Hi.
Just posed this thread to contact other people in the uk and to create a group and base for people in the uk to come together.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Caladan - I want to believe
HI CALADAN! i think the title of this thread indicates what we need to do here....we are the ground crew...and have to immediately start networking like crazy here on other sites...we need PRACTICAL action..and people who are willing to personally offer their service and make things happen!
we need people coming together by phone, in person for coffee, in groups for organising action!
I have created some other threads...which is in keeping with this one so do visit them and keep in touch ok!
all the best..have a great productive day.

Great to here from you firehorse10.
Your right, it would be great if we could gather a uk community and come together for meetings and discussions.

I think the first step is to have just an informal meet. Somewhere public of course, where we can all come meet up. Make those first introductions and just sit down and have a chat, about car racing, politics, or anything. Just make those first few connections and let the friendships begin. Trust will be very important if things turn dire and we begin turning to each other.

Your spot on RevyUK.
An initial meeting for everyone would be the best way for us all to get to know each other.
I know it could be hard for people to travel around the country so it might be best to arrange regional meetings then eventually have all the regions come together for a full "Ground Crew" meeting.
Any more ideas on how we can start this process are very welcome.
Caladan - I want to believe
yep! this sounds like a plan in formation...... lets aim for getting regional lists of people while numbers are still in the hundreds here..then as it swells n grows...people can start creating local threads for others to meet for coffee and talk freely about plans/support...it will happen! when events start kicking off ..people will suddenly be jumping into action instead of discussing the theory of what might be happening..!
lovely to have u on board Cal and Rev!

I agree with revy and all the rest, we need to arrange an informal meet. Trust is VERY VERY important, and these take time to cement. We all know how we respond in everyday life and even moderate stress levels, but do we know how we would each would respond if the s*** really does hit the fan.
The thing about survival is that people are unpredictable, unless preparations and firm friendships have been created over many months, if not years then I am not sure how any survival community would work in the long run.
Team work is key, and we need a firm strategy in place. Meditation is very important, but so is the ability to know how you respond after a week without any food and hardly any sleep.
We can't afford to look towards the light, and forget about the basics of human survival, but then again we can't live our life in constant state of expecting the worst.
Prepare, but do it lovingly and for the benefit of others.

I never expected this new forum to grow so quickly.
I think we can all agree that getting regional groups formed is going to be the best starting platform for a UK ground crew. Getting to know everyone in a friendly environment would build a strong foundation.
If anyone in the southwest is able to come to a meeting place in the future then please feel free to private message, email or contact me on this thread. When there is say a dozen of us it might be worthwhile starting a co thread for southwest members.

Good idea always thought it would be great for likeminded to get together, we have the David Icke supporters and Matthew deloozes but do we really need to keep being told about reptillians, and how our energy is being zapped by these music festivals etc, don't we already know this stuff anyway come on ground crew we have known this since our childhood haven't we?
It would be good to interact with each other i think but yes it will be hard travelling all round the country as well as being very expensive.
As was said we need to have groups who arrange local areas making meetings much easier.
Anyone live in kent!!!!:wub2:

Hi Jacqui D
Your right that it would be too expensive for most of us to travel the country for meetings all the time.
It would be best if we made regional groups that can meet more often and then all the groups could meet up quarterly or half yearly.
Hope you find more people from your area.

Yeah I thought the same thing, some of this information is pretty far out. A lot of people just don't seem to be able to handle it unfortunatly.
I was planning to head down to the South West for the UFO convention next month but it got cancelled, which was a shame.

I have been thinking about this ..how it can work considering most people are still very spread out regionally at moment, and it might take a few months to organise this properly...hower, what about using 'skype' for group discussions all online at specific time..its free to download...its free to use ..and anyone with webcams can use them also to give a more personal feel to the meetings...what do u all think?
I have got skype, but dont really use it at moment..unsure of how to set up a conference situation..but told it is very straightforward!
could this be a viable solution for now??

