Just a quick note, I am pleased to see that this thread is host to a great diversity of beliefs and religious backgrounds. I think that diversity is the definition of a healthy society. I am proud to be in the heady cultural gumbo of the Pacific North West!
SEIRCRAM: The house building web site that I was referencing earlier is calearth.org I spoke to my friend Hooman on the phone and his email address is hoomanfazly@yahoo.com, please feel free to ask him questions, he is looking forward t hearing from you and anyone else who likes what they see on the site!

Hi Wormhole,
You asked where we had purchased our radio equipment, mostly off of ebay over the past 5 years as money allowed. Also we just purchased a book through our food coop,
"Azure Standard" entitled "Preserving Food Without Freezing or Canning" by Terre Vivante. I think this book may have some of the information you were asking about earlier. We should get the book in about 10 days, so I will let you know what I found out. Elijah_house

Thank you again Carrie1971, so how are you storing up your apples?
Peace of Mind,
Wormhole
Some are frozen for pies. Nothing like a hot apple pie fresh from the oven...
Most of this batch will be apple sauce. I have two more boxes to do.
Someone posted about root cellers. The real key is underground you can even dig a "trench line it and put away enough to use in a couple of weeks in each trench."
You put cabbage, potatoe, carrots any thing that can be used from a celler. IF you need to store grain use a air tight bucket and drop a small square of dry ice "wrap in paper towel".. Pour in the grain / flour is o.k. as well then seal as soon as you see the "steam" which is the vapor showing all the O2 has been forced out. This is also a way you can store small buckets of very good apples... That is what they do in those huge storeage places control the amount of oxygen and keep them from freezing With apples you do well to wrap each one in a tissue paper first and make sure each one is sound.
I will post more on storage of food if asked.
I do have a question... How many of you have on hand right now enough distilled water to last 10 to 15 days. "This would be in case of your water not being in the tap".

Hi all – This post address volcanoesm, tsunamis and quakes, oh my!
Thanks everyone for some great posts! I love being part of this Ground Crew – I don’t feel so alone or nuts anymore. However, I have to admit that this is distracting me during the weekdays! Perhaps I need to start a new thread for those like me to learn moderation – this website is ADDICTIVE! After this post tonight I am only allowing myself to post on the weekends….!
Being a Geologist, I thought I would respond to some concerns voiced about earthquakes, subduction zones, tsunamis and volcanoes here in the PNW. Indeed! - All of these phenomena are related and need to be considered. However…
As most of us know, we live near a subduction zone. Basically, this means that we live on the leading edge of a continental plate (the North American Plate to be specific), which is slowly colliding with an oceanic plate (the Juan De Fuca plate to be exact). When our advancing continental shelf runs up and over the oceanic plate, forcing the oceanic plate deep down into the earth, all of that “good earth stuff” that comprised the oceanic plate melts. The melt eventually makes its way back up topside and spews out lovely melted magma from our dearly departed oceanic crust (very simplified mind you and its mixed with other stuff of course). The result? The everlasting beauty of our Cascade Mountain Range, of course!
We have all been warned about the mega thrust earthquakes that occur out here every 500 years or so. And yes we are about due for another one. A large subduction earthquake would be in the range of 7.0 – 8.0 on the Richter Scale, which is a logarithmic scale; i.e. for every increase in whole number, the energy released by the earthquake increases by a factor of 10. So, A 7.0 would release 10 x the energy of a 6.0. A 9.0 would really be a whopper!!
So….. a few thoughts:
1. Not all earthquakes will result in widespread devastation. Depending on the type of energy released, the epicenter of the quake, and the construction of buildings, the devastation can be a little or a lot. Most of our earthquakes in the PNW happen off the coast, within the subduction zone area. Quakes also occur very frequently (in the 2.0 to 3.0 range around most all of our volcanoes. For those of you in Oregon, please check out DOGAMIs website for excellent information on earthquake destruction zones, maps, tsunami information. Here is the link:
http://www.oregongeology.com/sub/default.htm
2. Not all earthquakes release tsunamis. It depends where the earthquake is centered, its depth, and the general direction of the energy expended. Sometimes people in an earthquake can tell the direction from which the earthquake originated. As a Geologist, it is hard to believe that even a 9.0 earthquake occurring off the coast of Oregon would create a tsunami large enough and with enough volume of water to reach Portland, which is approximately 70 miles inland and upstream of Astoria. Even with a 100 foot tsunami wave, the vertical (over the coast range) and horizontal (the areal mass it must cover) hurdles would be immense, likely reducing the tsunami effect to near nothing.
3. In the event of a volcanic eruption, Seattle and Portland would not be wiped out. But…depending on wind direction either city could be affected by ash. Also, large debris flows could move into the Duwamish River. But Seattle’s biggest impact would come from debris being washed into Elliot Bay. Would Seattle be wiped out by a volcanic eruption? NO. As for Portland, it could be affected by light ash falls from an erupting Mt. Hood but it would not be affected by lava flows, lahars or anything like that. Would Portland be wiped out by a volcanic eruption? No.
There are some good websites that you can go to where you can find well researched, science-based information on the potential for natural disasters to occur in these areas. But I must warn you these fact-based websites based on years of scientific study so they won’t be as much fun to read or get excited as the multitude of disinformation out there.
I figure that my best chances for making good decisions about the safety me and my family and now all of us in our Ground Crew is to do my best to try to separate the speculation and fear-mongering from the truth and reality. I try to cross-check what I read on alternative webpages to make sure what I am reading makes sense to me…. What is great about our newly formed e-group is that if I do come across something that distresses me (economically, politically, or naturally) I can post it here for comment!

I've read all the posts here and will post because years ago I had many dreams about being part of a team. In those dreams, the team was always sent off "to the Northwest." Now, I can truthfully say that, from that place inside myself where my inspiration comes from, I am not truly drawn to the Northwest, but that's what the dreams were about. So I don't know what that means for me, whether I'll end up in the Northwest or not. I keep waiting for that internal guidance to kick in again.
Nonetheless, this is a very good practical discussion. Just in case I do get drawn to the Northwest, it's great to know about you folks. I have many survival skills and all kinds of low-tech living skills and would pretty much like to be living primitively now, even without any thoughts of threats of destruction.
In terms of community, it's really important to examine what your true feelings are about living without modern stuff, including electricity, metals, wire, paper, and hot water. If you love primitive camping, you'll have no problem until your modern gear breaks or wears out. If you think you'll have a database ... do you think you can happily live without it? Can you make pots out of clay? And if you don't have clay, can you still find a way to make pots?
Anything stored up from the modern world will be used up at some point because you've got to be thinking in terms of years here. The old skills will be what is needed. Working with your hands, working with the land, and all the physical labor that entails. If you have no skills at all other than office skills, please learn something now, anything that would be useful in a non-electric world.
I would recommend that everyone should have a really good pair of hiking boots, a knife, and a firestarter (not a Bic or Zippo), and know how to build a fire.

http://earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/index.php
I check that site daily there are many other ways to look on the web page if you just go to usgs.gov you can get everything from water movement to mud flows. Any area of "Earth Science" is found there. If you have been looking you can understand that many subduction quakes are followed by a range building event. Rainer is the big guy it is covered with ice the ice never melts even in the hot summer due to how high the top is. That is why the mud flow could present a major traffic jam. Or not..
I am going now.

