The following I learned through the trustyourselfsystem.com website.

HU ing can be practiced at any pitch high or low. It seems each person knows intuitively what note is most healing for themselves. The more it is practiced the clearer and longer the tone can be achieved. I find it very soothing in these distressing times.

The following was pasted from one of their e-mails.

I can not impress enough on you how important I beleive this to be.

My reason why is as follows:

For the past week I have, for no apparent reason, been pondering the meaning of Hu in HUman. For soem reason I felt this as extreme importance, yet could not find any reason as to why.

I did a google search on this and found the name to an Egyptian God named Hu, pronounced Hue; as well as a few other divine information relating to Hu.

I started chanting this name/word at random throughout my day, for no apparent reason, it just seem right. ( I promise I never read anywhere to chant it or it's meaning. it just happened at random)

Today, I was so obsessed with this word, and it comming at me so hard I asked the divine for some answers, and low and behold... someone makes a thread of it.

This lets me know it has great value and importance to all of us. Please keep this thread alive, as I beleive it will help many.

"The Ancient Egyptians recognized the Sphinx at the Giza Plateau as an image of Hu. The lion was a symbol of power and strength. TY for this Info...

Another thing that I found out a couple of Years ago is that the Vatican used to call Man by a certain term but in 1347 (IIRC) it was removed from all Canon being used by the Church at that time and since...

What was the Word ? It was Hominus Universalis (Universal Man) - Which after the edits the Church enforced - Came to be known as HU-Man or Human for short...

Hu is God, the Creator, the Celestial Sphinx.

In the heavens the Celestial Sphinx is caught in the act of Creation. As he becomes a living God he gently expels his first breath Hhhhhhooooooo. As the first Word of God is pronounced it sounds like the harmonics of a cosmic breeze.

As a second breath is expelled Hhhhhhooooooo the sounds and name of the Ancient Egyptian god Hu Hu, meaning "Authoritative Utterance: Word of God: Word of Creation", is revealed.

A "hawk on a standard" is an ancient Egyptian hieroglyph for "God". The phonics of the hieroglyphs sound out the pronunciation of the pictogram of the God Hu. Technically he is called Hu Hu as it is a double utterance.

As the Celestial Sphinx continues to expel his breath of life, Hhhhhhooooooo, the heavens are progressively created. The Celestial Sphinx is the Creator and Architect of the Universe. The Celestial Sphinx is God and the ancient name for God was Hu.
