I know this is off topic, but I needed to get some feedback from others.

Last night I had a very vivid dream. It was one of those dreams that would continue even though I was awoken from my slumber a couple of times. I could have just let it go as a vivid dream if it wasn't for some very syncronistic events.

I shall outline my dream first, and then explain the syncronistic events.

The Dream:

I was in what could only be described as a hospital room, or maybe a lab of some description. I was waiting to see a 'Doctor' about my eyes, in the center of the room was a chair and suspended from the ceiling directly above it was some kind of medical equipment, kind of what you would see if you were to have laser eye treatment I presume. The thing is that instead of seeing attachments for a laser or what not, I saw a long needle, I would say the needle was about 6 - 8 inches long. Now, I have a real dislike for anything going near my eyes, so naturally I was concerned, so I talked to the 'Doctor' about my concerns, the conversation was all one way as the 'Doctor' was more concerned with the preparations for the procedure. At this point I was free to walk around the room, as I did so I watched the 'Doctor' put large portions of 'gel' into various petri dishes.

The next thing I know I am in the chair, undergoing this procedure where the needle was pushed into my eyes, I could not tell if my eyelids were open or closed. I seem to remember that each eye was pierced rather hardly at least 4 times, the penetrations of the eye seemed to follow the bearings of a compass ie North, South, East and West.

That was basically the dream in a nutshell. Now, where it gets interesting is when I wake up in the morning and I tell my partner that I had an unpleasant dream.

The Events

She was awake cos she was changing the nappy of our son, who was laying next to me in bed. My partner stated that she 'noticed' a light in the corner of our room, she described it as an unspecific light. It was more of a change in the visual ambience in the corner of the room. This lasted for only a few seconds.

Then my partner went downstairs to sleep, as she switched the light off she got a feeling of fear. She sat down and stroked the dog, cos she thought that she might be having an anxiety attack of some description. She heard a noise outside some sort of squeal, maybe a rat or a mouse. The first time she heard the noise it was outside the window, the second time it was more distant.

To top it all off, last night I started to use a medicine wheel. When I was sitting inside the medicine wheel I was getting what I can only describe as a pressure in my ears.

Anyway, this may not be related at all. I just thought I would post it and see what you fine people might have to say.

Peace

Very interesing indeed...thanks for sharing :thumb_yello:

however ur dream about the insertion of needles into the eyes has completely ruined my day!...cheers...:biggrin2:
no im kidding...it sounds painful tho!

Just for the record tho i experience seeing/noticing lights in the corner of the room or changes in light in rooms and around me occasionally, and this is frequently combined/followed with an intense feeling of elated joy and sometimes desperate sadness and anxiety. Focus being around and appreciation for loved ones and or nature can subside the sadness and anxiety feelings somewhat i found.
just my experiences, hope it helps

peace

Were your eyes sore upon waking?

Did you feel an over bearing sense of dread upon waking?

Did you have any anomalies in your vision like blurred areas, white flashes, etc?

Do you have any strange bruising on your body... anywhere?

My girlfriend and I have had a similar dreams involving white, octagon shaped rooms with the typical grey type aliens (minus the eye needles, thank god). Afterwards, we have found strange bracket-like markings that look like this [ ] on our inner thighs... its not from clothes, the bed, the comforter... they were just there. And they lasted for days. They kind of looked like burns (without blistering) or scars.
Other times the shapes were triangular.

Check your body.

Don't worry about it. In our case, it seems to have been a "check up." Or a "chipping." But they seem to be benign... like a sort of population sampling/tagging... for further longitudial study.

There is a D.U.M.B. (Deep underground military base) that is used for such things in Cornwall. But if you don't feel any strange new fears, it was probably a dream.

I have checked for any markings etc, I have not found any, I did not awaken with any fear or any soreness. When I woke up my initial thought was that it was an abduction experience. I have quickly ruled that out. My partner has had classic grey abduction situations when she was a child/teenager.

I personally feel that this is a spiritual in nature, as I feel that it is directly related to what was done inside of the medicine wheel. I will find out more later, hopefully, as I continue my spiritual practice.

The whole eye 'procedure' was not pleasant, but there was no sensation of pain or any real dis-comfort, only my relation to what happened. It was like going to the dentist, no one really likes it, it's normally pleasant, but it's not painful (usually). Everything was done in a matter of fact style.

On a lighter note, I was kinda hoping it was God fixing my knackered eye sight. Nope, still can't see without my glasses....LOL