Here I am.
Nice to meet yah all.
From another forum a post I made.
" New guy here, so just a few cents worth. As an old time ham radio guy and current user of VHF Marine and CB radios( i live on a boat), I think that radio is probably going to be the only things active. The more wattage (power) the better. Good high ground, and antennas, will help a great deal in talking and listening ability. A source of possible communication would be a local ham radio person. You can recognize them by the big antennas above their homes. We should all be looking up anyway. Many of them are interested in what is being discussed here at Avalon."

Hi Carrie1971 - The thing about earthquakes in the PNW is that there will eventually be the BIG one and so few people will be prepared. The 72-hour kit will not be enough, I think preparation for at least two weeks to keep you afloat before any services start to come back. I am having trouble now trying to pull together an "urban survival kit" to handle these types of disasters for my family AND prepare for a much more ominous world catastrophe.... I think I could plan a move from the US to the southern hemisphere, but I would have to do a LOT of convincing to a lot of people... so its just not possible for me right now. But as it is, I am thinking of researching places in southern Oregon, perhaps near Steens Mountain. It is very isolated down there are quite out of the way....
Also, Norval - I was considering a HAM radio but have read that it is expensive and that unless you are prepared to operate one that it may not be worth it? Can you tell us if there is some kind of HAM-related radio that someone might purchase to just "listen in" on the goings on? I am just now beginning to look. What about shortwave radio? I told someone earlier that I am thinking of a shortwave radio as I grew up listening to that with my parents. Is there some kind of radio we should be investing in?
Thanks so much.

Hi Norval,
We have drake 3 transceivers and hallicrafter model S382 transceiver, we are still looking for dc power supplies for the drake (we have a dc 3 and tr 3). Most of our stuff is tube because it is impervious to the electromatic pulse of nuclear bombs. My husband was in the coast guard for 14 years active duty and 3 years reserve, the field he worked in was electronics/communications.
We also have a Ham Radio and Morse Code software course and exams which we have not completed yet. We also have schematics for almost all the tube radios out there on CD's. We also have antennas. Do you know of a source for dc power supplies.
We have a lot of other miscellaneous radio equipment, always had the intention of getting Ham radio operator license. So now may be the time to get going on this project. I spent some time in Ecuador with some Christinan Missionaries and he was a Ham Operator, this is of course how he communicated with friends and families in the states. This is what sparked my interest in this area and my husband has a background in the coast guard in electronics/communications and is working on the technical part of repairing the old equipment.

I live in Mt Baker's shadow...near Bellingham. I also have had many thoughts about establishing community thorughout my life, but never really knew how to act upon it. I have scanned most of the posts and everything listed by everyone is what I have already read or started to plan for my/our future.
This is an old, but interesting article on money and different views of economy.
http://www.yesmagazine.org/article.asp?ID=886
It comes off of this site, well worth checking out,
http://www.fourthcornerexchange.com/
However the article is written by Bernard Lietaer ( who wrote a book called "The Future of Money" which none of the US book publishers would publish in the US). Anyway it's a great resource to re-think and re-tool how we want our community economy to look like.
I am not an economist, which is why I have been trying to figure out how to do things differently (meaning with respect to others and earth).

Hey DOODAH: Nice to have you with us. I lived off grid in New Mexico for several years, it was the best time I ever had. I was by myself in a straw-bale adobe, with a living roof. I put in a gravity feed well on the hill with use of a windmill to pump the water up, got a solar panel and went to the car section of the hardware store. Bought a deep cycle battery and headlights and hooked up my lighting system for under $100. Hot water was heated on the wood stove and from a black hose and reflection system off the roof, though I had a propane refrigerator, I began experimenting with ammonia in a closed hose system, I was able to get freezing temperatures by letting the sun heat the hose! I think it is possible to set up a solar refrigeration system that is closed and never needs to use fuel. Unfortunately, I never finished the project and I live in the city:tears:, though I'm in a geo-thermal building, I miss the country. I've been looking for a place to rent out in Washington or Oregon and I am still trying to make up my mind as to where the best area would be. I'd like to plant a garden again! Glad to have you with us. I have also had the dreams, though different, but I know what you mean.

Hi Wormhole,
The best and first radio is one that can be run on 12 volts DC (common car batteries)
and household current (110 vac (volts Alternating Current)) Get one that can receive or
tune as many bands / frequencies as you can. Dog whistle to microwave if possible. Play
with it, get to know and how to use it. Many of the ham radio folks are very interested in
just what we are researching here.
Nice to meet Yah.

I'll be headed out of "range" for a week, I can't wait to come back and see how Avalon has grown! I have a question for PROVIDENCE: In your opinion, do you think that the quake activity has increased or has our capacity to measure increased and thus it appears as though there is more activity, when in fact we are simply just aware of it more often? If activity has increased, what are your theories?

Hello All :)
Douglas County checking in! BTW Newly Awakened, thanks for the great tip using trash cans for water, I have been wracking my brain for ideas for large-capacity water storage on a tight budget. I have some 5-8 gallon containers filled, and buy more each pay day along with reusing milk jugs and 2 liter bottles.
Also, it is the harvest season for many fruits and vegetables, I got a dehydrator at Walmart for under $40 and have been using that quite a bit. Dried and powdered up some eggs as an experiment, worked great!
For skills, not really any technical ones. I am co-op minded, and usually have people in need of some help sharing my home with me. At this point, I am the only one in my household who has awakened, I am hoping the others are coming along soon.
I am enjoying this thread, a lot of great ideas :)

Hi Doodle bug,
We are in southern Oregon, klamath county, we lived in douglas county for awhile.
Here is a link for quality bulk foods and is based right here in Oregon, www.azurestandard.com, you can purchase items online or form a coop which is what we have done, with a large enough order they drop the shipping charges, thus the benefit of the coop. We have been very pleased with their products and have been purchasing from them for several years. They have a large variety of goods including bulk items, organic, dried fruits, beans, rice, grains, flours, seeds, healthy snacks, dairy products and even refrigerated items, frozen items and produce. elijah_house

Doodlebug, trash cans are great as a quick fix, but the plastic does contain small amounts of lead. If you own your place and plan on staying for awhile check out;
www.conservationtechnology.com
and download their rainwater collection catalog, they have everything, pumps, filters, storage etc.
Right now, my storage is a single rainwater collector from Lee Valley, only holds 40 gallons.

