I was thinking about this earlier on today, why are so many people expecting something major to happen in the next few years.
Even people whom dont research this kinda stuff are taking an avid interest in 2012.
Ive asked quite a few people in my family including my Brother, Sister, Dad and mum how they felt about the coming years. My mum says she has this sense of anticipation when she thinks about the future and my Dad agrees on that too. I asked them did they feel like their perception of time was speeding up, both agreed on that also. They felt as if more is happening in one year now then used to happen in ten a few years back.
Which reminded me of Terrence McKennas 'Timewave Zero'
It kinda reminds me of when you see wild animals going crazy a couple of hours before a storm approaches. There is no way that im aware of that they can actually know the storm is coming without accesing some form of intuition.
Is all of this information on the internet fear mongering or is it a collective response to the anticipation everyone is feeling. Humans can have moments of great intuitive expression, we have seen this and experienced it ourselves time and time again. Are we anticipating the storms approach?
With all this talk about 2012 and all the focus it is getting i sometimes stop to wonder why. 2012 is starting to get more attention then 2000..
But then again, we all know what happened in 2000 :lol3:
Only thing is, i wasnt scared about 2000. But im feeling pretty nervous about 2012.
