Hello you all!
I found this web page where this Finnish guy had posted photos of this light appearing. Text on the website is in Finnish so I will translate it here and photos are behind the link. It happened on 14th of October approx 2.55 a.m. +3 GMT.
LINK (http://asd.fi/~petri/valot/)
"Strange light phenomenon in southern sky of Helsinki 14th Oct. approx. approx. 2.55 a.m.
I went to have a ciggarette to the window around 2.55 a.m. and noticed a faint glow in the southern sky. Light was rising from the horizon and got stronger all the time (got closer?)
I had time to take 4 photos until my webcam malfunctioned completely. I got it back on an hour later by completely unplugging it. Theres about five minutes between the first and the last picture. Eventually light stayed still for about 10 minutes and only movement I noticed was the natural movement of the clouds, until light disappeared in a blink of an eye.
The whole event lasted approx. 15 minutes.
Pictures have been taken with a webcam which I pointed out of the window when I noticed the light.
Timestamps on the pictures are estimates.
Last weather satellite picture I went to get around 3.15 a.m. when I went to check if there was any thunder storms south of Helsinki.
Looking the pictures, it is unlikely that it was a lightning"