Speaking of trash cans, we use the old galv. metal ones with a heavy construction trash bag liner sealed inside the metal trash can to store our bulk emergency food in. Rodents can't get into them and they are water tight when sealed with caulking.
Yes, an old type crystal radio set is good too. :thumb_yello:
Many good ideas here, many talents showing up also. Living aboard a boat gives the option of changing locations with all your possessions quickly. Not ocean travel capable though but I could make it to Alaska if I had to. :welcomeani:
My wife and I are "into" what these "visitors" are up to here on earth. Disclosure, I am sure, will be more catastrophic than any war we have thus far seen. Sorry to say, but most people are not going to make the room for change, as I recently heard, "some won't, or can't adjust their thinking." Many will be the blind leading the blind so to put it.

Hello,
I'm new here also.
I live in the centre of BC and work in economic development (NGO)
My background includes Banking, small business. I have government contacts as well as private at some interesting levels.
Pacific Northwest (Cascadia) is interesting as a base as it already is being hived off into an economic region (PNWER.org) which includes Alaska, Yukon, Alberta,British Columbia, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon. This means the platform to create a self sustaining unit is already in place, if we know how to use it.
In the meantime, we need a project to put activities to ground. I would suggest the forming of a matrix of local markets, farmers markets and community markets so that we can provide a base to build small business off....This takes coordination not cash and it will give us something to sink our teeth into.
As for nukes and other scares, its best we deal with the problems of the day as they unfold rather than speculate....Speculation is a weapon of the other side.

SEIRCRAM: I have an engineer friend who has designed just this type of dome building that you are talking about. I will give him a call and get his contact info for the thread, he was selling these plans for 2000.00 US. They are approved for use in California, and are also based on Geo-Thermal Design for heating and cooling. EASY TO BUILD!
I have done some of my own investigations, and have found a source for some interesting and (relatively) inexpensive emergency shelters at http://www.calearth.org. These are based on designs by the late Nader Khalili and are said to be earthquake resistant with the other qualities you would expect from an "dirt" based abode.

One thing that I don't think was mentioned in the PROVIDENCE post was any talk regarding a polar shift event. There is scientific evidence to suggest that is is a "possibility", has happened in the past, and in fact, there has already been quite a number of magnetic anomalies noted to date.
While I do not think anyone knows for sure what exactly would happen on a scientific basis, on a "messages from out there" basis, we are talking about the equivalent of a major earthquake happening EVERYWHERE -- as in the "ground turning to jello for 5 minutes through out the world."
I am only pointing this out so that others might think along the lines of, "If my house/shop/garage/whatever was leveled by a polar shift earthquake, would I want to rethink where I am storing things NOW?" As in you just might like to keep some supplies (short-term food, water, digging equip.) outside in a small(er) shed in case an unexpected quake event took place.

Hello
This is my first post though I have been a "lurker" since Project Avalon started. Just want to check-in on this thread. I have a couple of beautiful young children. They currently live with my dear friend, with whom I had been married. My priority is to stay close to them and so I see myself likely being limited in future moves to any safe area. (Their mom is not open to any of the subject matter that is being discussed at Avalon.)
However, I do desire to establish a rapport with the NW ground crew. Who knows, one day I may end up moving to a future safe area established by the ground crew, bringing my girls along. Right now, I am trying to stay open to the one I think of as the Creator Spirit with respect to the unfolding of this incredibly grand adventure story. I'll keep in touch.

Wow finally a place to connect. I have started a community called Angelite Center to gather those who feel the calling to be of service to others.
I am building a 5,000 square foot main building. I have Tepees, log cabins, and trailers and a RV for temporary housing.
I have known all this for more than 20 years after a visit from a member of the galactic federation who showed me the future and taught me what I could do to help.
It has sounded so crazy for so long but now most of the things he showed me and I shared with others has begun to come true.
The earth changes, our weather going to two seasons, and many more things. He left me a manual of how to set up the communities and told me we needed to connect the communities to share resources.
I have been here on the land getting ready and now I am welcoming any who feel the calling to be of service to others to gather here. I have solar, fruit trees and teach local medicinal herbs. I have a ham radio and license. I am willing to share all I have with others who want to come and be part of this core group to put this together.
I have plenty of food to feed others who come to share in the labor. I have a milk cow and chickens. I have many heirloom seeds, I was told what grain to grow.
I am in the mountains of NE Washington State this is a safe area anyone on the other side of the Cascades needs to move inland.
I would like any other communities to please write me so we can connect.
I was shown in the future we would not be able to travel freely so we will have runners who sneak goods from one community to another.
Heirloom seeds and tools are very important to save now to use and barter with later.
Hello from the sunny pacific northwest, well somewhat sunny. I have been on the west coast since 2002 but researching “what the hell is going on” since 2001 and it has been a great roller coaster ride throughout the rabbit hole and out the other end.
It is refreshing to see like-minded posters that know we are not alone, that ET’s are real, they eat, and they take our human women. Once past that realization, the world takes on a whole new meaning, new perspective and the truth pops out at you.
I have taken the ham radio course but didn’t do the exam, guess I should study up and arrange to do the exam.

Hi Friends out there -
I have been very busy at work and have not had time to come back to the post for a while. I think you all are GREAT!
I thought I would answer some questions regarding quakes for those of us who are interested in these earth events (indeed we all are). The earth is a very exciting, living place and it has its growning pains as well. Of course with the seemingly exponential population growth on the planet over the last 100 years, I think that Mother Earth has a bad case of the Humans! :bleh:
Since plate tectonics are part of our earth make up from eons ago, earthquakes will always be associated with colliding plates. These plates move and adjust, jostle for position, etc etc. I don't think earthquakes are increasing per se - but I do keep track of the earthquakes that happen "across the pond" in Japan and those areas, and of course in CA. When something big happens over there, there will be adjustments elsewhere- there is only so much room on our planet for these plates to move around, somthing has got to give somewhere. So.... do I think earthquakes are increasing? Not truly, no. But, as others have pointed out, earthquakes will increase around say one of our beautiful cascade peaks prior to an eruption (just remember 2.0-3.0 earthquakes are occurring ALL the time in the cascades - most of us just don't feel them where we are).
Also, I do think measurement methods are more sophisticated and news of earthquakes much more prevalent. Will the BIG one occur in the PNW? Yes, of course - we have evidence of past biggies all over the place - take a look at the Siletz Bay in Oregon, OR go down to the shore at extremely low tide and you will see huge tree trunks exposed... all direct evidence of earthquake-related subsidence. I find it very intriguing. If you are really interested in megathrust earthquakes and subsidence, you may want to check out a study done about 10 or f15 years ago by Blackwell, et al where they looked at core samples from along the coasts of the PNW and were able to identify evidence of megathrust earthquakes every 500 years or so.

