Dark entities/energy: need help

I posted about this in the Indigo thread but it has progressed into something else. I have a dark entity around me and was told it was here to protect me. I have a friend who can remote view me and saw it and it was threatening to her the second time she saw it. So 2 nights ago I asked it to reveal its purpose and if it wasn't aligned with my intentions it must leave (thank you, eXchanger). I repeated this over and over. I did it again last night. This morning, when I woke up, I felt lighter. I looked out the window and saw a pretty white butterfly fluttering next to the glass and took this as a good sign.

So this afternoon I sit down for some extended meditation. I felt the need to clear my chakras, especially my root, because this energy contributed to some blockages. After a bit of grounding, out of nowhere it was there. It ATTACKED me. It attacked my energy- did not hurt me physically at all.

I've never felt anything like it in my life. I spent over an hour fighting this thing and I'm not sure if it is gone. I don't know who "won". It came at me out of nowhere. At first I thought I was having some new "wow" experience cause I was feeling my energy moving quickly. Literally, like a hurricane. Especially around my head. I could even HEAR it moving. I could see a dark hand over my eyes, even the shapes of the fingers. I have never, ever, ever, ever had such an experience but I wasn't scared. I couldn't feel my arms. I tried looking at them and couldn't see them. I could barely swallow and couldn't talk. At one point when I thought it was over I was looking around and know what? I wasn't IN MY BODY. I realized it immediately and was back. I don't know if it had tried to get in or what. I never felt it pushing me out.

Anyway, this is a very new thing for me and I have to do some research. Asking it to leave didn't work. Invoking thoughts of God and love kept me safe but didn't make it leave. I don't think. I think it gave up for a bit but I don't know that it is gone.

I'm hesitant to meditate right now, not until I know what to do. I've read if you push them away they can attach themselves to others close to you and I want it GONE. I'm out of white sage but ordered some to do some smudging asap. I've read about invoking the Archangel Michael. Sending it to the light- huh? How does one do that?

I will say one thing, I'm not totally freaked out. I actually feel empowered because for the first time I was aware and witness to exactly how strong our energy is. I had no idea, I could feel it like I could feel any other part of my body. We are amazing. I can't describe how wild it is to literally feel this extension of yourself with a fighting force. It's no wonder beings try to attach to us but it also has shown me that we really, truly can change this world. I have zero doubt about that now. We are a FORCE.

Sorry for the length but thinking along these lines- how many others may have these entities around them, blocking them from their full potential, without even knowing it? Maybe that is the intent?

Rub some lavender oil on your body, burn lavender incense and frankincense. There are things you could burn. My daughter is somewhat of a medium, untrained and was very scared when she was a teenager, terrified in fact, not wanting to sleep in her room. (She is very intelligent, has three majors now). What I did was go into her room and did all my stuff I know and after that everything was fine. There are heaps of things you can do. I do call on Archangel Michael and it works everytime. I shower white light around anyone I think needs protection ask the angels to protect them and they do. St Michael I only ask when I feel I need to, otherwise angels are fine, but do the other stuff too. Ask him and the angels with as much intent as you can to take this energy away and they will, they will put somewhere where it cannot harm. That is all I can say. Hope it helps.

I applaud that you openly share your experience.

I have many experiences with these energies, and want to cautiously provide guidance through my experiences.

First, what I'll call 'the game' is now underway. I use this phrase because on some levels it may help to hold a more productive perspective. That you have witnessed a presence approaching the physical seems to solidify some of what you are dealing with, and you'll be better equipped to be vigilant in detection. While this manifestation might send some folks into a terror or panic, you have a different constitution, and this energy has now become apprised of it.

Since you no longer will be in doubt about what is happening, and questioning too deeply various other possibilities, like your sanity, your health, etc., you may get right to the business of finding the root causes and closing your portals of entry.

Be prepared for the energy to now find other tactics of engagement. These could be across a wide spectrum, but might include depressive or obsessive thoughts, periods of spaciness, urges towards existing or new addictions and such.

I mentioned finding the root causes and closing the portals because these seem to be synergistic items. It is my impression that most attachments are the result of some portion of ourselves where we have a weakness. The energy may be a way for our higher selves to teach and lead us to grow, but perhaps not always.

In my experience, some meditation on what the purpose of the experience is may lead to the root, and if you can find the root and address it, you may close the portal. Possible roots are family issues, including deceased ancestry, current life problems and intensities, personal guilt and anything that weighs heavy. Looking within can reveal, since often we know where our weights are.

If you find the roots, then it may be enough to commence healing those aspects. If not, then outside sources may be able to help you discover them. I took a year long spiritual healing course a few years back, and if you don't achieve success over a few weeks and can't find resources, I'd attempt to help over the phone, but I'd have to get back into practice first.

I battled energies for at least a year, and probably was really working with them for much, much longer before I finally decided it was my focus to 'heal'. You may find some of my journey expressed in my prose in the Public Prose and Poetry Group I set up here on Avalon.

I tried many approaches on my journey, including shamans, Indian healers, michael, prayers, the instructor of my spiritual healing course, and found in the end that my roots were deep and varied. This is actually referring to receiving information and making sure it's not a Dark Entity, but the phrase is pretty strong:

Tuza, thank you for that advice. I think I have lavendar, I will check and mix it with oil. My neighbor makes incense, I'll get some tomorrow. I have some laying around but it's pretty generic. His is awesome.

