Anyone notice that in the USA we are lacking Vitamin B-15 and B-17 in our B Complex? Why is this? ;) What can we learn from this?

Wow, that does seem rather strange. She does however list alternative foods to get these vitamins from, I know Marmite is very rich in b12.
All we need is some one with a vast knowledge to tell us other foods too.

Well, quick, Googeling gave at least these sources of B-15 aka Pangamic Acid
Pangamic Acid is found in:
- Whole grains such as brown rice
- Brewer's yeast
- Pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- Apricot kernels
- Beef blood
Here is more
Hmm, should click those links eh? :)
Ohwell, maby I get it right next time;)

Interesting... this is news to me...
Spotted this..
The FDA has attempted to ban the sale of pangamic acid as an unsafe food additive and apart from Russian studies, there has been little to prove the benefits of the supplement. One study suggests that it may be carcinogenic.
