We're aware of Jimmy carter but this sheds a little new light-a reverse speech analyst(not that i subscribe to that) states he could have been an abductee!?
Special to The Canadian
Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter.
During his presidential election campaign of 1976, he told reporters:
"It was the darndest thing I've ever seen. It was big, it was very bright, it changed colors and it was about the size of the moon. We watched it for ten minutes, but none of us could figure out what it was. One thing's for sure, I'll never make fun of people who say they've seen unidentified objects in the sky. If I become president, I'll make every piece of information this country has about UFO sightings available to the public and the scientists."
When Carter did become president, he never disclosed all the secret UFO information in government files and he failed in his attempt to get the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to investigate UFO reports in any detail.
A report by NASA, written in the late 1970s, admits, "During several space missions NASA astronauts reported phenomena not immediately explainable. However, in every instance NASA satisfied itself that what had been observed was nothing which could be termed abnormal in the space environment."
It goes on to say that they do not investigate UFO reports from the public, but "if a new element of hard evidence that UFOs exist is brought to NASA's attention from a credible source, NASA will analyze the unexplained organic or inorganic sample and report its findings."
It claimed that so far, they had not been provided with any tangible evidence of this type and that it was not their intention to conduct any investigation into this subject area. But they would keep an "open mind."
According to Jon Kelly, a researcher who studies the secret messages encoded in people's speech, Carter could well have been abducted by regressive aliens.
Using a digital audio editing workstation, he analyzed a speech Carter gave last year in which he said he did not think flying saucers were the vehicles of space people visiting the earth.
Kelly said: "I played his speech in reverse and heard the words 'Saucer. Went out naked. Going out. They'll put it in him.' Although it was part of his campaign promise, this message made me wonder if the president had more-personal reasons for wanting the government to release secret research on extraterrestrials. From my reading of the message it describes Carter as a potential abductee."
