I took classes in Dahn Yoga 5 days a week, before I started working again. Never felt better in my life in body, mind and spirit! Even my thyroid tests were getting better and I was taking less.

My two favorite memories, free style dancing while tapping on my donjon.
I also loved having hot tea at the end with the master and our class!

I have the book and the DVD's, I need to get back to it again, thanks for the reminder Tango!

I would prefer that as you go about your day in front of the computer that you play this in the background
if you can; have it play as an mp3 over and over in a loop would be even better. Buying a book
will not put the message right in your brain [rewire it] right, Now, NOW...

You can't Over Dose on this... But, if it Wakes You Up... Will you " Pay it Forward " and bless those on the Healing List....?

Simply, read a name... Go over their body... Ask that they be healed... move
you will feel their location [somewhat] the Grid will pick up your blessing... get
it delivered... Move on to the next name...

Also, Lightbeing posted a video on How to...

You will notice your natural abilities will become stronger the more days

Tango, awesome thread great work ! a little something....I have been meditating daily for just over a year now, and physically I have noticed that I have not been sick for the same amount of time. no colds nothing... I dont really focus on health but I do focus on love ALOT. I also do a sort of walking meditation of mindfulness that helps me in dealing with daily things in a different way than i use to. Also, I am a musician of over 35 + years , I have always found classical music very soothing, although i play rock professionally. Until I started meditating, music was the only thing i had as an outlet, a way to deal with life, my connection to something bigger. Now things are wholly different for me. So you could say Im living proof that all that is talked here with regard to music , brain waves etc.. is true and has a profound impact on you & everyone around you, if you let it.

Pachelbel Canon in D is the most requested and suggested wedding music in the Atlanta area. (I'm talking live string quartet.) After listening to violin music being played and rehearsed for the past eleven years (three times a week) it has definitely changed my "waves" and I'm not the player. (My daughter studies the Suzuki method.) The children taking these lessons, and performing live, have huge increases in math ability, among other things. Just being around it all of the time has helped balance my energy, and the music lessons are producting unexpected genius all around. Thanks, Tango. Is it just Pachelbel? Linda

My grandchildren study the Suzuki method also at the Waldorf school. This Canon is one of the first things they learn to play.

Music is very powerful. The strings, cords and percussions can have unconscious effects on the body. Ever bop your head and tap your feet to a song you didn't really like? This is how they manipulate the masses (mainly the young).They put demonic words/suggestive talk into the vibes. The next thing you know. you're working down the street or driving your car singing "What a sad life it is". Guess what happens after that...

Oh, That vid with the classical music haves a voice in the background chanting something, subliminal message perhaps? I'm not sure if anyone else recognized it.