Hi
I was involved in a project like this before, I mentioned it here briefly:
http://projectavalon.net/forum/showthread.php?p=2326#post2326
We used skype to have weekly meetings, it's very easy to use and as a benefit you can download it free for all three major OS's.
Jay
hiya Jay!
well thats fabulous u have experience here with skype...and i agree with your comments about how the best intentions can fail due to ego etc... but for now, i think all we can do is go with the flow here..with no direct/immediate expectations...and see which balls land where ..so to speak lol!
would it be possible, when u have the time, to write out a step by step ABC of how to use skype ..especially as a conference situation? people interested can copy/paste and go set it all up...then in a while, when there is about 10/15 people willing to start off regular meetings...hopefully others will follow?
i reckon if we get this rolling, then at some point we can have themed skype meetings for those who are interested in differnt agendas...eg..not everyone is intending on leaving the UK...( although like u I am drawn to the paraguay region)
anyways, i hope all the good people posting here are continuing to shine their light and smile their way thru uncertaintly and confusion!!

Hiya Fire, sorry your real name escapes me for the moment. I keep refering to you as firefox or firehose when I chat to my partner about Avalon...lol
Anyway, I will see what I can come up with regarding a step by step guide for skype. I use Linux so I am not sure if there are any major differences between linux, Windows and Mac when it comes to Skype.

Good to see we are still growing in numbers, and it's only been a few days.
hi again everyone!! looks like the UK is awakening from its slumber at last :sleep_1: judging from the numbers strarting to show up on here...I also was wondering the past year how many other Brits were keeping track of all this...and here we are!!:thumb_yello:
Inspite of this, there is only a window of time while events unfold...and many many others need to become aware of the 'bigger picture' ...
can i put out a call for everyone here to commit in some form, to trying to get the word out to as many people humanly possible???
there are so many ways...social networking sites ( i reached over 4,000 the other day on facebook, advertising project camelot and this new site!) or putting together a list of websites and handing them out to anyone who shows slightest interest in subject
( I have converted a taxi driver, teacher, work colleague and barman in my local to name a few...we got into convo..i had the list ready and they did research and now are educating others!!)
Maybe there are freelance writers out there who are willing to construct some articles to get out into the mainstream? or if there is people working in media...try talking to as many people...someone/somewhere might be able to get some coverage on this topic?
I have already emailed the mainstream media networks, but so far, no response..but like i said, its a numbers game..so the more of us talking and spreading our own research the better!!!
really LOVELY to see so many other like minded peeps here...
lets make sure we keep up the energy on this thread...
and let the ideas/support and action F L O W...!!!!!!!!!!! :thumb_yello:

My wife and I are Songwriters, and a few years back she wrote a beautiful song, which still rings true. I am working on producing a Video for it at the moment, where there will be quotes mentioned as well as websites, such as Camelot. The Video will the be posted on Google Video, as well as our individual websites.
Also, I am working on adding a new "Truth" page to my own website, which is meant to assist in waking people up. I have the english version ready, but since my site is bi-lingual (german and english), I still need to finish the german page. I have quite a few people in Germany who check out my site...

However just thought id point out there are other modes of communication available over the tinterweb... Teamspeak & Ventrilo are to name a few..

Skype is really easy to use, and it's free to download for use with all three major OS's.
Whichever method we use to create a conference in the future, we need to be aware that not everbody uses 'sin'dows or Mac. Being a linux user myself, we need to tailor the tools we use to people like little old me.

Wow guys, It is amazing that since the top of my head blew off with discovering all this information in the last few months that I though that I was on my own and not sure what to do next. So it is amazing to see all you people come together and so quickly.
I agree that we need to do regional meetings and go from there. I am based near Birmingham and have seen some Midlands guys so I will try and start a dialogue going with them.
In the meantime anybody got any thoughts on some safe areas? My thinking is somewhere rural, relatively high altitude but source of water etc. (Sounds obvious I know). I have been thinking Mid West Wales myself as I am from Wales originally and know what it's like over there.
Anybody from Mid Wales out there?

Hi all.
Me too.
Broadly agree with all that has been said on this thread.
I live in Inverness Scotland. Seems that we need to think also about where we would/could situate a "safe place" and what skills we could bring to the project. Finance is required to buy/ rent land - build.
The Findhorn comunity took years to build starting with just 3 people and a caravan. We dont have that kind of time frame. Anything that materialises would have to be pretty instant. Any ideas? Lotto funding :mfr_lol: ?

Hi greybeard.
Your right about situating a safe place, I think we should all start throwing places into the hat and have a discussion about the places given. I think its prudent to agree quickly on a safe place even if its not a going to be permanent, just in the event something happens and we are not ready. At least then we could all find each other.
Im going to throw Stonehenge into the hat.

