Project Camelot Meetings - I Wanna Come!

I keep seeing meetings show up on Project Camelot, but I don't see information on when and where these meetings are going to be placed.

I would like to come along. Where is the best place to find out the most current and up to date information?

I might be blind, but I can't see it on the website.

Is there some sort of schedule or itinerary or something?

Are there meetings in different areas or states. I would definitely go if there was one in Florida. Can we start these kind of meetings?

For conferences scheduled by Bill and Kerry, you just have to go to http://projectcamelot.net to keep up with the schedule - there is not a lot of lead time for most of them. You could organize a meeting in your area by clicking the contact button, but understand they get several hundred emails a day.

Now local ground crew meetings are put together by people on this forum. You can find those by going to the top level http://www.projectavalon.net/forum and exploring various forums and subforums.

Edit - http://www.projectavalon.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=85 and scroll down to the green bar that says "Global Ground Crew Networking". Yes you can organize one yourself.