It shows real time earhquakes (among other natural and man-made disasters) across the world.
Also, regarding polar shifts - I have not studied these too much - I do have a few rocks (Hematite, I believe) that come from a very old band of rock formation that shows at least one magnetic signature from an ancient polar shift. Have no idea how this will affect us humans, if and when this does happen. My husband also is a geologist and has studied magnetism and polarity in much more detail than I. I will talk with him and see if I can post some additional informaiton on this interesting subject.

Hello,
The reason I live on a boat is to be able to move about the Puget Sound area freely as I
want. We can get away from cities quickly and into remote areas. Our boat is a very
unique barge type of houseboat, called a power scow. The bottom part of the boat is
made of "cast ferocement" 2 1/2" thick. There are three sections for the hull that are
bolted together, the front two are cast cement hulls, and the back section is made of
wood and fiberglass. The cast cement hulls are easy and inexpensive compared to all
other building mediums. They can be cast in many sizes. While they are not fast going
through the water, hereon Puget Sound, we can use the tides and winds to help us and
conserve fuel. Our boat has three levels forward and two and a half in the back, which
gives us about 1,200 sq. ft. of usable floor space. Those high sides are a great sails too.
LOL Pictures in the profile photo area.
Our 22 foot sailboat with 10 hp. motor are alongside, and 16 foot work skiff with a 40
hp. motor too. Besides 2- 8 foot sailing / rowing boats and 2 small kayaks. Along with a
couple cars and an old 4wd jeep.

Hi all,
I'm up in Whatcom County, in the Kendall area, just 6 miles from the border. Being senior in years, I may not be able to contribute a lot of physical labor any more, but I have a lot of knowledge to share: gardening, food preserving, existing on limited economic resources, etc. I moved up here 8 years ago from Arizona, and have an overwhelming sense that this is where I must be, even though away from my family. I'm a bit of a loner, but would welcome the opportunity to build "community" with others who are aware of the momentous changes upon us, and who care about others. My deep spirituality holds fear at a distance.
Sure look forward to knowing each of you a lot better as we work together to find out way through all of this.

P.S. I posted this same introduction to the "Washington" thread because I'm not sure which one to use. Should they be combined?

Thank you Providence. The link is very good in face they both are great links.
I had a hard time sleeping last night as I heard the phone talk with Kerry and George Green. What he said about China seeing the U.S. dollar crashing and if our "Government" did not stop it from crumbling that would be taken as an act of war?? I am going to do some look and see on the Asia web sites and see if I can find that. AS for the Northwest at least we got some rain up here in the northwoods and it is fall as the fall flowers are up with their wonderful purple colors. (Crocus / Fall bulbs )...
May each of you have enough and remember...

Hello folks! Wormy here. I just got back from the Cascades, upland from Vancouver BC. I have been looking for information pertaining to great floods and particularly how high the flood lines were. I ran into the source, the First Nations were more then forthcoming to me with information regarding where and how high these floods have been. I say "these" because it seems there has been more then one. They have been kind enough to share 30,000 years of flood history with me. I am honored by the chance meeting which took place and the shared knowledge.
The lines of the last great flood have been clearly marked by the First Nations on boulders up near the Blackcomb ski area. These flood lines exist from 5300 to 6500 feet above sea level on the ocean side of the Cascades.
I was advised that living 5000 ft over sea level and higher is desirable, and it is even more desirable to be on the east side of the mountain range and away from rivers and flood plains.
The First Nations also said that during the "Great Flood" beings called the "Transformers" came to earth and transformed people who were doing good works into elemental spirits that are eternally standing guard over the land.
I was shown several places where these transformed beings exist. I was also shown a drawing of one of the "X" Transformer Beings, a very cosmic looking fellow I must say.
Well, I hope that info speaks to some of us. Remember, there are no wrong choices here, only information and what we choose to do with it.
ON ANOTHER NOTE: It has been suggested that PNGC gets together and talks turkey. I am all for it! If anyone would like to donate some space for a face to face gathering, I am taking notes. I will also be contacting a few experts to give talks on subjects that are of concern. If there is a subject that you feel worthy of a speaker, or if you would like to give a talk on your field of expertise then please drop me an email. IF YOU WANT TO VOLUNTEER AS AN ORGANIZER, please... Lets get together and form a committee.
ALSO, if you are just interested in attending let me know. This will help in planning how large or small a venue is needed.
Please send all correspondence to my personal mailbox, just so that we do not bog down the PNGC Thread.

I want to be contacted by anyone in the PNW area regarding meetings. I have been in touch with Wormhole. PNWers have my permission to add me to any e-mailing list.
I know the PNW is a big area. I envision a number of groups who are linked together somehow, perhaps meeting in mass upon occasion with tents in hand.
It seems we have enough contacts here to start. Consider also that it is likely that each of us knows others who embrace on the spirit/intuitive/heart level the values conveyed in Avalon, yet who may not have internet access. I have a friend I can think of right now who would embrace the idea of a safe area wholeheartedly, and is someone I would be pleased to have by my side.
I am in Eugene. For those in the west/central Oregon area who want to meet, get ahold of me. If nothing else, lets meet at a coffee shop just so that we can offer moral support during these times.
Unrelated, I was just exposed to details about the largest known star in the universe called Canis Majoris (sp?). Our sun cannot even be compared to its massive size. I have a new name for my Spirit-source, the "Star-Breather". I am resting (at least in this moment) in the One who is threatened by nothing, who is Peace in essence, who is the Spirit that manefests as the energy-source of each and every string-'particle'. My desire is to use this reality as the context to explore/interpret what is happening behind the world scenes with respect to the current geopolitical and financial situation. I find that unless I abide in the rest that is mine in Spirit/spirit, I will not be able to make interpretations of others that is founded in love.
I like this quote (I do not know the source):
"If we could read the secret history of our enemies, we would find in each person's life sorrow and suffering enough to disarm all hostility."

