National Welfare cards to be introduced

The Government and it's masters have decided to introduce an ID card to the less fortunate of this country, and they just happen to be Aboriginal communities. Next will be prisoners, mentally ill, mentally challenged, people with disease's, minorities and then everyone else! Does this ring any bells for those that have studied even the slightest bit of history...
