Made in the UK, bio-engineered vaccine setting us up for avian flu (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rqe40-REclU) - REALLY.
Vitamin C sales to be banned from January 2009 - the only thing that will help to stop this flu.
This is deliberate!

This is truly horrific. I agree TPB are attacking from all sides to kill us:
Chemtrails
GMO's
Irradiated meats
Antibiotics in meat-we have built up a resistance to them, and why we now need a few courses of different antibiotics to work on an infection
Flouridated water-makes you stupid too
Codex Alimentarius
Bovine Growth Hormone in dairy products
Pesticides on our vegetables and fruits
Let's not forget to add stress in there since that is always good for the immune system:
The media pushing the fear button
Raising the level to orange, another fear tactic
And our old favorite:
Demolishing the U.S. economy
Last but not least....drum roll please
Stupid commercials and sitcoms that only add to our already disintegrating brain
I even heard they are planting GMO rice in Kansas next year.
Toto, we really aren't in Kansas anymore!
I am so frustrated! :wall:

The outbreak of AIDS started in San Francisco among the gays who participated in the government's Hepatitis B vaccine experiment program (similar to the one in NYC).

Hi Starlah,
Is 'Flumist' known by any other name? For example in other countries?
Very distubing video.
Recently young children in Recife, Brazil, have been dying because of Flu like symptoms.
More info on Flumist: http://www.drugs.com/flumist.html
Highlighting one paragraph, "Like any vaccine, FluMist may not provide protection from disease in every person. FluMist will not prevent illness caused by avian flu ("bird flu")."
Best regards,
Steve

1. get the buffered form of vitamin c in the form of calcium ascorbate or magnesium ascorbate.
2. take it in between meals, since it increases iron absorption. (why: bacteria love iron, iron generates tons of free radicals, and iron is an inflammatory q.v. cancer.)
natural sources of vitamin C are best found in vegetables rather than fruits (surprise!)
1 Peppers, sweet, yellow, raw Vitamin C: 1359mg
2 Peppers, sweet, red, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt Vitamin C: 1316mg
3 Peppers, sweet, red, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt Vitamin C: 1222mg
4 Peppers, hot chili, green, raw Vitamin C: 1213mg
5 Peppers, sweet, green, freeze-dried Vitamin C: 1210mg
6 Peppers, sweet, red, freeze-dried Vitamin C: 1210mg
7 Pokeberry shoots, (poke), raw Vitamin C: 1183mg
8 Mustard spinach, (tendergreen), raw Vitamin C: 1182mg
9 Vinespinach, (basella), raw Vitamin C: 1074mg
10 Balsam-pear (bitter gourd), pods, raw Vitamin C: 988mg
[although this list has several 'pepper' entries, on the master list youll find that lower entries such as watercress (762) and parsley (739) would still make the fruit top 10. skunk cabbage, for those living in swampy areas such as myself, will find it surprising that the skunk cabbage leaves (579) have more vitamin C than strawberries.]
--fruits--
1 Acerola juice, raw Vitamin C: 13913mg
2 Acerola, (west indian cherry), raw Vitamin C: 10483mg
3 Guava sauce, cooked Vitamin C: 813mg
4 Lemons, raw, with peel Vitamin C: 770mg
5 Guavas, common, raw Vitamin C: 672mg
6 Currants, european black, raw Vitamin C: 575mg
7 Lemon peel, raw Vitamin C: 549mg
8 Lemon juice, raw Vitamin C: 368mg
9 Strawberries, raw Vitamin C: 368mg
10 Lemons, raw, without peel [Includes USDA commodity food A415] Vitamin C: 366mg

I find it impossible for Vitamin C to be banned completely.
Regardless, I refuse to get a flu vaccine. Almost signed up for one but then I thought long and hard about it and realized that I have always been able to fight off flu by staying home, resting and getting plenty of fluids/nutrients. Why bother with a vaccine that has too much bad press to begin with?

My issue is trying to convince others not to take it if they already get the flu to begin with. And yes someone please tell us what the names are to these OTC meds to supposed help fend the flu.:tears:

:wub2: Easy to store, dried Goji Berries are very high in Vitamin C and many other nutrients. Nature at it's best. Serving size 10 - 30 grams (small handful) Usual storage life is one year.
Vitamin C in Goji Berries
Goji berries, sometimes called Wolfberries, are perhaps the most nutritionally-rich fruit on the planet. Goji berries contain 18 kinds of amino acids (six times higher than bee pollen) and contain all 8 essential amino acids (such as isoleucine and tryptophan).
Goji berries contain up to 21 trace minerals (the main ones being zinc, iron, copper, calcium, germanium, selenium, and phosphorus).
Goji berries are the richest source of carotenoids, including beta-carotene (more beta carotene than carrots), of all known foods or plants on earth! They contain 500 times the amount of vitamin C, by weight, than oranges making them second only to camu camu berries as the richest vitamin C source on earth. Goji berries also contain vitamins B1, B2, B6, and vitamin E.
Mature fruits contain about 11 mg of iron per 100 grams, beta-sisterol (an anti-inflammatory agent), linoleic acid (a fatty acid), sesquiterpenoids (cyperone, solavetivone), tetraterpenoids (zeaxanthin, physalin), and betaine (0.1%).
Goji berries contain polysaccharides which fortify the immune system. A polysaccharide found in this fruit has been found to be a powerful secretagogue (a substance that stimulates the secretion of rejuvenative human growth hormone by the pituitary gland).
Goji berries have been traditionally regarded as a longevity, strength-building, and sexual potency food of the highest order. In several study groups with elderly people the berry was given once a day for 3 weeks, many beneficial results were experienced and 67% of the patients T cell transformation functions tripled and the activity of the patients white cell interleukin-2 doubled. In addition, the results showed that all the patients spirit and optimism increased significantly, appetite improved in 95% of the patients, 95% of the patients slept better, and 35% of the patients partially recovered their sexual function.
The Goji berry is a deep-red, dried fruit about the same size as a raisin. The Goji berry tastes somewhat like a cross between a cranberry and a cherry.
A good daily intake of Goji berries is 10-30 grams (a small handful). Goji berries may be used as snacks or mixed with recipes or smoothies like other dried fruits.
:wub2: Best to purchase certified organic and inspected sulfite-free goji berries, sometimes called wolfberries, look or ask for freshness (expiration) date. Consider growing your own, they are tolerant to some climates, even in the United States.