Susan, the hot water is a great idea. And the chords. I knew you'd have some needed insight, thank you. I started using MAP a while back but haven't in awhile (maybe that's when this being got to me, that disconnect from guides?). Do you think that would be beneficial to try? I think I may try that tonight. I guess it cannot hurt? I always felt so safe with them around.

Zynox, thank you for sharing your experience. In about 30 minutes I'll be unfocused and I'd definitely invite you to have a look. I'd appreciate your insight. I doubt if I have pushed it away, more like it is waiting. And have you found that they are less present when others are present? But when alone you just know its there? I started noticing something was amiss (but didn't put 2 and 2 together) about a month ago when my cat started having growling and hissing fits whenever I'd take a bath. She'd hiss and growl at the bathroom door, as if something was there watching me. When I'd finish my bath and open the door she'd slink out quickly, bushed up, to go hide.

I don't feel "dark" though I have been cranky and scattered lately with noises bothering me more than normal even. But overall I'm my happy self.

I'm not scared. A bit bewildered and hesitant ot initiate another altercation before I have my facts straight.

I can do no better to help you then tell you my own story.

About 3 months ago i was going through a very bad spell where the worst of my energies were coming out of me. Noone would come into my room because they felt uncomfortable, as if there was a heavyness lingering in the air.
At the time i didnt understand that i was being attacked so i could do nothing to stop it. I was suicidal more then once and at the moment in my life all of my relationships were destroyed and could feel a hatred build up inside me.

So instead of manifesting what the entite wanted i started to perform acts of love, this he did not like. But the more love i expressed the less of a grip he had on me. And what i did finally to banish him for good was get a warm bowel of salt water. Then i chanted 'Any negative energys that here reside i banish to this bowel of brine' three times. I left it at the foot of my bed and in the morning when i woke up i could literally feel a lightness in the air, and from that point on its been down hill, things have gotten much easier.

Its also a good thing to make your intention clear, you are a strong soul being and have much power but only when you recognise it. Stand firm and align yourself with the love of the universe and the demon will loose its power over you.

I used to think demons were from cuckoo land, theres nothing like experience to jolt one back into reality.

We are community, we help where we may. That said, I would be willing to help you tomorrow, after I review my techniques and embrace my guides, whom I have ... neglected ... I approach these situations with respect and preparation, except in dire situations, then I leap off cliffs if needed.

My intuition is that the cat was actually responsive to the energy displaced from you during the bath, seems yours doesn't appreciate a good long soak and was hanging around external, and the cat either was warning you of the energy or the energy to back off, probably both!

My experience has been that the gnawing creepy intensities were always when I was alone, but that in intense engagements with others, the energy would present as nasty expressions from me, totally excessive to the situation at hand, not physically violent, more as terseness and domineering.

Your higher self has just sent you a root, so says my intuition. YES, if the timing is such that it seems the energies manifested after the regressions began, then I think you'll be working through your ancestral / past lives lineage to use the now, to heal the past, present and future.

This narration of a segment in my path has some family elements in it. What totally blows me away is I have just recalled, from your question, that I too probably stirred it all up from my past life regression work, which occurred before my encounters got intense.


Healing Session - 2006.04.10

I arrived early and Xxx asked me to wait for our appointment in the basement. I initially stood observing the objects in the room, healing books, lit candles, drums, carved walking sticks and smooth black rocks of various shapes seemingly scattered about haphazardly.

I was mildly anxious and focused on an attempt to meditate. The energy of the room felt warm, safe and comfortable. I noticed repetitions of energy surges into my right heel which lasted until Xxx came downstairs about fifteen minutes later. I also developed an intense inner heat between my second and third chakras which felt like a glowing sphere or orb centered in my abdomen.

Xxx greeted me and offered me water. She asked that I maintain all parts of my body uncrossed and also requested I keep my feet and hands apart while she performed an initial energetic scan, while using a drum to set the consciousness.

After the scan, she commenced discussing the purpose of my visit. I narrated my life change circumstances and noted my hyperhidrosis, feelings of coiled energy and potential energetic intrusions. I noted that Xxx had surrounded herself with a walking stick on each side of her, with another behind her chair, and that she sat with one of the stones on her chair.

She acknowledged the presence of multiple attachments and energy patterns and asked permission to address them. I acknowledged and we went on a journey of exploration and healing work. I focused internally on intent to be an open channel and visualized a variety of flows within my body and noted several painful sensations. These sensations were centered on my lower right pelvic area, my right side of chest, my heart and especially in my throat.

During the work, I occasionally peered up to observe Xxx entranced with her hands moving with her palms facing me or to see her gaze up and off to my left as she contemplated or received her guidance. Several times during the work she would pause and inquire on my status and sensations and felt to be taking breaks from her energy manipulations.

She discussed at length the primary intrusion which she noted as a diagonal object that sliced through my trunk and was multigenerational energy that crossed both my family and my lifetimes. This energy manifested as an external controlling influence that was attempting to subtly control others to absorb their energies, in vampire fashion, to feed ‘itself’. She indicated that this energy didn’t provide any benefit to me, that it was parasitic and asked if I was done learning from it, and if so, for permission to extract it (which I enthusiastically granted!). This energy also influenced my mental and emotional processes significantly. She indicated gratitude for bringing this to her to be removed and noted this was part of a larger energy that afflicted many beyond myself and my Mom and her relatives. As this work was done, I felt strong roots in my lower left pelvic region like roots being torn from the ground and a resistance to extraction. I sent my own healing energies and gold light to the area which alleviated the pain in a few minutes.

