"EDTA"

Toxicity is as follows...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EDTA#Toxicity

EDTA has been found to be both cytotoxic and weakly genotoxic in laboratory animals. Oral exposures have been noted to cause reproductive and developmental effects.[6] The same study by Lanigan[6] also found that both dermal exposure to EDTA in most cosmetic formulations and inhalation exposure to EDTA in aerosolized cosmetic formulations would produce systemic effects below those seen to be toxic in oral dosing studies.

This can be found in many items such as mayo, tarter sauce, salad dressing
and I'm sure many many others!

***Where there is money to be made in keeping the public's immune systems constantly bogged down fighting toxins and making them sick, there will always be a toxic food supply.

I guess this link can go with the topic. Why are more children allergic to food.
It's really sad.

On the other side of the scale, calcium EDTA is used in alternative medicine. When injected into the body, the EDTA breaks loose from the calcium. Then the EDTA attaches itself to toxic heavy metals in the body, they are then carried out through the urine. So if you want to detox your body of heavy metals then EDTA is the only thing out there that will do the job.

Calcium EDTA is not the only thing that carries heavy metals & nasties out of body.
Colloidal silver does this and so does MMS to just name two.

This is precious information Ampgod, I thank you very much for this. I was wondering what was EDTA since I noticed it on various alimentary products.

Namaste, Steven

Colloidal silver is also a toxin, and probably more toxic than EDTA.

It's a dangerous world; best to stay in bed. :-)
