The news report has absolutely nothing to do with the title of this news post.
I'm surprised "guests" are able to post in the forums.
As for the news post, it clearly states what the conservatives excuse is going to be..
"and had asked for "break clauses" to be inserted into government contracts so it could be ended "without massive cost and waste to the public purse".
I guess where you can see this is going.
