A couple of thoughts.

1. If I had a dollar for every disclosure pronouncement, I'd be a multi-millionaire.

2. If I had a dollar for every copy/paste disclosure pronouncement, I'd be a multi-millionaire, several times over.

3. (I lied, I had one more) It seems to me that an "all powerful Galactic Federation" whose plans for disclosure depend on the mood swings of any two-bit politician,, or the fact a clue gets leaked, should probably take up a collection, amongst the faithful, for gas money home.

Disclosure, when it comes, will not ever come from/with government, but in spite of it.

Now, I get fooled a lot, and often, but I think I have a handle on this one. The universe does not punch a clock, doesn't need a calendar.

Disclosure happens "when waiting is filled".

In my opinion, asking Disclosure from government is liking asking bookstore for DVD.

They don't have it, and won't give it to you even if they did. :)

I agree with you 100%.
People want dicloser and are willing to beleive in anything
and then instead of doing something themselfs they wait for
an external force that will come and save them.
This is all cr*p to me as people should take responsobility for themselfs and act.
If I was an et race I'd never show myself to people who would think I'm god to them, would patiently wait till they step up to the plate and grow up.

tbh you find that after a while , most conspiracy stuff is just pish ans dis info. my take on it all is, the illuminati are not all powerful but most stuff in this reality is controlled by them to some degree including opposition.

i beleive we have moon and mars bases/stargates/superluminal craft/underground bases and all the 1000's years ahead tech. et's hve or are visiting with unknown agendas.

if earth change cataclysms dont happen they will attempt to make some happen.

they are trying to depopulate earth without us noticing too much using war famine ect as the tools to make it seem like it just happens that way.

swine flu is real but a flop so they will keep trying. the economy will die off at the slow pace it is now.


disclosure will not happen i see it as more of a revealing by circumstance.

I personally think that disclosure will never happen in the way is being expected. In other words, the governments confessing that:

1) They did secret deals with negative ET's in exchange for wepons
2) They permited them to experiment in humans
3) They have now lost control and the ET's is the world government now

Admiting that will be enough to create civil unrest worlwide

On the other hand, if you are a negative ET and you are fulfilling your agenda and in control, at least to a point...will you be willing to change the status quo and inform the population who is the boss? Doubt it...

I just listened to the interview with Bill Ryan here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ic70cVN5IdQ).

It is a very good interview (a bit lengthy though). And as can be expected disclosure is a main topic ...

Bill had some very interesting points. Also like said in the discussion in Barcelona ... disclosure is a very difficult issue.

One very good point is that IF a government would disclose it's important that other governments worldwide are in sync
otherwise chaos is inevitable. And since governments seem not able to agree on lots of things, even are in state of war
with each other it is very unlikely that a 'perfect' moment will arise.

So I guess disclosure will be done (very slowly) bottom-up ... people like you and me talking openly with other people,
spreading it like a ripple in the pond. Until a majority has no longer a taboo discussing it.
Then governments will realize it's a public topic and have to deal with it.

The PTB slow down this process by dumbing down the population and keep nations at war. So don't wait for 'authorities'
and become an authority yourself. Otherwise: No disclosure.

It seems like the only things government does is in self-interest. The only possible scenario I can see government making disclosure happen is if they believe mass contact is imminent. Why else would they want to loosen one of their lines of power?