Hello folks I havnt read the thread but saying Hi from northeast England.
Hello - Mark From Redditch, Earth here just south of Birmingham.
Thank's to the internet, Alex Jones, and the many lovely souls that have researched the NWO and the rubbish they are bombarding us with, I know a lot about America and the plans and preperations 'They' are going to conduct on the populas. I know about the worldwide altering of our food and water suppiles, etc and the Chem Trails, etc. What I don't know, and it's really only David Icke talking about this here as far as I can find, what are the plans for the British nation when all these NWO coggs get a grinding.
US have Fema camps and I suppose we have football stadiums to gun us down in, but does anyone know anything else about the plans for these beautiful shores?

I think it's important for us all to agree a safe meeting place as soon as possible just in the event of the worst happening.
If the net went down, a war in the middle east or global economic collapse happened anytime soon, how could we come together and where? I fear we'll be left to walk alone. With everything in the news right now, some of my friends are starting to listen to me because now it all seems to be happening in just the way we have researched it.
Lets get the ball rolling guys........

Does anyone in this group have access to a large enough meeting room somewhere, that is available for free?

09-19-2008, 10:27 AM
I think this is a great idea, we could discuss what skills we have to offer and what resourss we will need, perhaps, because we all live in many parts of the Uk it is difficult for many people to travel far, so if somone from each location could bring their local group together, IE all Birmingham bods meet up, people in Scottland close to each other meet up etc, eventually when we find where the safe ground is we can all meet up and work together.
The skill I have to offer is I am a Nurse ( speciality, Orthopeadic and Trauma, also Infectiouse Diseass, I know my antibiotics) and My partner is a whiz at growing food and because of some kind soul on one of the other threads, we are now aware how to store the seeds aswell. My partner is also a trained Door man has also done Body Guarding. I also have purchased the partisans book and I was given by a Millitary chap an S.A.S Survival Guide Book, I also purchased from Cost Co, a wind up radio which has lighting and an alarm included, it only cost £10 for two, the lights are very powerful, when you wind it up it lasts for three months and then you wind it up again.
Also before it was taken off the net, I have a print out of where the Highest ground is in the UK, I knew what lay ahead so I printed it off a couple of years ago. I have got to get it out of my caravan, I put it in there incase of Emergency get away, I will post it on the thread later and you can give me feedback.
I hope you dont take me the wrong way by posting this ( hope you dont think i'm being pushy), but I realy want this Community thing to work and I have faced chaos when working on a Orthopeadic Trauma ward and if your not organised early on, before the Emergency occurs, then things fall apart quickly, look forward to meeting you all ( united we stand devided we fall).
Hello revy, I think you are close to me so PM me and I will give you my email address.
Oh, buy some Kelp off ebay, good for protecting the thyoroid gland from radiation, the thyoroid is what is affected by radiation/nuclear fall out (Iodine tablet also but not able to purchase), I did some research and this is what the Russians used after the accident regarding the chenobal reactor, with positive results, for burns and infections, Aloe vera, the indoor plant, hope I have been of some help.

This maybe of interest to some folks on here:
Earlier this year I was part of a small group of people looking to create a 'safe haven' here in the UK to be used as a meeting point/small community in the case that Planet X was real.
We made a draft that covered alot of the bases regarding location suitability and what we would need in order to have a better than average chance of survival.
I have a copy of this document in .pdf format if anyone would like a copy, then please drop me an email to: natural_vitality@hotmail.com
The project failed for two reasons:
1. Lack of Funds, or the ability to take the 'risk' regarding funding.
2. People didn't really 'believe' that anything was going to happen.
The one thing that we did discover was that even creating a 'safe haven' on a small scale, was a MASSIVE undertaking and required alot of time, commitment, energy and the ability to adapt.
Now according to many sources (if they are to be believed) then time is not something that we have alot of on our side.

I think a meeting in each of the big citys should be organised. Even though I am in hastings, I can get to London in about 1 and a half hours.
What about meeetings in:
London
Manchester
over to you guys now for the rest....
Also, maybe each meeting should have an agenda....?
Jamie
09-21-2008, 01:19 PM
That's an idea for sure.
I think another possibility is that we hold regional meetings, and then a 'nominated' individual/s could attend a combined meeting of all the regional reps.
But it also depends upon the agenda of what we are aiming for, and I feel that is something that will only come to light when we start meeting face to face.
Just my thoughts.