Xxx shared that my many life changes experienced last fall coincided with a major earth grid reality shift where most veils of illusion were transformed into two worlds, with people dividing into camps of reality, the old world/experience and the new world/experience.

When I mentioned the apartment fire, another energetic entity manifested with thorns in multiple chakras especially my crown. As she worked with these areas, I experienced full body extended energetic surges that felt to flow readily without the past blockages around my middle trunk, and included surging in my arms which hadn’t felt much past energy.

During the series of extractions, she picked up some energy in her ear and needed to interrupt the processes and clear herself which required several minutes.

When she inquired specifically on my whole being state, I noted that I felt calm and also rather hollow like a void was present, physically. She acknowledged that I had recently chosen to do battle with the foreign energies and that this was the source of my confusions, chaos and the hyperhydrosis. All was relatively calm and harmonious when I had been integrated with all the energies present, but that as I began to choose to separate, the energies began resisting me to remain dominant. What had been subtle had then become prominent.

Xxx indicated that she placed some protections around me to manage some shielding of attempts by new external energies from seeking to fill my clearer space, and indicated several exercises to promote self shielding. She recommended one additional visit in a month to six weeks to recheck for energies and balancing of chakras.

Xxx indicated it may have been self protection cutting me off from source as with so many emotional and mental competitions going on within me it would have been challenging to trust inner wisdom. She feels that it will be much easier now to hear and trust my inner wisdom and voice, centered in my heart.

It feels wonderful to have this warm glow in my abdomen and I am encouraged that I have some sovereignty and space to work with. It is interesting also to be currently so clear without the orchestra of competing voices and thoughts in my head. I notice the skeptics and saboteurs are especially silent, them sneaky cartoon characters! Rascally Rabbits!!!!!!! The Grateful Dead knew, What A Long Strange Trip It’s Been. Seems it DOESN’T matter what one believes or attempts to faithfully manifest with intent, some days, we need help and support in this sandbox!

If you are not sure who won when fighting this entity then you can bet he is still attached to you.

No disrespect to some of the other posts here on how to rid this but these will not work as this is a different type of entity.

What happens is <depending on the entity> they attach to a chakra and feed off you. The only way to rid this is to either seek out someone who is experienced in exorcism, <and i dont mean the church variety as they can only deal with lower entities> or you can do it yourself through cutting the lines they are feeding from you. I am happy to deal with this if you prefere or i can give you instructions. This does come under psychic warefare and if not experienced i would highly recommend that i will remove it from you.
I do not mean to scare you but you must be mad aware that if you remove it incorrectly, more will come. I dont want to scare you as i said but you need to know the risks.

Same "problem" here I first had a "demon" that as I was advancing to a new stage jumped on top of me bumped my genitals I tried to wrestle it.
I finally defeated it while it worked on my astral penis I laughed and grabbed it´s head and prayed an Our father.
The point is when they no longer have a grasp over your emotions they are defeated.
Now I have a new one which grabs me by the neck, I´m thinking about how to beat that one.
Siddhatha Gautama had to defeat all demons before gaining enlightenment.
Its like the kung fu master arcade game you need to beat all the bad guys till you reach the final stage, you may have to spend a lot of quarters.

Thanks for sharing your experience Zynox... I have experienced something similar. I have also have found a path to clear everything dark in your being and bring in into the light.

So Ruby, I get the intuition that not all of you is in the light. You may not be aware of the part of you that is in the dark... and because of this no matter how much you "fight" these entities you will have problems. So remember this, and it is very key to being free of these entities.

They cannot feed on you, as long as your completely in the light.

Right now don't feel you have to fight the entity... this intention/action is not in the light, and will keep the entity around. Possibly making it stronger. Instead please choose to raise yourself up... and when you cannot, and get stuck, ask for help from all that is.

So first, and easiest, please consider intending to live a life that is positive in all aspects. One that improves your live, and benefits everyone in the process. Even if it only means becoming self sufficient so you are no longer a burden... it still benefits everyone. And then live it... generative action leaves no dark gaps.

Second... please start writing a journal. Start writing a journal about your past... starting with your earliest memories until you get to now. During this process you will find that there might be gaps you cant remember in your past... some of them years in length. These are things you could have repressed, and could not deal with back when they happened. However these are the things you may have to deal with now. And set the intention to remember what you have repressed, and to deal with it in a positive manner. Just being aware, will bring your darkness into the light.

Third... Always make the effort to stay positive, and be happy. And when you cant thank all that is generative helping you to be positive and happy, and in high spirits. We cannot force ourselves to be happy, even though we want to be. This is where higher powers come in. I have yet to see this one fail, not ever.

Just to sum this up... darkness cannot exist where there is light. So there is no need to fight... flies will only stick around as long as there is garbage for them to feed on. So do your best...

Zynox mentioned something I found interesting, gold light. I recommend visualizing gold light around you in like an eggshell field. Should be working against both light and dark attacks, though this attack sounds dark. Yes, and I second the sage smudging.