I am interested. I live in the "shadow of Mt Baker" in Maple Falls (Kendall area really) very close to the border. I may not physically make it to Lynnwood (thank you Pithiny for an exceptional offer) but if I could be kept informed, I'll do what I can. We live on 10 acres here (my husband and I). I thought about moving, and maybe we will, but right now, when I ask for a sign I get a chorus of frogs singing (frogs are a dying species) and we have honey and bumble bees buzzing ( I promised I would never look for their honey and they could just be bees) and right now I just feel this is the place for me.
I digress. I would like to be kept informed. Thanks
Hey I live in Coeur D Alene Idaho just North of Spokane Washington. I am looking for anyone that may be in my area. I am currently in China on business but will return in November. I would be interested in meeting with anyone of like minds to meet over some coffee or a cold beer. Not sure how to initiate contact.

Hiyo all,
Another ground crew member checking in with you fine people. I currently live in Kent, WA just 20 min outside downtown Seattle. I have with me a wife who is also awake, as well as two children, one 21 and the other 19, here with me who are also somewhat awake and defiantly prepared for possible coming times.
My resume concerning what I could offer a community is a difficult one to describe as those here are already awake and rather knowledgeable, if not experts in the areas I am most proficient in. I have been awake for 30 years so I do have some experience on what it is to be awake in today’s world as well as yesterdays. I can’t really imagine what good that would really do other than to say I am a problem solver when it comes to difficulties considering the path. I have more of a propensity toward the arts more than the sciences so I am an armchair scientist at best.
I have extensive experience with food and have been a chef for about 15 years dealing with every end of the food business but for pastries, as I only have had a cursory examination of it as my passion has always been gourmet and fine dinning. I also have experience in the mass production of regular food and have run several kitchens. I do a little catering here and there but only as favors for friends etc.
I am also very experienced with computers and am one of the original geeks as my computer obsessions began in 1980. I have worked on cars quite a bit and I am mechanically inclined. I have worked with wood but would not call myself a carpenter although I am sure I could build a house, but it would probably lean and water would no doubt come out of the chandelier when I turned the faucet on.
I am a jack of all trades but king of none. I could teach kung fu although I am not certified to do so, but have been teaching it most of my life regardless with nothing but success. I have a strong aptitude towards the spiritual side of kung fu so my experience is a holistic one and is not limited to simple violence. My versatility is probably my best asset so I could help out where ever and I learn fast. I also have a strong intuitive quality that I use in my life more so than usual, yet I would not consider myself a trained physic in that what I can do everyone can do. My wife is in the aviation industry and has a deep understanding of it, as well as being a healer and is looking closely at turning towards veterinary academics.
I have been looking at survival information for a while and have basically garnered enough information that I think I could survive on my own, until I made a fatal mistake because of my lack of knowledge, because there is so much more I don’t know and you cant really tell if your going to be successful at something like that until you do it IMHO. I have looked at house making with mud adobe etc, but I lack knowledge of the geology of the PNW area because I grew up in Texas. I have been so obsessed in learning the information which has brought me to Avalon that I have neglected other important information that would now come in handy.
That’s my main story and I am glad to be here. I have email, AIM, or any other communication venue needed to make things easier as these communities become more solid as we start to pull together if and when needed. I am also willing to just get to know people however they feel comfortable doing it.
Peace

Greetings great lovers of the tall greens, crystal liquids and oh so sweet winds! My heart is bursting with love for all of you awakened neighbors. May we remain aware and at peace in the midst of trouble soon to be - happily harmonizing to the best of our abilities in a new paradigm of cosmic evolution.
My husband and I have many gifts to bring to the group. I am a healer - supporting the body/mind/soul connection with high vibrational energy, counseling and reflecting the light of a love so bright, it pales even the fullest moon. I facilitate group awakenings using the expressive arts (dance, drama, art, creative writing, and visualizations). I am also an empath and have the unique ability of connecting with and befriending anyone. I love working with youth and people in the midst of challenging life experiences.... So when the earth shifts reach their breaking point and people are just about to drown in a sea of chaos and confusion, I'll be able to calm them down and help them to connect with all that's sacred and divine within (and without)... I also have experience teaching kids. So once a spot of safety is established, I can help run the school.
My husband is a sculptor that is great with his hands. He can build a great number of things and has construction experience - furniture, decks, homes, fences, etc. He is also involved with martial arts and has the strength to help carry and move heavy things, and do all kinds of manual labor. He currently works as an animator making video games. He's a do-gooder who never hesitates to jump in and help where people are in need, and he's got an easy going nature, good sense of humor and is great with kids, animals and elders.
Looking forward to an exciting ride with y'all!
Love and peace to you,
Tara

Wow- This is shaping up to be quite the network of people... So I have finally joined as a member and I am throwing myself into the mix...
Intro- I am living in the Willamette Valley. Have minimal legal experience from a civil law firm and now the criminal circuit court. One of my passions is brewing/fermentation and am currently experimenting with herbal healing beers. One of my first successes was a ginger/habanero mead (quite refreshing and invigorating).
Goal- To continue to grow and transition my life to be able to succeed in the time that approach us... Hence I am reaching out to find others in my region vicinity such that we can synergisticly weather the time ahead of us.
This core gathering is of great interest to me and I would like to network with anyone in the valley to be able to make it next month....

That is awesome! Unfortunately I won't be able to get the time off, as I have just come back from 100 Mile House Canada, videotaping 9 presentations by the Canadian Society of Questers (dowsing or water witching called by some) although their presentations go far and beyond just dowsing. Amazing group of people. Anyway, the point is I have used my time off. So I hope someone does record, whether audio or video, where and when appropriate, so the rest of us not able to attend can still be on the same page, welll chapter anyway!! :)
True, but that takes a heck of a lot of physical endurance. Couldn’t there be a tiny motor?