Having managed to get a list of regular members and visitors to a couple of the sites I help run, I'd be pleased to join a group meeting in the UK either on a national level or regional level to discuss the issues at hand and form some sort of policy, escape plans, hide-outs and basic support networks for common goals...
Motivating people to shift from their on line world is provng harder as the net and home entertainment dominates but I still think this needs to be done efficiently to avoid many of us getting caught in places that may not be best for long term welfare [like big cities with angry populations!].
Count me in - in turn I will contact my lists when we have something concrete to offer.
I hovver around Nottingham, Birmingham, Warwick, Malvern, Yorks and Cambs

Hi All
I've posted a 'hello' on the 'London' crew thread. But thought I'd pop in and say another 'hi' here.:original:
Can make a London meeting if one gets underway:original:

I agree that we need to do regional meetings and go from there. I am based near Birmingham and have seen some Midlands guys so I will try and start a dialogue going with them.
In the meantime anybody got any thoughts on some safe areas? My thinking is somewhere rural, relatively high altitude but source of water etc. (Sounds obvious I know). I have been thinking Mid West Wales myself as I am from Wales originally and know what it's like over there.

We should talk - I have found a possible method for locating safe zones [although I am not convinced these area will survive - it depends on many factors] in UK and Eire. Working on these at present.

I think another possibility is that we hold regional meetings, and then a 'nominated' individual/s could attend a combined meeting of all the regional reps.
YES!!!!!:thumb_yello:
This is what we need!! It won't happen for a while but we are heading in the right direction. We need local meets for small groups to get the ball rolling then it will be possible to create regional and national networks. I am in Manchester, who is interested in forming a local group?
Hiya everyone..
I was just sent this link by someone...regarding a possible shut down of ALL banking systems ...make of it what you will...It really would be worth making sure you all have enough cash on you to cover for a week. Just in case!!

Hi all,
Things seem to be slowing down here now. We need something to kick start things again, maybe a designated meet with a set date and time and place. for say in a months time? Anybody want to take the helm on this one?

Although things have slowed down in the main forums, I'm glad to see that everyone is getting involved in their regional forums. Keep up the good work guys. Hear from you again soon.

Hi everyone,
As you may of heard, the Project Avalon forum is going to be transformed into a subscription based site. I feel for the Camelot team as their work can be costly and they do need a means of support but I do not agree with the subscription.
Camelot does need support and I hope everything works out, they have helped me a great deal and their work is invaluable. But I feel they need to find an alternative form of means and support and not force us to pay a subscription to keep us together. As they said in the announcement "Project Avalon costs almost nothing to host" .
I believed in a free and open enviroment for us to chat and come together, so I will not be paying a subscription and therefore no longer be in contact with this site. Sorry guys but i feel very strongly about this. Anyone that wants to keep contact with me, feel free to send me an email and I'll add you to my address book. michaelwilliamprobert@sky.com
Best Wishes

would love to jet together so we could start laying some plans
hi you guys, what i really need to know is, what exactly is going to happen, is it going to be a solar flare or planet x or... you know there's so much stuff out there, and does anyone know anything about the four corners,(the safe areas) that miriam (blue star) talked about. i mean, theres people here talking about, "when it all goes off we might not be able to get public transport". if there's going to be a cataclismic event, only the people already in the safe areas will survive. the safe areas are not going to be made public knowledge because everyone will be trying to get there.i want to survive this the best i can, i have a young son to protect, so i need to be prepared and know exactly whats coming.

Hey Cleanshirt, I think the "four corners area" is located in Arizona around the Sedona area. There is a Hopi reserve there.
If I may share my opinion (and I've seen similar responses all over this forum), with the right attitude and mindset, any place will have the potential to be a safe place. With this said obviously one will also need a degree of common sense ie you need to postion yourself within reach of a source of water, food etc.
Also, nobody can 100% predict the posibility of Earth changes, and the areas that will be effected by such things. However-again using common sense, you may want to position yourself away from large bodies of water.

Be encouraged QueenOfLeon, and take some of Jamie's philosophy.

That movie is priceless, that is exactly what happens when one looses their fear of death! I know, at one time I had 25 ak47s pointed at me. And you either loose the fear or it consumes you. Personally I wasn't expecting the event nor can I actually say I was prepared but when it came I was petrified for about 60 seconds then this wave came over me and fear just left me...... It was very peaceful..... But yes I'm still here and who knows but so far I am still not convinced I would know if it would go down like that again.... I just have faith that it is possible, so it has enboldened me to actually do things that make a difference others may not want to do.
So be cautious and meet because that is the only way you will make it through...
Blessings to all.