I think it attached to my root chakra. It has felt so blocked lately and it attacked when I was focusing on clearing this chakra. Of course, it also knew I had become aware of its presence.

I'm also feeling like I will rise above this more aware and in a position to help others deal with the same situations, as I'm being helped now. I've just been sitting here wondering how many of these entitities are out there right now, attached to unknowing lights of the world, interfering with the vibration of the world. That has given me much to think about, kwim? I'm wondering whether this experience is part of my broader mission. :wub2:

Thanks for sharing your experience Zynox... I have experienced something similar. I have also have found a path to clear everything dark in your being and bring in into the light.

So Ruby, I get the intuition that not all of you is in the light. You may not be aware of the part of you that is in the dark... and because of this no matter how much you "fight" these entities you will have problems. So remember this, and it is very key to being free of these entities.

They cannot feed on you, as long as your completely in the light.

Right now don't feel you have to fight the entity... this intention/action is not in the light, and will keep the entity around. Possibly making it stronger. Instead please choose to raise yourself up... and when you cannot, and get stuck, ask for help from all that is.

So first, and easiest, please consider intending to live a life that is positive in all aspects. One that improves your live, and benefits everyone in the process. Even if it only means becoming self sufficient so you are no longer a burden... it still benefits everyone. And then live it... generative action leaves no dark gaps.

Second... please start writing a journal. Start writing a journal about your past... starting with your earliest memories until you get to now. During this process you will find that there might be gaps you cant remember in your past... some of them years in length. These are things you could have repressed, and could not deal with back when they happened. However these are the things you may have to deal with now. And set the intention to remember what you have repressed, and to deal with it in a positive manner. Just being aware, will bring your darkness into the light.

Third... Always make the effort to stay positive, and be happy. And when you cant thank all that is generative helping you to be positive and happy, and in high spirits. We cannot force ourselves to be happy, even though we want to be. This is where higher powers come in. I have yet to see this one fail, not ever.

Just to sum this up... darkness cannot exist where there is light. So there is no need to fight... flies will only stick around as long as there is garbage for them to feed on. So do your best...

Among all the suggestions here, I would like to share the one that worked for me.

I experienced over-all life effects from an attached entity. I never saw it. I never knew it was there. What I experienced was that every aspect of my life was heavy and hard. It was like lifting boulders to do the simplest thing. I just wanted to sit and cry. I didn't know at the time that my life energy was being drained away.

The solution given me was to do three meditations in which I first established myself in a safe place, with full sensory awareness of being there. Then call in my higher self to stand by me in a circle of protection. Then call in the higher self of the entity and ask that higher self to lead the entity away to where they are supposed to be.

There was also, as part of this meditation, the idea that this invasion of my being is "wrong" by spiritual standards, a breaking of spiritual law. The entity's higher self was asked to instruct the entity about that.

Three meditations. I never saw the entity. I don't have a mental image of what it looked like. But it's gone and everything about my life has changed, now that I have all my life energy available to me. In fact, despite all the topics on this forum, life is fun.

What i would do in your position;
1. place yourself inside a bubble mentally, in that bubble put your friends, family, your pets, and even visualise your home, i agree these dark entities can latch on to others.
2. Do not go into meditation at this present time, you could be opening yourself for a jump in.
Jump ins or possession is when an entity can take over your body.
3. You may have picked up this entity from somewhere always be careful when you are out,if someone bumps into you always brush yourself off before returning home then shake yourself off before you enter your home.
4. If you fear this entity is outside the home place salt outside for protection.
5. When sleeping in your bed visualise a sphere above you make that sphere reach from your head to your toes and complete the circle by taking all round you under the bed and back again.
6. Place yourself in gold light this is the strongest energy many make the mistake to place white around them.
7. If this doesn't work you really need to get some holy water.

I posted about this in the Indigo thread but it has progressed into something else. I have a dark entity around me and was told it was here to protect me. I have a friend who can remote view me and saw it and it was threatening to her the second time she saw it. So 2 nights ago I asked it to reveal its purpose and if it wasn't aligned with my intentions it must leave (thank you, eXchanger). I repeated this over and over. I did it again last night. This morning, when I woke up, I felt lighter. I looked out the window and saw a pretty white butterfly fluttering next to the glass and took this as a good sign.

So this afternoon I sit down for some extended meditation. I felt the need to clear my chakras, especially my root, because this energy contributed to some blockages. After a bit of grounding, out of nowhere it was there. It ATTACKED me. It attacked my energy- did not hurt me physically at all.

I've never felt anything like it in my life. I spent over an hour fighting this thing and I'm not sure if it is gone. I don't know who "won". It came at me out of nowhere. At first I thought I was having some new "wow" experience cause I was feeling my energy moving quickly. Literally, like a hurricane. Especially around my head. I could even HEAR it moving. I could see a dark hand over my eyes, even the shapes of the fingers. I have never, ever, ever, ever had such an experience but I wasn't scared. I couldn't feel my arms. I tried looking at them and couldn't see them. I could barely swallow and couldn't talk. At one point when I thought it was over I was looking around and know what? I wasn't IN MY BODY. I realized it immediately and was back. I don't know if it had tried to get in or what. I never felt it pushing me out.

Anyway, this is a very new thing for me and I have to do some research. Asking it to leave didn't work. Invoking thoughts of God and love kept me safe but didn't make it leave. I don't think. I think it gave up for a bit but I don't know that it is gone.

I'm hesitant to meditate right now, not until I know what to do. I've read if you push them away they can attach themselves to others close to you and I want it GONE. I'm out of white sage but ordered some to do some smudging asap. I've read about invoking the Archangel Michael. Sending it to the light- huh? How does one do that?

I will say one thing, I'm not totally freaked out. I actually feel empowered because for the first time I was aware and witness to exactly how strong our energy is. I had no idea, I could feel it like I could feel any other part of my body. We are amazing. I can't describe how wild it is to literally feel this extension of yourself with a fighting force. It's no wonder beings try to attach to us but it also has shown me that we really, truly can change this world. I have zero doubt about that now. We are a FORCE.

Sorry for the length but thinking along these lines- how many others may have these entities around them, blocking them from their full potential, without even knowing it? Maybe that is the intent?

Ruby when I have felt negative spirits or dark entities surounding me or my family members I gather salt do a prayer over the salt and begin spreading
salt around the house and the surrounding areas. You are the master of your house and you have to firmly tell these entities to please find the light and continue along their journey, go now and leave my house in the name of the prime creator amen. It has work for me , also do a good clean-up of your home especially in the junk accumulated areas. Dark entieties love areas where there's very little light. Also keep a little bit of salt in a jar by the door
so that you could spread a few granules over yourself when you come home. Utter the words:
"Dark spirits depart from me go away NOW !!! "

Hi people. I think i need to get something very clear here.

Not all negative entities/spirits etc are demons, ghosts w=or whatever you wish to label them.

You will find that these negative entities that people find themselves with have been caused, and not always, by themself.

These are called Thoughtforms. Thoughtforms are not all bad though. It is depended on how they were created. A thought of strong emotion whether its anger, arrousel, fear, love etc etc..... can make a thoughtform. The trouble is, if you deliberatly didnt make the thoughtform for a purpose, this can take on a WILL of its own. EG; If someone is sending out any strong emotion, and not directed properly like daydreaming is one example, this attaches to the persons aura. Now lets say that this emotion was love, and the thoughtform attaches. Then lets say the person has an unfortunate event and suffers from feeling down, this love thoughtform will take on that energy and become very different.

People need to be ALOT more aware of what they are capable of creating and the importance of aura cleaning several times a week if not everyday.

Ruby, as I read all this, several ideas popped into my 'gut'. That's how I get my messages, clairsentience I think someone called it. I wish I was visual, but I'm not. Anywhoo, I don't feel it's a demon or negative entity. I 'feel' it's a negative thought form that came from you. It is your junk that you must heal. As you evelove spiritually, your old wounds are going to surface for you to address, heal and progress. Everybody has been giving great advice, stuff that worked for them or heard about. There are a lot of tools out there that work. Most of it is intention. The tools help you apply your intention. Trust your gut and try one. I also agree with AMA-GI, some is bad and heavy entities that require a professional's help. Trust your gut. Take all this info from experienced others and apply it. Keep loving, most negative energy can not survive light and love.

WOW! Can I relate to all this. I've also had, and still have experiences of these kinds for vertually my lifetime. Lately, getting pretty intense again. I recently did some reverse speach in a new avenue of searching for the block I keep hitting and it came back very, very disturbing. It even told me "I'm sure your fears psycic."

I know I have a strong spirit and trust my higher being, however, I am being kept from connecting to it fully. Very draining and intense sucking in my solar plex chakra. Even now as I write this I feel shaky and squirmy inside.

My life has been a constant struggle and search for comfort. Not to be a sob story, but I am very tired and I know that is this energies intention. Physically and spiritually. Years back it even threatened me in dreams, attacking my daughter if I did not comply. She saw once when she was about 7 or 8, a dark cloud floating over my head while I was laying on the sofa. She's 26 now by the way. "smile"

Whales, Dolphins and Dragonflies have been a great help as well as my cats. They keep love in my heart and give me a sense of purpose. Even though I have no idea what that is. Love is indeed the strongest force.

Man, I could go on for hours on my experiences. But, I have to go to work here soon. So grateful to find this thread though. A place to express. And perhaps find some loving assistance. I see alot of that here. Thank you.

I agree with the thought form idea as well. However, with a darkness thats been hanging around for a lifetime, perhaps even hereditary, thoughts I find are even minipulated. I had an extremely unique experience very early this year that I'd like to share with you. First of all, it's my belief that dark entities thrive during the cold winter months more than any other season. That was my intuition as what I'm about to relate took place in February and March of this year.

It started very gradually and unexpectedly. I've always been very spiritually aware and intuitive, like a sponge. really. But there was nothing to prepare me for what I was about to go through. During the early part of February I began noticing an increase in my energy field. It manifested itself in the way I felt emotionally. I began feeling a surge of super-confidence. I've been extremely introverted almost all of my life so this feeling was totally unprecedented and seemed almost like a gift I was being given from an unknown source. This hyper-confidence continued to escalate over the course of a week until I began being consumed with a feeling of super-spiritual power. I began taking on an extra-sensory perception of reality, similar to what LSD does, except that nothing is distorted. It intensified to the point where I thought I was literally going to transcend the bounds of this third dimensional reality. I intuitively felt that a prophecy was unfolding and these profound messages, or "primers" as I called them at the time were flooding my mind, adding to my altered state of awareness. I didn't understand what was taking place, all I knew that I was being contacted and connected with a Divine source of Light energy. I felt as though I was being chosen. For what? I didn't know at the time. What I did know was that I was a force for the Light and my consciousness was taking on the characteristics of a Shaman...or a Holy man.

Without having ever been trained in the practices of Shamanic medicine, I begin performing rituals around my house, blessings and ceremonies, etc. Everything was carefully choreographed, I knew exactly what was to be performed at the exact moments I was to do them. I was being guided by an outside Divine force, as I know for a fact I could never repeat what I did since I've returned to a normal state of consciousness. I lit many candles, burned incense and cleansed my property using white sage, and chanted mantras that made complete logical sense to me at the time, yet now if I were to hear them, I'm sure they'd sound like mumbo jumbo. I don't think these mantras were coming from me, but were gifted to me by a Divine source. All the while I continued to have that sense of being super-powerful...preparing for a spiritual war. And indeed I was.

Over the course of the next week the rituals and ceremonies continued. I intuitively felt that I had to begin purifying myself. No more eating meat. No more sex including masturbation or even thoughts about sex. Showers became much more frequent. I had to become as pure as the the purest snow. I threw out all books, dvds, and symbols that were of a dark nature.

I began becoming aware of another presence surrounding me. This presence was one of darkness. Evil itself. Thoughts of gruesome violence against the innocent began coming into my mind. I knew they weren't my own thoughts. I held my ground as I became aware that I was being challenged by at least one demon. During one night, the battle began.

I was chanting mantras in my bathroom right after a shower wearing only my white bathrobe and Sowilo Rune (the S symbol for Goodness and willpower). I suddenly felt a surge of utter fearlessness. Out of nowhere I said "I Am The Exorcist" and I knew that...an exorcism was beginning. The dark entity was as battle-ready as I was. Think of 2 boxers going into the ring, both fearless and eager to fight eachother. That's how it was for me. Instead of being afraid, I was...strangely enough, enjoying it. I was proud to be on the side of Light and Goodness, taking on the forces of darkness. I have absolutely no idea what I said or how long it lasted, as I was in a completely altered state of consciousness, but I knew that I had protection. I felt that I wasn't fighting the battle alone, that I had spirit helpers by my side. It felt like an enormous war was being waged...one that actually had some import for the whole world (and beyond) and not just a personal battle between myself and the dark entity. I felt as though I was chosen by the forces of Light to be the front man in physical form to take on these dark powers. I became a warrior for Heaven itself.

So as the days wore on these battles and ceremonies continued, though I have almost no recollection of what took place...it's mostly very blurry to me now. I know that as time went by, my feeling of powerfulness was slowly draining from me...and the dark entity as well. Fatigue was felt on both sides, yet the battle raged on. I was no longer allowed to sleep because I felt the entity would attempt to possess me. In fact I believe it did make such an attempt at one point. I felt a sudden rush of slight pain in my mid-section and testicles and intuitively felt that it had just made an unsuccessful attempt at entering my body. I suppose I was too strong for it...and it knew that. I believe that while this demon was indeed very powerful, it knew that the powers of Light are at least as strong as those of darkness. It knew my power...and I believe that it feared me as it was challenging me.

Strange riddles kept entering my head that I just knew the answers to. Images and symbols were pouring into my mind that I believe were messages from the "other side". I wrote some of them down...and when I look at them today, they make absolutely no sense to me even though they are artistically pleasurable to look at. Yet at the time, I knew they were messages being fed to me by spirit guides. During one night...I was given a name that I knew I didn't just dream up myself...the name Whitewolf. I believe I have a Native American spirit helper who was guiding me through this ordeal. Or rather, a spirit entity of Light who WAS a Native American during his time on earth.

So weeks went by where all this craziness continued which I just don't remember much of. There are some events that took place that I won't mention here because they would understandably not be taken seriously, as they are too "larger than life" to possibly comprehend...or at least to believe. One thing I will mention briefly is that I believe that demons are in direct contact with the Illuminati and that there were times when I was out of my house where some people gave me very evil and "knowing" glances as though they were aware of what was taking place. There were facial expressions that ranged from looks of "acknowledgement" to looks of anger and fear. I felt they knew of my position as a "Holy warrior" yet I had no clue how they "found me" nor did I fear any of them. It happened several times at several different places. I can't explain it and a part of me refuses to believe it yet I know it's true. I personally believe that the demons I was fighting were in touch with "the dark cabal" and some of their personnel were keeping an eye on me. This can't be dismissed as paranoia due to the simple fact that I was totally unafraid. LOL And that's all I'll say of it.

