This little kid here says that while he was taking pictures with his friend,he spotted something in the sky.What this is,as you can clearly see,two hands opening the sky.

haha...mmm amaing I've lived in bulgaria - nice place - seems to have many reports of 'UFO's etc.....interesting photo!
