Hiya ICF,

Spring water supply, just need to drop some well rings in to make a good job of it.
Wild animals, a large garden and polly tunnels.
Septic tank in and ready
About to plant a acre of fast growing spruce. Mid next year I'll have enough timber to keep me going for a very long time.

Best idea is to try "if poss" to buy some land!! You only need a few acres. 5k a acre at the moment.
Try to find land on high ground with some marsh land.
1. Its your water supply.
2. Wild birds gather there in winter.
3. You wont get flooded "fingers crossed"
