Indicting Cheney for corruption in the prison system is like charging Capone with tax evasion, but I think the same logic applies- nail him for what you can. I hope it goes somewhere.

Oh yeah i agree but u have to start somewhere like in the mafia u wont nail them with the first law infractions but with a stack who knows.