I will do my best to attend this. We all need to get to know each other ASAP.
Pacific Northwest Ground Crew Gathering
It is official! OCTOBER 31st thru NOVEMBER 2nd, The First of many Gatherings will be held at the Angelite Center, Rt. 231 between Valley and Springdale near the Spokane Indian Reservation. This area is located in the southern Selkirk Mountians in the great state of Washington!
The Angelite Center is operated by Kathleen Stewart, who has been guided in her life's work to build a place of community. She has always known that one day people of like mind would come together on her modest twenty acres. Currently she has been building a 5000 square foot long house which will hopefully have a roof over it during our first Gathering!
The first Gathering is designed to be a CORE GROUP GATHERING. We encourage all who can attend to do so with the heart intention of bringing your gifts and talents on the table. The Core Group will be defining our future through consensus and intention of service to others. We will not only be seeing for the first time who we are, but also laying down the ground work for this spring when our intention is to have "THE GREAT GATHERING" where we expect hundreds (if not more) to attend.
These Gatherings are intended to connect people, to begin barter, peaceful community relations, to discuss our challenges and promote solutions, and to begin living as part of a Galactic Community with peaceful intention to the Earth.
PLEASE BRING WITH YOU: Warm clothes and rain gear, self contained sleeping arrangements ie: Tent or camper van. Proper shoes and warm socks, your own food and preparation method, one dish to pass for a community meal, your own roll of toilet paper, pack out what you pack in! Mountain spring water is available to all, but if you want to bring your own water then please do so. Make sure you bring a first aid kit and a flashlight. You are going to be rouging it! There could be snow at this time of year!
DO NOT BRING: Guns or other weapons, a negative attitude!
FRIDAY EVENING: Halloween Bonfire
SATURDAY: 9-12pm Meet and Greet with defining skills listing, 3-6pm Defining: Consensus and Mission Statement, 7pm Community Meal.
SUNDAY: 9-12pm "The Great Gathering" Roundtable Discussion and Future Talk.
THIS GATHERING IS OPEN TO ALASKA THROUGH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, AND TO ANY AND ALL WHO FEEL COMPELLED TO COME!
EVENT COORDINATOR: Wormhole (aka Kristin Santos): worm.hole7@gmail.com
Any and all questions!
SITE ADMINISTER: Kathleen Stewart: angelitecenter@yahoo.com
To keep things environmentally friendly we have a goddess volunteer! Please contact Rachel if you need a ride and if you have room to share!!!

Hey folks, been awhile since I posted. I just got some insider information about the banks in the US. Apparently they are about to close down for at least a week. They have already printed the signs, actually, the FEDS sent the signs and had them printed for the banks. Interesting. So these signs which read," sorry but we will be closed for all transactions for a week" are all over the place, and waiting to be put into the windows. When? Soon.
On a higher note: The PNWGC Gathering is coming together like rain hitting sand in a drought. Need I say more? If you want to join us, I must stress to send me a line at : worm.hole7@gmail.com
We would love to know who is coming, and build a big enough latrine! Thanks!
I hope you are all enjoying my new avatar. It is a painting that i did a few years back. It felt weird letting go of the "question mark". After all, what you don't know is far more interesting then what you do...
Let's get back to business and start sharing info again pertaining to our issues. The "lost pages" that we have been lamenting about are being recovered. I will have more on that soon.
The detailed Map of the Gathering is still traveling.... I wait as we all do, it shall hit these pages soon!! Not to worry.
And... there are rumors of a Vancouver Ground Crew Union.
Until then, may peace and uplifting thought be the focus of our minds.
Peace of Mind,

A little about me, I grew up on the family farm. Moved to town, hated it, moved back to the farm and built a home. My husband and I have been storing food, supplies etc. Trying to do whatever we can because we both have felt for the last two years that something is changing.

When money is no longer any good, commodities like spices, liquor, tobacco, and many
other things become good trading stock. Some one may have what you NEED, you may
have what they WANT.
Greetings to all those checking in, and a Hi Yah to *wormy*.
I doubt at this time I will make the get together. I did look at the area on the images and
map sites. Nice area.

Ah, tobacco, the only thing our brethrn, wiped out by poison blankets, grew and the Haida, well, plundered. Just harvest my seeds of an old skool Northern Cali. tobacco...gazillions of them! Buy "alcohol can be a gas" for sure, and we shall see what Cascadia can do to thrive at that End of the Age of Empire.
The Lower Georgia Basin is a hot bed of astute traders/smugglers. It will be interesting.

LATEST POST:
Pacific Northwest Ground Crew Gathering
It is official! OCTOBER 25th thru NOVEMBER 2nd, The First of many Gatherings will be held at the Angelite Center, Rt.
DURING THE WEEK: Raise the roof and property organization. Those who can't stay for the following weekend will be building face to face life-long relationships with fellow ground crew! Get your hands dirty and leave with pride!
FRIDAY EVENING: Halloween Bonfire
SATURDAY: 9-12pm Meet and Greet with defining skills listing, 3-6pm Defining: Consensus and Mission Statement, 7pm Community Meal.
SUNDAY: 9-12pm "The Great Gathering" Roundtable Discussion and Future Talk.
This event will be documented to the benefit of all who are unable to attend.
THIS GATHERING IS OPEN TO ALASKA THROUGH SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, AND TO ANY AND ALL WHO FEEL COMPELLED TO COME!

THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST GROUND CREW GATHERING is now ONE WEEK LONG!!! Any and all who wish to attend between the days of SATURDAY, 25th of October and SUNDAY November 2nd, please feel free to join us. During the week we will be putting the finishing touches on the LONG HOUSE and working together to organize the property. BRING YOUR TOOLS!!! This is a wonderful opportunity for everyone who wants to truly be a part of a growing community to get your hands dirty and use your skills to help get us ready for the days to come!!!
To those of you who can't come the last weekend, pack up your kids and good intentions and come the first weekend, or during the week! ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND!!!
ONE LAST NOTE: DIRECTIONS: Look at the Northeast section of Washington State on any Rand McNally map. Find Spokane. Follow 395 to LOON LAKE. Take the HWY 292 to a little town called SPRINGDALE. At the corner of 292 and HWY 231 there will be a small store called KOUNTRY KORNER. Welcome packets and detailed instructions will be provided there to all who come to attend. THE DETAILED COUNTRY MAP of how to find the gathering will be in your information packet. Signs will be posted to aid you along the way. For late arrivals there will be a basket available with packets for all hours of the night in front of the store, and that means any night.

I vote we link up with the vancouver island and vancouver crews and change the name to Cascadia crew. I can bob on down in a dory to visit Norval quicker than most here could gather. I wish I could go to the meet up, but damned if I 'ain't' wanted nor allowed in the US. I almost got the (now defunct) Cascadia 'movement' to meet in Robert's Creek but most of the 'mericans were afraid to cross BACK after attending a political event in Canuckistan....
Their place of meeting looks great eh Lance? Vancouver Island has to get its Act together...although after the Election I'm feeling rather gloomy...too many !!?!? neo-Conservatives! Makes me feel like I want to move out of British Columbia!

