Saw this yesterday in sainsburys. Looks good loads of recipes in it and shows you how to catch and prepare game :original:
Haven't bought it yet as looking for somewhere on the net cheaper.

This book is dedicated to the vast larder which is the British Countryside. It aims to give you easy to understand guidelines for gathering and enjoying the very best nature has to offer. It offers tips about hunting rabbits, picking blackberries, fishing, gathering wild mushrooms and picking edible flowers and herbs as well as much much more!

Some half wit put the picture on the cover upside down :naughty:

Sainsbury's you say ;) I do have a Ray Mears - Wild Food book too...

My reason for this is when everyone is stealing your vegetables from your plot... I plan to go for a walk with my ruck sack and collect my food from the wild. I intend to move my ploit inside in self watering pots... Do some googling :)

Must get loads of foil for cooking in my open fire...