So during the end of April, beginning of May my feeling of power was being drained from me and I knew the battle was winding down. That's how I know for certain in my heart that all this was real...they weren't sudden events that took place. They began gradually and ended gradually. Towards the end it simply became a battle of wills and I knew that mine was superior. I just refused to give up until I knew that it was done. At the tail end I noticed 2 large cuts on my thighs and hands that suddenly appeared...funny enough, there was no pain whatsoever. Also there was a red cross "painted" on the top of my television that was never there before. I took that as a sign of concession that the dark force was leaving. The next few days I did nothing but sleep...and trust me, I needed it. I'm sure the opponent did as well! :naughty:

Never once during the entire experience did I ever doubt that I would "win" this spiritual battle. My feeling of confidence as well as my will that Good is stronger than evil never once waned. This is a battle that I didn't consciously choose. It came to me. I believe I was "chosen" for it, yet I still don't know why. I still ask myself as I did during the very beginning of it, "why me?" I experienced a direct connection to the Light force that flooded me with all-consuming bliss, colors were more vibrant during the more intense periods, I stared into the sun on 3 occassions and wasn't hurt or blinded, and I knew all along how protected I was (and am) by the powers of Light. Maybe I'm some kind of ambassador between Heaven and earth, I truly don't know. All I can say is that I'm not making any of this up, a part of me still questions how all this could possibly be real, especially the thought that other people knew what was happening, but I know in my heart that I was chosen for this and as long as I live, I will always consider myself a warrior of the Light. I believe that the forces of dark and Light are waging a final war over who gets to rule over Mother Earth for the next thousand years and that I was chosen to be a player in this spiritual war and I'm beyond humbled to have been a part of it. Ultimately I know that Heaven will triumph. We will have Heaven on Earth.

I will also share an experience that I had recently.

The exact details surrounding it (like what lead to it) are fuzzy, but the core remains. In the middle of the night, I slowly awaken from a dream only to realize that there is some sort of presence right above me, slightly to the side. This is such an alien feeling - I am sure anyone experiencing this would agree... To very plainly and undeniably 'feel' that there is something else, very much alive next to you... A spirit. I knew right away that it was not 'friendly', most likely intuitively. At the same time, I felt that my body was somehow very weak - not physically, but sort of spiritually drained.

In the next moment, my hand shot up (automatically, this was not a conscious decision) and actually grabbed whatever was next to me. This moment I remember poignantly. The thing growled and struggled!! My hand kept holding on, but seemingly out of its own will, because it felt too weak for me to control by myself. After a few seconds this thing freed itself and I felt it diving 'into' the pillow (actually feeling a subtle push under my face as it disappeared).

(At no point did I see anything, this was all sound and 'touch' - if you can call it that).

It gets better. This event shook me up, but I reacted actually fairly calmly. If anything, it was finally a very real confirmation for me that there is a lot more out there than what the eyes can see. So, I slowly drifted back to sleep. Only to awaken a little later and...

...realize that it was back. Again, unconsciously my hand shot up, weak again but holding on. The thing growled again, struggled, got free, under the pillow again and it was gone.

No more after that - at least the appearance in such a manner!

I took this as a good sign, after the initial disbelief and shock. I already believed from previous conversations and reading The Active Side of Infinity that there are beings out there which pray on us like we pray on other beings on Earth. This in itself was not a surprise, but this experience made me realize that I had somehow (through whatever combination of circumstances, practice, and thoughts) come to the point where my body finally FELT the presence of this other entity and actually FOUGHT it off.

So much there in that story ... I won't comment upon your interpretations, as I believe we all process to understand differently. What your post did spur in me was an understanding I have never had, and that is that in the midst of my encounters, I turned to poetry, because it seemed a reasonable way to express the less than tangible or 'solid' experiences I wanted to relate ... so in my case I emoted what i felt more than interpreted the experiences directly. Some of my work is in the public Prose and Poetry group ...

Also, your post made me reflect on two other questions I always return to, and these are:

1) Are we 'used' by our higherselves/oversouls and/or guides to wage the extra-dimensional war, or perhaps, are parallel selves engaged in these battles on other planes / level / dimensions and they spill across the boundaries at times (this is a common feel I get after some dreams). Extending this question, are we possibly puppets for 'greater' beings that use us to fight in this arena (imagine two kids playing the old rock em sock em robot game). Truthfully, I dunno!

2) Why when we have these battles that pass the inner world and exhibit in the physical aren't we fortunate enough to have the handy cam recording it all! Maybe that would be the best protection when we don't want to have the next battle, keep the video going until we are fresh enough to re-engage!

For those who want a quick approach burn vest powder. Half a teaspoon, burn it, and the smoke will get rid of any negative energies.

For those needing a quick fix and dont have the required ingredients look though your herbs and spices and find Tyne and burn it. This works very well too.

Same thing happened to me last summer.

I had a friend with Shamanic training go in and remove the entity, because like you I was fighting with it and it would not leave. Apparently, I picked it up while doing a clearing on someone else while I was not shielded. Lesson learned!

I speak freely to spirits. I'm aware when they are around.

If I prefer their presence to subside, i simply tell them they are dead. leave me alone. go to the light....for me, it's always worked.

In the lower dimensions there are millions upon millions of lost souls that need guidance. Sometimes dark entities are attracted to heavenly bodies such as yourself. While we are here on Earth, we get the fun of hanging out with these lower energy spirits. They can hang with us and get comfortable.

They are also known as the Shadow people. To truly help the shadows is to help them cross over to the otherside. You can do this in the astral realm. When you fight a spirit, you are fighting yourself. Because we are all connected. Darker spirits have had the absence of light so they do what they can for attention or desperation.

I have helped many spirits cross over. But it takes a certain skill that only you can discover and develop. I can give you a clue but it involves the ability to open a vortex with your light energy. This creates a mini blackhole to open the light portal. Once the portal opens, the spirit can cross over.

