Take a good look at the little fellow in the photo above. The one who looks like he's about to win a rigged lottery. That's India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. He's also shown in the political cartoon on the right. Notice the bomb hidden in the turban? What a surprise! As you will learn below, this clown is no Ghandi and India has gone very firmly to the dark side.
