There are an amazing amount of coincidences, similar plots etc in Star Trek series and films but the Vulcans are the ones ive always connected with.

Im sure plenty people have thought about this before.

We talk of getting rid of fear mainly. Certain people including myself speak about getting rid of jealousy, hate, greed, ego, materialism etc.

I find myself becoming more 'Vulcan' as I get further into this journey. One or two of my friends have felt unemotional recently about certain negative events and they start to see others running around like headless chicken at the least small problem. They often dont know why and until now ive always seen it as more a realisation that life is more important than worrying about trivial things. Talking to them about ourselves evolving is unlikely to get the reaction I would like so Ill talk about it here. :)

The Vulcans all meditate too and that is the path many 'enlightened' folk have taken at the start. I myself am yet to make any effort into meditation but I plan to very soon.

I can see many positives in becoming more Vulcan. In fact ive just had a thought enter my mind and it was Bruce Lee. For some reason I see a connection between people like him and very well respected Vulcans in Star Trek.

I cant say having a lack of emotion is a positive thing as the Vulcans dont seem very capable of expressing positive emotions. So I guess Spock who is half human and half Vulcan would be close to a good halfway point. He still maintains some positive human emotions and very rarely showed any negative emotions which leads me to believe that its simply a case of eradicating our negative emotions to progress. It does sound obvious as we all talk about it and hear it so much but ive never heard Vulcans or any other sci-fi race/characters mentioned for our ascencion type discussions.

As the media inductry is controlled by a few powerful people I always wonder which films, TV series etc have been guided towards a certain direction. Which scripts may have been altered to put messages in there and Star Trek always comes out on top for me. Star Wars too and numerous other slightly less well known ones.

I had some questions but theyve gone. Ill post some pics instead. My favourite Vulcans

Oh that what I was going to say. People who speak about Pleadians/Andromedans/Nordics etc. They all speak about calm, almost emotionless beings. Thats what also reminded of the Vulcans

I dont know about Vulcans but it is true that I and my SO both often find ourselves staring open-mouthed at some of the "messages" in modern Sci-Fi and Fantasy type TV.

Even the latest series of Doctor Who had an "everything is going to change" meme + lots of other ascension references.

This has to be due to the fact that creative individuals are "in tune" at a sub-concious level (or maybe even blatantly at the concious level!) with the cosmic flow of our consensus 3D reality.

When I think about some of the recent films "V for Vendetta", "Eyes Wide Shut" etc I find it even more pronouced.

I, for one, love it! I see it as a positive thing that overall conciousness is changing this way.

A..

Ha yeah its happening everywhere. Ive got a trial with lovefilm for DVDs and ive been hitting all the end of time, sci-fi, apocolyptic stuff and there are too many similarities to mention. Ive often thought about posting them but its pretty obvious and anyone posting here will likely spot the links anyway. Watching the matrix films again within the last few weeks was a totally different experience though.

Arnie seems to have a decent connection with stuff. Mars, Total Recall, Terminator and nanotech/singularity stuff. End of Days return of the christ/antichrist. The 6th day, the cloning film. Interesting he did those last two at around the same time.

Suppressing your emotions would be contrary to your very Human nature.

Acknowledging them as such, taming them for your well being, ultimately using them as a TOOL, overriding them when appropriate
by using your inner wisdom will make you grow exponentially,
spirituallly and on every aspects of your existence.

salute.
