The book Penetration by Ingo Swann, now out of print, has thankfully been made available for free online reading at http://www.scribd.com/doc/426672/The-Question-of-Extraterrestrial-and-Human-Telepathy-I-Swann. Thanks to eugene_vn for link

Interesting scenarios and a good read for all - opens the eyes to what is going on.

And the cover up of Telepathy by all agencies

Funny Telepathy seems to work alright when I experienced my alien encounter :)

...And very attractive "aliens."

It's a great read. Here's an interesting read of an experiment he did with Hal Puthoff, which is an extension of remote viewing or telepathy or is it remote influencing?

...
Swann's successes on the East Coast attracted the attention of the quantum physicist Harold E. Puthoff, at the Standford Research Institute, in Menlo Park, California (later renamed SRI International). From late 1973 until 1989 Swann worked principally at SRI's "psychoenergetics project" established by Puthoff to examine important psi faculties (rather than psychic phenomena per se).

One of the first most remarkable experiments involved a successful attempt to influence the stable magnetic field of a super-cooled Josephson junction inside a quark detector (a complex apparatus designed to detect subatomic particles). The apparatus was completely inaccessible, being encased in aluminum and copper containers and buried in five feet of concrete. When Swann mentally visualized the hidden target, significant variations were recorded in sine waves. This PK effect was reported at a conference on quantum physics and parapsychology.

A must read is PSI Spies by Jim Marrs.

I am trying to develope remote viewing skills, the same thing as Intuitive viewing/knowlege or psychic ability, but mroe structured.

I am not that good yet, my wife, she is good. She was a natural, she ALWAYS knows when I am lying or doing something I should not be doing...

seriously.

Ingo Swann has been in this from the start, I highly recommend studying everything on his website, particularly the Human Biomind material.
SRI must have been quite an experience in those days, thankfully Ingo has not included all of the names of all of the participants.