Now, if it is a dark spirit that does not want to cross over, you have to learn to use your light energy powers to make it go away. This is also done in the astral realm. To be blunt: zap its ass with a lightning bolt. lol

I've had to this on more than one occassion to many Demons, especially the Higher ones.

If you develop your light energy through many actions of love. In time your light body will grow brighter. You will eventually get to a level of brightness where no dark spirit can even come near you. Once you get to Angel status, it will literally scare the Hell out of them. Forgive the Pun.

I have shadow people screaming all the time when they come near me. I hate it when that happens because I lose sleep. But it does happen on occassion.

Once you get more familiar with the way the spirit realm works, you will realize that this reality and the spirit world are the same but on different frequencies. Of course, you already know that. That is the fun in living in the lower realms.

It reminds me of the Robert Monroe work to actually train folk for the service of clearing the sludge out of the astral levels, kindly, of course. I had considered going to take the Monroe Institutes gateway program to learn the techniques, but got diverted in my quests.

I for one thank you very much. I was intuitively using my hands to channel energy out but had not considered working towards what you are describing. Thank you for sharing that with all of us. :wub2:

It's funny, right now I feel this energy is helping me. I'm seeing a lot of contrast and have become very aware of my thoughts as I don't want to provide fodder for the negativity. My white sage arrives tomorrow, I have some other things I've picked up (white candles, lavender oil, incense), and I've had numerous one-sided discussions with the entity- from telling it to leave to attempting a discussion with the higher self of the entity. I've been very careful with my grounding and protection as well (and always will be after this!). I don't suspect this will be a big problem- unnerving at first- but I see it as many important lessons to learn which means more growth. I appreciate all of the advice that has been given because all of it has expanded my mind and as I can see helped others as well. In the end, like others have mentioned, I just need to keep working on my own vibration as I move along and whether I rid myself of it now or in the near future it won't matter since I'm aware of what it is and what it does. :original:

Let me share an experience that is related.

About 2 months ago, I was dreaming while sleeping. I was mostly oblivious and only following things like most of us are while dreaming. I was imagining myself at work and my boss was speaking to me in his office. I was sitting down and he was behind me, had a hand on one of my shoulder and was speaking to me in a paternal fashion. I became conscious enough at this moment, there a problem. *I couldn't move*. And I was feeling bad, kind of drained of will and strenght. I started to try to shake up, very little. I imagined that a mirror was in front of me, and there it was. My boss had dissapeared and to my utmost surprised a hand was still my shoulder, but the hand was not connected to any arm! It was just a lone hand holding my shoulder. I started to shake up more firmly and started to distinguish a semi invisible shape in the mirror, it was holding me tightly. That's when I woke up in a bad nightmare kind of fashion. The thing had been too vivid to be just a dream.

Two weeks later. I was dreaming again. I didn't remember the circumstances. But I know I was kind of following the dream again. But suddently, I became very angry for no reason, I turned around and *BANG!*, I jumped something!
Never saw what it was but it was an entity. The little bugger was probably trying to sneak up on me. I immediatly felt drained again. The thing quickly turned degenerated into a fight. I woke up right away.

I have not been bothered since in my dreams. I was wondering, is there a way to ward such undesirable visitor in ou sleep state?

I will say one thing, I'm not totally freaked out. I actually feel empowered because for the first time I was aware and witness to exactly how strong our energy is. In one of my visits to the astral realm which i was allowed to recall by one of my guides i was shown a unique way to deal with attack upon your soul.

This guide as a habit of controlling my attention away from him so i never see him but only listen to his words and focus upon what he teaches me. I often think this is a private joke between us that was agreed before this present life.

He has spoken to me before in waking life with sudden words that lift me up and encourage my thoughts. He is elusive but always here which often causes me frustration.

In the astral realm i was shown a method that would benefit me. He told me to accept anything that scared, upset or would warrent me feeling weakened. If you accept all that is then you are in harmony and your being will deal with what ever comes your way. By accepting all that is your true self will embrace and channel it on its way. Energies of ill will cannot attach and will move like a snake around your being and carry on looking for another who is weak. To be weak is to fear and this is what those things stick to like glue. A phobia is a big attraction for it stops you in your method of thinking and weakens you auric field allowing them in. Memories can also alert them or rather open the door again to your being.

He showed me a line of colours which hit me and moved around me whilst he spoke. Not all attachments are from earth and this is why it is important to be grounded at all times - for external entities rely on the fear of the unknown This opens a door into the matrix of your being.

He called it an harmony shield.

Many lost beings are drawn by a fear or addiction you both share. They feed off of you by living it again whilst being in a form that isnt restricted in the way you are by being wihin a body.

It is normal that an entity comes back and frightens you like this. If you give in now it will stay there because you didn't really want it to go. You can try to connect to a God or avatar that you happen to believe in, or just the great spirit.

Something to think about though.. These parasitic entities don't just show up. You invited it into your life to fulfill a desire or need at some point. It's quite likely doing that.

Someone once told me I had a parasite and she would remove it. I told that someone to back off and made agreements with the parasite so we could live good together. Its no longer a parasite and I discovered it had something to do with a death in my family a generation ago. I am glad I was able to help.

For comparison. Biologically speaking a child is a parasite. It lives in you feeds off you and gives nothing back. Unless you emotionally connect to it that is....