There are a about a dozen of us "boaters" that are "aware" here in this marina and plan to leave the cities in a
few hours time. The idea is to meet up as far as practical from the cities to the North.
Most likely up around Orcas Island in the San Juans. Probably East Sound. Citizen Band
channel 10 or 17 (the truckers north - south bound channel.) VHF Marine Band 16.:welcomeani:

11-05-2008, 01:47 AM
Hello! I'm back and just getting unpacked!
The Gathering was challenging and wonderful. The first hurdle occurred while I was leaving for the eight hour long trek across Washington. Our sound and camera man had to bail out at the last minute which was a big sadness. Trent has bills to pay, and this was a volunteer position. He was called in for a gig at the last minute and had to accept due to financial constraints and blood sucking lawyers. That being said, there were no interviews and no video feed to post for all to see. Sorry about that.
The next interaction occurred at the boarder, where the bulkhead in my van raised enough suspicion for a full search. Two hours later, after the van was cleared to be drug free and devoid of any secret compartments, I was allowed to leave Canada.
I finally reached Angelite Center late in the evening, and woke up the next morning to take my first view. The property is beautiful, but stressed due to years of neglect and trash dumping that had not been taken care of, yet there was the breath of life everywhere. Elk, turkey, deer, bear, and many other critters... There was a great deal of work to be done, but nothing that a little sweat couldn't fix.
The good people of the Kontry Korner store decided mid-week that we may be devil worshipers or something of that ilk, and I had to move the directions to the Springdale grocery store. They were nice about it, but afraid to get within ten feet of me. Oh well... you can't win them all. When things get tough, well, you know the rest.
The Long House was in process of being dismantled and rebuilt in order to fix the damage left by a contractor who didn't know how to build. The building is in fine shape now and is ready for the roof this week! It has ten bedrooms, an entertainment center, and a library on the third floor.
We put in a composting out house, housed the milk cow and chickens, and gave the hay a dry place to be stored for the winter. The water issue was dealt with and a new pump house built and insulated to keep the residents with running water for the winter. About 40 loads went to the dump, and more will follow. In addition 20 X 28' Teepee Poles where cut and cleaned.
Plans for the property were discussed and a vision shared; which is not only beautiful but sustainable. As we were all working hard, individual conversations abounded and many true and heart felt stories were shared. The vision of consensus as a body government was shared by all.
Though this burgeoning community has many challenges and hard work ahead of it; it is located in a beautiful safe location and promises great potential as long as they hold true to the vision that was given to them and keep reading the "Manual" which was passed on to Kathleen by a star being. Any who are interested in this community should contact me.
The weekend was raining and cold, but we pushed on and had a camp fire every night. The rain allowed us these precious moments, and seemed to ease up while we gathered.
My great thanks to all who were involved and made the journey:

Hi I'm Jeff, currently living in Portland Or near the Lloyd center. I'm very interested in the power of positive group thought and the feeling of joyful abundance for the here now and future. I believe that we need to shut off the TV due to the negative influence. I believe that we need to gather together to focus on want we want and that the key to survival is to think and feel positive. I'd love to meet over coffee here in Portland. email piplucky@gmail.com

i put this in the "washington" section but I am putting it here too....
Unfortunately I wont be able to make long treks for a while, because my hubby is in Iraq, I cant take any time off work (so that when he actually IS home, I will get to take the time off then....) BUT I am willing to make an hour or two drive to somewhere for the day! Please, continue to post meeting dates/times so i can join when possible!
Bonney Lake, WA here. But Im usually all over the place between Seattle (where I work) and Tacoma (where I play roller derby.)
I guess if the situation arose, id probably say I have these to offer:
1. Entertainment. I sing, I dance, I draw, art of all kinds, I can act, Tell jokes, be a merry-maker if you will. And We might'n be needin that if the "worst case scenario" brings us down. OH, and as a disclaimer, the offered entertainment DOES NOT come with the word "adult" attatched to it. LOL. If your lookin for hookers-n-blow, your walking down the wrong alley.
2. Spirituality. I can help you with it if you need it. Some of us might need to turn to spiritual Ideas to get us through all this mess. But I can do it without the awkwardy-ness and the god-jargon. (Yep. Makin' up words as I go. Thats how I roll, LOL) Anyhow, many people have told me that I am good at getting the ideals across in a non-weird and easy to understand way. I have a very deep spiritual awareness and am a good "teacher" usually.... So that can be of service, if someone needs it.
3. My husband is a certified trainer for MMA/Combatives. He has taught me a lot of it, which I MIGHT be able to pass along. Or I can just bring him! LOL. He is military trained (highly) and been to 2 tours over in the sandbox so my house has an un-ending plethera of useful goods and hardware and boxes of M.R.E.'s.
4. I also have dirt bikes that do not run on electrical starters. So if we need easy transport if something bad happens, I got a big A$$ gas bottle and 4 motorcycles.
5. I also have LOTS and LOTS of guns and ammo. I have 3 guns and my hubbs has 2 (2 of which are assault rifles with scopes, 2 are handguns, one is just a 22 rifle, but itll get the job done i guess, LOL). And We have at least 2,000 rounds of ammo. BONUS!
I also play roller derby. So if theres a job that needs to be physically done, im not a total waste of space. I can even fight pretty well, too. I dont WANT to but if it comes down to it, I can knock a dude or two unconsious, hahaha....
...thats all I got, LOL.
Im really looking forward to being part of this group and I hope we can all work together to make good things happen....

There are options for those who cannot pay and who want to stay. Many people will be giving gift subscriptions. Or there are barter arrangements. What? I dunno, how do you think you could help? Tell me in a PM what your skills are if you want to work out something or if you have a problem with available payment methods. No one has to be excluded for lack of money. The only thing I cannot help with is if you object based on the principle of the matter.

I figure that my best chances for making good decisions about the safety me and my family and now all of us in our Ground Crew is to do my best to try to separate the speculation and fear-mongering from the truth and reality. I try to cross-check what I read on alternative webpages to make sure what I am reading makes sense to me…. What is great about our newly formed e-group is that if I do come across something that distresses me (economically, politically, or naturally) I can post it here for comment![/QUOTE]
What do you make of the maps (Hopi Indian and others) which show vast portions of land masses covered with water or eliminated? This would really suck! What about the Nibiru/2012 stuff? I've bitten my nails down...and now I'm starting on my fingers. It's sort of like Steven King's horror/fantasy of a guy who eats himself! :mfr_omg:

Information on how we as a human kind can "change" what "could become" of earth has been flowing by all of us.
Greg Braden, Lynne M Taggart and others all tell use how each one of those here can change the "what could" happen.. Events public or not all can have an effect on the land mass. I know that when I first heard of this earth change I just thought oh, I'm good. Now years later and so many "more people all saying the same infroamtion" I can still say " I'm good as in the area where I have my house is in a good spot but to be honest I can look back on the earth as in long ago and where I am was at one time the bottom of the ocean. So did a person float over that one time long ago and "fear" that day it was going to be dry land?....
Here is a whole other idea of the What is to come. Take note at the end it was to be told to all in 1969 just what was going on..

