This is wonderful news!! I am from Sussex but currently living in Florida and I have been involved in a lot of campaigning and public education about the dangers of "cosmetic" lawn and garden pesticides in Florida. Over use and misused of pesticides is a major health issue that is blanketed in false advertising about "safety".

certainly is good news! I'm in Sussex too... so nice to see some local success and a bit of human sense from the legal powers!

what made me think though, and why I posted this, is that one lone woman took this on as a local concern, to get some change/improvement for her community, and she managed to 'beat the system'.. the GOVERNMENT system.... So.. if she can do it... (and has now set a legal precendent!) well.. what are we all waiting for??!! :thumb_yello:
