View Full Version : Golden Age?

Imagine Conan the Barbarian peering into a crystal ball and seeing our era. Would he consider it a gilded age? Look at the clothes! The men are so puny, and the women look like manikins. What is there to eviscerate? What use is there for a big guy who's handy with a battle axe and a four-foot sword? He might not actually think it so hot.
One of our dearest hopes and sincerest intentions is for a golden age to emerge from the present chaos. We yearn for what thoughtful men and women have always desired: freedom, justice, a world where there is no ruling class but instead societies of fellows, each working as much for the whole as for himself.
If we could peer into a crystal ball, would we recognize what we are looking for? The landscape may be drastically altered. The very shapes of the continents may change. We may eat nothing but cultured pond scum. There may be vast deserts, and it almost goes without saying that there will be uninhabitable zones, places like Iraq that will be radioactive basically forever.
That radioactivity will blow around the planet, too. It will cause mutations and shorten lives, just as it is now doing in Iraq. We may end up looking more like the greys than like Conan. In fact, one theory out there - and I don't happen to think it's so "out there" - is that that is exactly who the greys are. They are our descendants, having learned to travel through time, perhaps come back to study whether there is anything that can be done to change the timeline that led to the world they live in.
Blasted landscape, mutated people...who knows? I'm describing it from my old 3D perspective. It is possible that the inhabitants of this twisted imaginary world might consider themselves the luckiest beings alive, having finally reached a level of enlightenment where they truly understand that the Kingdom really is and always has been within and among.
We may not have a crystal ball. But even in the present, it's important not to judge by appearances or leap to conclusions. When I imagine ourselves on an evolutionary road, midway between Conan and ET, I need to remind myself that all is happening exactly as it should, as it must.

I think a crystal ball is what's needed to shock all those asleep, into reality! If everyone could have 5 minutes to peer into the future I think everything would change for the better! Just 5 minutes would change the whole outcome! (wishfull thinking)

I feel the greys are who we became. It's a bit like this. They may be bored, without us lovable dumbheads -

They need a bit of this -

Humans NOW are in the magic pivot point (fulcrum?) between civilizations: Conan and greys. I do NOT EVER want to be anything but in-between, though Conan might come in handy in the spirit realm. :winksmiley02:
Magic, I tell ya!

That is exactly what Alex Collier says we become the Greys in the future if we can`t change the time line

I have never read Alex Collier so maybe I am the ignorant one... but then who becomes the Tall Whites, Pleiadians, mothmen, vampires, Reptilians, etc???
Isn't it more about what direction the harnessing and coaxing of DNA (97% unused) through environment and state of mind (belief) that shapes the eventual outcome of certain groups?
In other words being humanoid doesn't mean the next step is a variation of 'Grey.' If Alex is saying that belief and a timeline are one and the same then he may have a point, but a timeline (just a path that is unfolding based on current understanding or belief) is moved instantaneously by the mass or individual that is aware of their effect or influence upon that individuals or masses outcome.
The ol' axiom "change your mind change your life" will never go out of style!
I can see a small group of future humans that have turned out to look similar to greys and perhaps came back to say "wake up your going the wrong way" but an inherent evolutionary path that unfolds from humanoid to grey I just can't buy into.
But perhaps a humanoid lacking in enlightenment and emotion becomes a biological based technological savvy 'being' left searching for the answer that far and away escapes their genius from the inability to be simple in heart! The lack of E-motion renders a dependence upon energy and forces outside of oneself- and many all too wiling to take over one with that belief!!!
Maybe the 'Beatles' were right.... "All you need is LOVE" I am not a Beatles fan sorry but many of their lyrics (in plain sight) sure ring truth now.
A formula hidden within a word symbolizing Peace! :naughty:
angLes and circlOes, Vesica pisces, E=5
Climb the mountain of knowledge to become free from a timeline of passive evolution that may reach a point of no return and heading for extinction... sounds like a bunch of ****** off greys who want to take everyone else with them.
'Darkside Polarity says= "If I can't have it you can't either"
and swinging way the other way is
'Lightside Polarity= "I am doing this for your benefit"
Sorry ... Just felt like rambling for a bit! :winksmiley02:
