this front...as we are approaching these danger months regarding Flu keep your finger on the pulse and pass around...facebook/my space ... ect etc ... Come on all you Web Warriors... do your job.

Conclusion
Hydrogen peroxide is one of the few simple miracle substances still available to the public. Its safety and multiple uses ranks it right up there with DMSO. This seems only reasonable now that we know one of its main functions is to activate and stimulate the immune system. Although I am a strong supporter of H202 therapy, I am not suggesting that everyone needs to be using it. Do you drink hydrogen peroxide or what?

I have mms. I assume that's just as effective? Why chase any other "miracle" cure when I got mms?

That's what I don't like about these threads. The fact that we put so much time and energy into something that DOESN'T HAVE TO EXIST!

Vorian- the 'secret cure' was Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide!

I had heard of folk using it, but hadn't read up on it, so I did;

Seems logical? I ordered some off Ebay to try- will dowse my resonance first before I take any!!{It might help my MS / some symptoms - who knows?}

They stress the importance of diluting correctly...

One's best protection against the flu is vitamin D3. One should take 5000 IU a day now and when the disease begins to spread increase the dose to 15,000 IU a day. Vitamin D3 modulates the immune reaction, reducing the chance of an overreaction and stimulates the body to produce what are called antimicrobial peptides, which are powerful killers of viruses that does not involve immunity. This is dose related, which means the higher the dose of vitamin D3 the better the protection. Fish oils (the best is Carlson's Norwegian lemon flavored fish oil) also reduce immune overreaction. One teaspoon a day should be sufficient. For severe symptoms, one teaspoon twice a day. Antioxidants of various kinds also help--this includes, quercetin, curcumin, grapeseed extract, vitamin C and natural vitamin E.
