Mark my words...nothing will be done. Just as nothing was done for vets in the past.

Oh, it is quite real.

My best friend from school days died from it in 1999. He was an army physician and suffered for eight years with an untreatable mycoplasma infection and intractable pain. At the end the pain was so intense he could not stand the pressure of a shower spray on his skin. If you do some backround research on the effects of chemical biological warfare, you will discover that sub-toxic doses of the neurological agent Sarin can do things like that to a man.

Garth Nicholas has pionnered research on Gulf War Syndrome. A lot of out is posted at his website immed.org. (http://www.immed.org) He also wrote and released a book, Project Day Lily. I believe their daughter was in the service and contracted it.
