This could be easily done using ventrilo. Some people would have to put up a little $ for a host/s. This is used in alot of MMORPG's for raiding, I don't think it's all that expensive.

The actual program is free to download for anyone, I think each host can hold 40 people minimum and up to 80 max depending on which server plan you go with.

I'd also like to see moderated interviews with question and answer afterward.

Our live chat will demonstrate our ability to communicate respectfully, in real time, demonstrate who you want to actually 'commune' with (only those that listen and pause?) and perhaps we'll progress to more telepathy in the process!
