Hi burgundia,

It strikes me that this forum is beginning to become the Noahs' Ark of Flu epidemics!

The scientists will soon run out of animals.... What will come next?

Best regards,

Steve

Why, Steve, we cannot indulge in some nonsensical forum flooding, ourselves, is just a feature for the new forum posters only? :sneaky2:

That days, when a new forum poster will watch first, observe for a while and the timidly bring his/her contribution to a matter or another only if he really had a contribution, are long gone, isn't it?
Just a little fun, also for us, to let out the steam ! So, what do you say?

What's next? Stork Flu? Emu Flu? Platypus Flu? Dung Beetle Flu?

No matter what "they" call it, they're all full to the gills with dung.

They hope you don't catch

The Cam-e-lot FLU ---
that's ONE of two,
that's the one, that has you seeing visions of avalon
and, when you get hot enough
you remember who you are

or

The AV-A-lon FLU---
that's two of two,
that's the one,
where you read something on www.projectavalon.net
or, www.projectcamelot.net
and, you are magically transported back
into feeling the energy of camelot
and, remembering you need to come round ;)
and, it is contagious as hell

after all--just check the stats at :

It's not a flu, it's a fever. 'Q-fever' (Q-koorts) it's called & it's caused by goats.
Right now. as we speak, they're slaughtering every goat they can find in the southern parts - where the flu patients are - of Holland.

That's what happens to people who stare at goats! :mfr_lol:

Well, my goat, Merlin, doesn't have the flu. He has the blues because he smells all this cooking going on and thinks since he's part of the family, he should be allowed to join in the festivities. He thinks he's a house goat. Well, at least we put a great big red jingle bell on his collar so that he doesn't lose himself in the snow.

In Holland the 'Swine Flu' is called 'Mexican Flu'. What if it had originated for the first time, in Israel? Would we have named it 'Jew Flu' than?

Hey Trancoso, I think here in North Carolina, we have Mountain Dew flu. Every store is sold out of every other soft drink with the exception of Mtn. Dew. It's very widespread.

It is at moments like these, that I thank my Creator for being born in Holland & living in Amsterdam. Although the weather is dreadful here, at this moment (04:50 AM).

I guess this means bad news for Mountain Dew stockholders!

If it's on PC or PA and contagious, very likely it's The-Men-Who-Stare-at-Goats flu!!!

We have a flu that primarily affects our elected leaders.

It's called Jackass Flu.

It doesn't affect them all but certainly a majority.

No worries. Work in a hospital environment here. I'll be ready to deal with these isolated incidents.

Hi B,

This is not a flu but Q-fever. It is not a virus but bacterial. :thumb_yello:
