Yes money is just an exchange of energy but what does that energy consist of?
We love it, we hate it. Well it seems to be the root of all problems.
Money is a powerful tool which empowers you to do almost anything. It’s like a magic wand that makes it easy for your desires to come to life.
Money is possibility. Money is magic.
Anything that is powerful is dangerous, in untrained, unprepared hands.
As Cuba Gooding JR would say 'SHOW ME THE MONEY'

Money is a symptom of the problem.
On a side note...about money.
Capitalism is a good thing...but, like all other 'things'...when allowed to run rampant and unchecked...may likely blow up in your face.
imho.

The act of exchange is as old as the first prayer. Many argue that the origin of exchange IS spirituality; the first time humans recognized they "owed" their existence to something greater than themselves cultivated an obligation, a "debt," that should be reciprocated. Since humans could not reciprocate equally, they settled for perpetual ritual. "Things" came to symbolize this relationship, and "things" can be exchanged among men. These exchanges also bred obligations; not between men and gods, but between humans - for their kinship, for the products of their labor, for the continued sucess of the community.
Kinda' makes me teary-eyed just thinking about it.
Then, some jerk, some greedy goober of the ancient world, intoroduced interest. That's what scrxwed it all up - when people began to cultivate obligations for profits - and the items of exchange became more important than the relationships.

History Circus, :thumb_yello: Its like you can almost see the very one who did that... :mad3:
Look how far that one greedy goober's act changed the world. Now that would be the point in time to go back too and change! Actually never mind someone might crash.

Is Money the root of all evil???
No. However the love of money is a problem...
"For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows." [1 Timothy 6:10]
(purely for mischief value because I know it will wierd you out that I quote a bible passage :tongue2: )
I read it as attachment as the big issue. If you are attached to money/ green energy / power, then you are inviting that kind of distortion into your life.
