"Lights on, no ones home" look in their eyes when they weren't speaking - especially Clinton, Bush looks like he's been hitting the bottle again...happy zombie pills, or something.

It has to be photshoped . But it is still HILLARIOUS ! Great find.

It's still funny...I also assumed most everyone's seen the clip of a zombie-fied President Clinton filming a commercial, between the shots when the make-up artist was giving him touch-ups he had a completely dead, empty look in his eyes and his face was expressionless. On this one, he basically had the same empty look on his face.

I believe the clip I saw before was making the argument for mind control techniques being used on presidents and other high level officials, something along those lines.
