I watched that. It was very interesting but I don't think we can call it disclosure.....not in the true sense of the meaning.

Didn't hear a thing about this in the UK but then again we don't get a lot of eastern European stuff translated to mainstream news.

It would be interesting to know where Dr. Lachezar Filipov is RIGHT now.
