My understanding is that this is a procedure to insure expedient processing of the 700bn bill that forces representatives to be present at the session.

Pelosi has also imposed the Congressional equivalent of martial law, invoking emergency rules and procedures that will allow the bill to go to the Rules Committee, get a rule, and bring the bill to the floor all on the same day.

Basically Congress is being squeezed out the the oversight process and is ******. This is their way of forcing the issue. I listened to them talk on the video and almost jumped out of my chair cheering. The ones I heard focused on protecting Main Street, not Wall Street.

Its easy to plan a diet when your belly is full. Check their votes on the patriot act and upholding it. Also look at their money and bank accounts. Too little far too late.