There are also some great Doc. on the page as well as the interview..
We all have a lot to do in each of our life's .. May you and yours all be safe, happy and always remember..... Life is a Gift.

Keep in mind also that you have an eternal soul, this is just a blink in the vastness of the One. The work we do here on the planet is important, very. However, no matter where you are, how we extend our nature into the living universe as beings with free will is the of the upmost importance. Being centered and loving is the place to start to walk, the rest will follow. I tend to worry less about myself when I realize all the work and help that needs doing for others to "wake up" is so very vast.
There is a need to be prepared, yes. But do not let that drag you down into a tube of fear. Take joy in the opportunities and accept these challenges so that your soul may grow. There is a vast journey out there beyond death, do not forget who you are; an infinite part of the never ending eternal.

The Fist Seattle Meeting was a great success, Dominic was the ultimate host with his lovely family supporting our endeavors all well! We discussed many Ground Crew issues; too many to post here, and made lasting connections. As it often is with ground crew, we really knew each other already and the conversation and interactions were easy and full of love and mutual respect. I'm once again impressed with the caliber of people here at Avalon and give a great resounding "Thank You" to the powers of creation for getting us together!
I'm looking to gather in Northern California, if the idea of this inspires you please contact me through the forum!
Peace of Mind,

Hi, I'm new to this site, and am very interested in talking or meeting with people in the Pacific Northwest Ground Crew. Please give me a shoutout. Thanks

I'm in the lonely boondocks of sparsely populated Eastern Oregon - Baker City. And I really can't afford the gas money to meet up with people. The cute little red car gets terrible gas mileage. It's 45 minutes to LaGrande, 1 hour to Ontario, 2 hours to Boise, and around 6 hours to Bend, Portland, Spokane, or Seattle.
And - I just noticed all the people putting your email address in this thread on the open forum where the spambots will troll and your spam mail will increase by megatons. I suppose they even have a bot now for when you spell it out: myemail at myisp dot com. But anyway I suggest using code or a throw away email address.

Thank you for posting to a thread that has been slow. I really am enjoying your link. Thank you so very much.
I am in the far east area of the Pacific Northwest Ground Crew. Even north of George Green who coined the words ground crew.
I live in a small borader town very close to Canada. Building community here in this area. So far it is going well.

O.K. I've been gone awhile but I'm back. Karen. I'm pretty close. Irrigon, Or. between Umatilla and Boardman. PM me if you want. I would love to get a local group going. We are working on some stuff now. All in the planning stages due to lack of funds. Damn it seems like I'm so far behind on being where I want to be on this. The world seems to pull people apart with it's incessant draw to the need of the dollar.
Well I'm here, I'm working on solutions with a person or two in the local.
Edit: Any one else near us in Easten Oregon or south eastern Washington are also welcome to PM me to work together.

Well if we keep posting, mayhap they will be drawn to the attraction VIA Shared mind. Finding committed people that can't be drawn away by mundane involvements is getting harder all the time.

Hi Sleeper,
Good to hear from you! I am pretty much stuck here in town (Baker City) - since I'm not a money chaser, don't really have the funds for gas to travel anywhere. There are lots and lots of older fixer up houses for sale in this town, as a lot of people are building nice new houses out on the outskirts.
I keep imagining providing jobs for the unemployed here with garden work and food preservation. The town has a local Farmer's Market going in the summer time.

Sounds like a nice area Karen. I will have to make plans for a trip down there to look things over. I like the proximity of the mountains to the east of there too. I will be going as far as La Grand on occasion for meeting that are held there for another organization. Maybe I can swing down there in 2 or 3 months and check it out.

After a year of monthly meetings our ground crew is still alive and well. We are always open to guests and new members. Our group has learned a lot over the year and discussed many topics. It is a small group but very connected. Anyone in the Seattle Tacoma area interested in a great experience contact me.

Keeping it alive. Been looking for a deal on a 2000 or newer double wide. They seem pretty scarce these days.

Hello All:original:
Has anyone else noticed an increase in military activity - particularly helicopters in the past week? I think it may be related to the Olympics in BC. Definite increase up here in NW WA.
As for the double wide - does it have to be a double wide? There are some really good deals on cabin kits - starting around 3k and going up from there. Lots of dealers in WA & OR- most will build on-site included in the cost.

Now that is great news. Win win the horse lives and you now have a new "friend". Sorry they eat so much..
I do have to ask. What is the coat? I ask as I had a dream that I have a roan coat horse. ( In the dream I have rode south and am a days ride more to get to where I am going. Making a camp above the clearwater right above Lewiston, Id. What is called the grade.)
I am still here as well. About a 2 hour drive to get to Spokane.

Up in this neck of the woods I have gotten a few seeds in the ground and have plans to do more in the next few days. Spanish Sweet onions which keep well over the winter are in now. A few carrots but not near the amount I will have in soon. It is still very early but some things can go in if the winter is going to stay gone we are doing good. I do fear that we may get a deep freeze if that happens we will loose all our fruit. The trees here are budded out very well.
Have fun learning how to get that horse to let you ride.

Hello Everyone!
I'm the newest addition to PNW- Ground Crew. Thanks to all the participants that are keeping this thread alive. Are there some other awakened people in my area- South Everett, Lynnwood?
My interests/skills are mainly in the following areas:
web design and programming, internet, music, seeking the truth (obviously), speak and write in bulgarian (native bulgarian) , german and a bit of russian, computer hardware and software.
I consider my self rather generalist than a specialist, all my life I just have been refusing to limit my self to one thing, but tried to learn as much as possible in as much as possible areas, so there is nothing I would be proud of myself accomplishing so far. Seeking the truth became my hobby and subsequently almost an addiction, which actually led to browsing the net for the truth. I probably should mention that I've watched every single video interview on the camelot site and Bill and Kerry are the ones that have ultimately opened my eyes.
An actual accomplishing of some of the stuff I have in my mind, would be probably the best way to help the community and pay back the world for having me.
Drop me a line here or pm me, hope to hear soon from You.
Ivan
