I am getting multiple numbers but 22 seems to be the favourite at the mo, used to be 13 but that's not so much now.

My take on 333 is that you are supported by your guides and they are now more accessible.

I don't think too much about it, other than it looks neat. If I think too much about my car's mileage too much, it dies. I have been seeing 11:11 and other number patterns for over 6 years now.
I have also experienced a great deal of synchronicity as well.

As a form of communication, I think number sequences are a pretty poor
way to convey specific messages. One can spend all their time just interpreting the different numbers!

On occasion, I have gotten frustrated and said something like:
"Just tell me what you want me to know! Enough with the numbers!"

On the whole, I have formed some general impressions regarding repeating
numbers.

As Gita said, they act as a trigger for our DNA and consciousness.

They are also a reminder that we are not alone, this reality is not what it seems, and to be mindful of our thoughts.

I do hope there is a progression and one day the numbers will be replaced

It's seen often when people say... 'why is it I always pick the longest queue at the Supermarket?'

I think the principle applies to numbers too.

The idea is that your brain becomes more aware of a certain 'thing' and the more aware it becomes of it, the more it sees it. Our brain filters out, thousands of pieces of information in any given second, just looking around a room. It has to know whether to notice a table, or chair, or plant, or person... or the number 22. As soon as your brain thinks 22 ... or any other number .. is important... it will notice it more. We look at clocks and watches hundreds of thousands of times over the years... and each time.. it's a different time. Or it's the same time.

I once was breaking up with a German girlfriend.. and everywhere I went it seemed, I'd run into germans.. or german words or german things. I kept thinking.. 'maybe God/universe is trying to give me a sign...'

But what could that sign have possibly been? Break-up? Stay-together?

Turns out that guilt trip is mine, not God's.. and the messages are just my brain thinking about germany.

I could have passed bus loads of Italian, french or Spanish students.. and they would have been invisible to me.

So I think it's possible that the same phenomena is true of noticing numbers.

I remember - (one last thing) as a kid having a digital watch... and very often when I looked at it., it would say 11:11 or 2:22. I thought this was cool, because it looked great. Now that I don't put any special meaning to those times... I don't notice those times the same.

All the same, I sincerely wish anyone lots of luck in figuring out what the universe is telling us at any given moment! Maybe when you figure it out, you can let me know!

I totally agree with you – the brain does highlight what the conscious or subconscious is paying attention too. However, this 11.11 business did become a phenomenon. I started noticing 11.11 and its variations way before being connected to the internet (early 90s) and when I joined WWW, I researched it and at first could find nothing and then slowly others began reporting it but no one had any idea what it meant. Now there’s far too many people reporting it and some that probably aren’t. This in my opinion is a phenomenon as far too many people are affected by it. Whereas no one has been affected by seeing German people or words all the time – unless you live in Germany!:naughty:

I think synchronicty, and signs and intuition play an important part in our lives.. so I'm not dissin' the esoteric messages.

But I'm just putting out the possibility that it means nothing too. If you could lift the lid off this organic computer/life/universe and see the workings and what they mean... then, with this knowledge, even slicing through a leaf, or listening to a bird song could tell you at any moment, exactly what's happening in the world.. and what is about to happen.

My own feeling though is that the 'science' or, say, numerology, is not one we can...or are supposed to understand. Maybe on occasion... the odd glitch allows us to see something really simple ... but I think that as soon as you place value on something using your mind.. then its esoteric use as a messenger changes and it no longer means what it did five days or five seconds ago.

If the number 22 always portented the same thing...what would that mean for the world?

... that I used to see the number 66 all over the place?

I've never really noticed numbers, except for the time 11:11 a lot on my first digital watches and clocks circa 1977-8.

But I went out with a girl who lived at street number 66 in a street in Berlin.. and thereafter I'd see it everywhere... all things seemed to have the number 66. Used to bother me a bit, cause I wasn't too sure if it was the right relationship... (and was this a sign of some meddling presence in my life? ) and being a bit squeamish at the time, thought it was only one 6 short of a rather important number.

But I never saw three sixes... only ever two. I wondered if it was just that I was tuned to recognising this number, or if it had a special numerological significance.

For example my first name has six letters and so does my last.

Never had a satisfactory answer to its significance. don't see it so much anymore, but when I do, I smile

and lookie here... it's the very same number of this post !!
